Being a sensitive person in a highly desensitized world can be worrisome at times as one tends to absorb energies which are not our own and get conditioned to believe ourselves to be a certain way ... fueling the ego even more. There are many a pitfall on the spiritual path of awareness ... for one, the idea of having acquired knowledge or enlightenment of some kind without having lived through the hellish realms of dark despair and grief brings one back to similar learning experiences we thought we had once mastered.

Once we realize we are sensitive to energies (some call us HSP, a Highly Sensitive Person) we become more aware of the present moment, more in touch with reality without being affected by our fears and paranoia about the past and the future. Experiencing increased synchronicity and the cessation of worry are signs of an awakening brewing within our being. We can quickly be drawn into the world of illusions (Maya), getting sucked into self created whirlpools of darkness and despair, while trying to gratify the hunger of our Ego.

For all empaths its imperative to let go off unnecessary baggage and mental clutter which keeps us from accessing our intuition and other extra sensory abilities ... It's one thing to theorize universal love ... infinite consciousness .... oneness ... to live it one has to experience all the shades of life .... from light to dark ... dull to bright ... all of it. If you consider yourself an empath and a lightworker ... you know energy and you know how to trans-mutate when the need arises. Unfolding the Higher Paradigm

Imagine being able to feel and sense everything, whether positive or negative around you, 24/7. An Empath can’t turn off empathy (unlike someone who is perhaps 'empathising'). It is possibly one of the most challenging of psychic gifts to master. I am an Empath who has spent nearly two decades, since awakening, mastering my empathic nature. It is an ongoing process. I am still not perfect and not sure that I ever will be whilst incarnated here. I am however content, despite the challenges of integration, as I see it as an incredible gift to humanity...

Empaths incarnate into this world without a manual. Some seem quite blessed in that they bring with them the memories of mastery from past lives. Even then, the remembering is often a bumpy journey in itself. To add to the confusion, most Empaths cannot tell the difference between their own energy and someone else’s. Something happened on my journey where I just ‘got’ the difference. It came from increased presence. There is a subtle vibrational difference that we can discern when we are fully present. Constantly attaining presence within spiritual evolution is a very important key to mastering empathic gifts that I cannot over emphasise.


Everything is Energy

Everything is energy, pulsating particular vibrations. Since an Empath feels energy, just like a living person breaths air, it is understandable why a few issues might arise as an earth-incarnated-being. Humanity (apart from perhaps indigenous cultures), is one big confusing energetic vibrational mess! The modern world is a melting pot of fractured and frantic energies: for example, loaded emotional projection, hidden agendas (whether personal or global), wi-fi, mobile phone radiation, electric gadget emissions, multi media marketing designed to allure and captivate, highly processed foods, TV, the thudding din of consumerism... the list goes on and on.

Empaths will feel the energy in the field, feel the energy of conversation, feel body language, feel words used (or not used) without intellectual interpretation. They will intuitively know what an energy is ‘really’ about despite what is conveyed on the surface. They will also know what a person is really saying, no matter what words are being offered.

Because of the tendency for people to hide the full story, or try to control the situation, an empath will tend to feel a huge inner conflict or inability to process the enormity of the engagement. One of the main problems for Empaths is the lack of transparency and honesty in the world and the consequent resentment of having to process all the energy that is not in full view. Of course lots of of these sensitive beings struggle also with things that are in full view too.

"Make it go away!!!"

Most people who have this trait do not see it as a gift. I would more often expect to hear the pleading cries to make it stop. Initially, it often involves being so overwhelmed with feeling energy that it is challenging to function in an ordinary sense. Empaths often come across as over emotional, at times others become emotionally detached in order to cope. It wouldn't be unusual that they might just 'freak out', without apparent cause. They often prefer their own company and don’t like to build many personal relationships.
In my early days I used to cry out to the universe

"I don’t want to feel all this energy - it’s not mine"...
the universe would always reply that it is a gift.
“How on earth is this a gift!!!”

I often found it difficult to get close to people in a personal ‘every day’ sense. It would drive me nuts, so I would prefer independence or distance. Independence and contentment with only a couple of close friends still feels very natural to me. In a way, it's a saving grace.

Powerful impetus to sort it out

The initial overwhelming intensity served a wonderful purpose for me. It evoked a powerful yearning to master my unique configuration here as an earth-being. It created the impetus for me to come to terms with my natural born empath traits and master them, eventually finding a high altitude of peace and functionability with it all.

The importance of releasing emotional attachment

Releasing emotional attachment is the main key to mastery. Most Empaths suffer needlessly because they cannot release their personal emotional attachment to feelings. If we let go of attachment, it doesn’t mean we won’t feel. It just means that we don’t get tangled in the feeling anymore. It means we can watch as things happen and really discern that ‘that isn’t us’, ‘that isn’t our own feeling’ and really begin to embrace when we are DIVINELY GIVEN to take action or not.

For me this involved years of becoming consciously aware and centred. Once I started coming from a centred place of presence, I began to discern what I was meant to do, releasing emotional attachment to both that which is not meant for me and that which was. This is a very powerful factor as it means that we can still feel the energy empathically, but it doesn’t bother us adversely any more. We are able to act of infinitely more divine service when we are not attached emotionally. In fact unless we come from this place, we would tend to make a situation worse not better. That’s the bottom line. It means we feel the energy with the deepest compassion, yet we can truly hold the space for another. In so doing, we reflect the light of benevolence, allowing true healing to take place.



Finding inner peace and stability

Daily centering, meditation practice, yoga, compassionate eating, conscious lifestyle, conscious choices that cleanse our energy field and promote centredness will all help big time! Being in nature serves to recentre and recharge depleted energies. Spending regular time in solitude away from idle chatter and drama can be invaluable. I would say that making sure that a bare minimum of half an hour per day consciously looking after yourself is crucial. The more the better. The above are very important. There may also be many other ways, such as swimming in the ocean, hill walking, having a bath with oils or salt, giving yourself a foot massage, listening to your favourite music, playing an instrument, conscious bodywork or massage... basically whatever it is that helps you maintain balance and build up your sense of inner peace and stability.
Another important key is ownership. If you have the trait, then to deny it just makes it worse and ensures that our spiritual evolution is dysfunctional. Our evolution will happen when we embrace our unique configuration. So we need to be 100% honest with ourselves and know that it will get much easier the more and more present with become with it. The only way out is through.

Without these practices it is very difficult (I am not sure if it is even possible) to master being an empath here. So if the motivation is a little lacking, JUST DO IT anyway until you find a rhythm to your daily life that you see working.

A true gift of benevolence

So whether you are an empath or you know one personally, hopefully this is helpful in some way.

I truly believe that, the challenges as highlighted are there to help us refine and alchemically transform this true gift of benevolence. The gifts of empathy have the power to really make a difference in this world. This is what most people who feel the call of Divine Service long for, to be able to help others in a life changing way.

An evolved Empath has the natural ability to connect on a Soul level, helping to release blocked energy with another. An Empath, if given, can also release coagulated energy within the field at large, discerning between what is benevolent and what is not. Since everything oscillates a frequency that can inadvertently influence everything around it, then a truly benevolent Empath realigning the energy field can help make a huge difference in terms of spiritual evolution.

Whether an Empath not, if we can all work together with our gifts we can allow this higher paradigm of to unfold together.

Our bodies tend to wear out faster when we live on meat based diet. On the contrary, its proven that vegans live a much longer and healthier life. There may be some exceptions though, for example in cold temperate climates where its hard to grow fruit and veggies, humans need to eat some sort of meat to survive and in such circumstances eating fish and other sea food may be the only option. We must however, try and eat more of fresh, organic fruit and veggies as much as possible to maintain optimum health.

Finally, each one of us has the power to change things by taking small steps in the right direction. If one truly loves all animals it shouldn't be that difficult to give up eating meat, but for most part, people say they love animals, namely their pets or other exotic creatures which perhaps don't make it to our plates.

We have the power to change ourselves and help others who wish to do the same ... For the rest of the crowd who still wish to continue the killing, we can only wish them well and allow their destinies to unfold as they have to. Everything which has come into form will finally return to its original formless state. Learning and growth for the formless happens while being in the form and we always create our realities and experiences by the choices we make, consciously or unconsciously.

May we awaken compassion in our hearts for all living beings and allow our true divine nature to guide us rather being driven by our limited egos.

Love ... is perhaps one of the most commonly misunderstood words among us humans. Language for most part falls short to convey the precise meaning behind what we feel emotionally, deep within our soul. We grow up learning love is something which is shared between people you care for. Aren't we capable of extending this feeling towards all ? Why is it so difficult to love everyone ... why do we feel like sometimes people don't deserve our love ? Perhaps the ones we don't show love towards are the ones who need it the most. Deep down you know this is true, yet we continue fighting our egos leading us down a path of sorrow and despair, which we try and hide behind momentary pleasures of the external world.


We fall in love, with fleeting moments of infinite joy which make our spirit soar high in sheer ecstasy as we gracefully unite with the seeming other. When two people or personalities are attracted to each other, it may be for various reasons which draw us closer to each other. These may simply be outer manifestations of our personalities which are bound to change and evolve with time. We sometimes mistake physical attraction for love and get all caught up in our self created hormonal deluge which only gratifies the desires of flesh, oblivious of the union of two souls, completely uniting as one. Aware of each others short comings and strengths ... sensing each others thoughts and feelings ... nurturing each other to grow and be better versions of themselves. This is what keeps two people in love ... sharing, allowing ... while being completely authentic about each others needs, with no secrets and lies hiding our own inadequacies which with time become evident anyway.


We are restricted by our limiting definitions of love which keep us trapped in our egoic consciousness, if there is such a thing. It's simply a lack of self awareness which seeks the other to complete us. Most of us 'fall' in love with an idea of love given to us through mass conditioning and propaganda. We foolishly 'fall' for outer appearances and the masks ... rarely listening to the universal language of frequency and vibration which speaks for itself. We can sense each others energies and we keep denying our innate abilities confusing it for paranoia or our wild imagination. Once you recognize yourself as a spiritual being ... or simply consciousness ... which permeates all creation, you lose the illusion of your separate identity, hence wake up to reality. In a relationship, its important to realize that its two souls who come together in order to heal each others wounds and help build an environment of compassion and understanding while envisioning the future together, growing and expanding always ... continually.

Sometimes we get stuck in certain ideas about love and struggle to free ourselves from its shackles as we continue to seek "love" from another. Someone who we feel will complete us ... physically, emotionally ... It may seem like it works, for a while, until life rearranges itself to bring about a new learning experience, in letting go off attachment and the need to control. Many couples who come together in love tend to get lost along the way and so does their idea of love, which goes right out the window ... because it was never based on a strong foundation, it was never a deep rooted spiritual connection. It can be wrecking to find oneself in a situation like this especially with children involved as it changes your world completely, sometimes quite dramatically.As Terence Mckenna said, "Nothing Lasts ... but nothing is lost."

In an ideal world, couples nurture each other all along, accepting each others light and dark side, while healing the parts which are wounded. What's wrong with the general idea of love in our reality is that people don't know themselves or love themselves enough to be able to accept another for who they are. With time things change and when people resist change it becomes uncomfortable. Some relationships were never built to last and crumble with time and its important to learn the necessary lessons from these relationships and move on bravely into the unknown, with love in our hearts. To love is not to be physically present with the one you love, always. Sometimes, you have to love and let people take their own roads while wishing them well, in hope that someday they will realize the truth for themselves.



I have been through similar challenges in my personal life lately and my own experience makes me share this realization with others who might be facing similar challenges in their lives. I am happy there is hope even in the darkest of times as we are being prepared for greater things to manifest on Earth and in our lives, in the time to come. By healing our own wounds and by letting go off our personal baggage we are in a way freeing the collective unconscious from its self limiting paradigms rooted in fear and separation. We all have great abilities to manifest in this lifetime, but first, we must endeavor to free ourselves from negative karma and let go off any extra baggage we might be carrying with us from our past. The only real relationship we have is the one we have with ourselves. We must be true to our selves and live the life we came here for. If we don't fit into this world, its because we came to create a new one and its time we start moving in that direction, one step at a time.



I came across this brilliant article by Jackie Lapin shared by an evolved soul on facebook ... maybe this will help you fix your relationship and heal your life in a way its meant to. Look forward ... while learning from the past mistakes.

People who are making the change to a conscious and spiritually-driven life often discover that they are yoked to someone who is not prepared to come along on that journey. The partner is mired in his or her own negative thoughts and emotions, and meets any topic of spiritual enlightenment, positive vibration and conscious creation with a wall of resistance. Don’t despair…lots of others have gone through this phase too, and come out on the other side with a happier life. Let’s look at what you can do in this situation:

• Stay in your positive vibration state. Don’t allow your spouse or mate to pull you out of alignment with the Universe. When you feel yourself drawn into it, take a walk, go play with the kids, read a book, go have lunch with your best friend… and continue to think and feel positive about yourself, your life and the good qualities in your partner.

• Create a sacred place in your home where you can go to meditate, clear your chakras, express gratitude, Consciously Create, connect with the Universe, —activities that keep your frequency high. Ask your partner to respect this private time, so that you can “recharge.” This recharging should continue to buttress you against his or her negativity.

• Demonstrate how your life has changed by just being happier, more upbeat, less stressed…and soon your partner may want to know what it is that has changed you and how he can he/she get some of it!

• By changing how you respond to things, your spouse is bound to have to adjust. If you are doing something different, that will change the dynamic between you and within the family. Your partner will have to adjust in some ways to meet or stay up with the new you.

• Visualize a harmonious relationship. See your relationship changing and your partner opening up to greater dialogue, a more open-minded attitude and a willingness to explore new avenues—new ways of thinking. Take your focus off of what is WRONG, and put it on what is right and what you desire.

• Throw your “love net” around him or her. I really believe this is an empowering tool to create waves of love that generate vibrational change. See yourself throwing the net of positive loving energy over your mate and yourself, so that it will allow him/her to release the negativity in a net of safety and acceptance. This raises vibration between the two of you, and floods him or her with your loving, positive energy.

• Each day of the week, spend five minutes telling your partner one or more of the things you love about him or her. Your partner will be delighted to hear praise instead of complaints! It may well begin to shift his/her expectations, mood and outlook.

• Focus on making the present moment the very best and most enjoyable you can and vision for the future. Release the past. Don’t reintroduce old patterns, hold him or her to past behavior by bringing up how it’s been previously, and make sure that you don’t fall back into old negative repetitive interactions yourself. Let go of the anticipation that your partner will respond in “the same old way.” Leave the door open for change and possibility. Create a new pattern of interaction through your change of emotions, thoughts and energy habits.

• Present your partner with positive alternatives. When he or she focuses on the negative, gently demonstrate what alternative thought, emotion or perception may further his or her desire. Be a teacher, but do it gently, don’t force-feed these concepts.

• Become a Master Manifestor. As you raise your frequency, good things will increasingly come to you at your beckoning. If your spouse or partner gets jealous, point out that he/she can do this too if he/she follows your path. Then hand your partner a copy of The Art of Conscious Creation!

• Accept that the Universe is creating an opportunity to test how effectively you can maintain your own positive energy in the face of a challenge!

• Lastly, and this is the most extreme outcome, if you have tried all of these over time and you find yourself in a situation that is not emotionally healthy for you, you may have to leave the relationship. It is when the negatives outweigh the positives, with little prospects for change, that you have a responsibility to your ebullient and joyful soul to find an alternative lifestyle either alone or with a more positively disposed and spiritually aware partner. Remember, even when there are children involved, they fare better with at least one happy parent, rather than two miserable ones.

The word “tantra” literally means a technique or a technology. This is an inner technology. These are subjective methods not objective methods. It is a limb of yoga called tantra yoga.

The human mechanism is a composite of the physical body – an accumulation of food consumed; the mental body – the software and memory part that makes the individual function in specific ways; and the energy body – the fundamental upon which these two are housed. What is beyond this is non-physical.

Tantra is a means to go beyond, so that compulsiveness of the body and mind does not keep us trapped in our limitations. It is about learning to use the body, not as oneself, but as a stepping-stone to deliver this being to the highest possible dimension.


Tantra is not about unbridled sexuality, as assumed by many. Sexuality is a fundamental instinct instilled in our bodies to ensure the species perpetuates itself. This is a basic requirement. At the same time, one must know the limitations beyond which it will not carry us. It is only on recognizing the limitations and the longing to touch other dimensions enters, that yoga and tantra become relevant.
People thinking in terms of “I have sexual needs so I will follow the tantric path,” is nonsense. In tantra, it is not that someone is using just sexuality to grow. They are using every aspect to grow. Unfortunately, there may be people who are attracted to such a path for the wrong reasons. They go because they want a spiritual sanction for their sexuality. Why do you want to bullshit yourself about spirituality? Handle your biology as biology, you do not have to give it other names.

Sexual needs can be fulfilled by forming relationships for that purpose, either within or outside the fold. Using spiritual process to fulfill sexual compulsions is reprehensible and irresponsible. It can lead to various levels of loss because the tantric process is not only used for the individual’s spiritual growth, but also to create an energetic space to support other possibilities that bring well being to many.

The simple principle of tantra yoga is: whatever can take you down can also take you up. The ways in which a man usually sinks in his life are through food, alcoholic drink and sexuality. Tantra yoga uses the same three vehicles to rise up. Unlike sexuality, which tends to find release at the lower level of the energy system, tantra is about building our energies to the fountain-head of the uppermost dimension of the energy system, so that one’s energies spill from the top. Of the different energy manifestations in the body – referred to as the 114 chakras – spilling from the top three is considered the highest. If you have to build up to this, every basic instinct, including the sexual instinct, emotions, intellect and survival process must be used to build and hype the energy system. The intention is to deploy all instincts for which a certain amount of energy is dedicated in the body. If one goes into an actual sexual act, the build-up and the purpose of it will be lost.



Tantra means you are able to use your energies to make things happen. If you can make your mind razor sharp to cut through everything, this is also one kind of tantra. If you make your energies work upon your heart to become utterly loving and you can burst forth with enormous love that just overwhelms everyone, this is also tantra. If you make your physical body enormously powerful to make it do incredible feats, this is also tantra. Or if you can make your energies do things by itself without employing the body, mind or emotion, this is also tantra.

Only when energies meet and mingle and a Guru’s energies overwhelm and override the shishya’s energies, it leads to an orgasmic experience – a union, but not of the sexual kind.

If all you want is to do a meditation or spiritual practice, you don’t really need a Guru. The Guru is here essentially to overwhelm you with nameless ecstasies. So tantra is a technology of salvation, not enslavement.

Namaste Dear One ... You are reading this transmission now only because you already know this deep within your soul to be happening as all the signs around us are suggesting. Our planet is on the path of rebirth and this process is not something new .... its been happening for a long long time from our linear understanding of time. Everything goes through some sort of metamorphosis with time ... and Gaia and all her children are no exception to this. We do at times feel the collective pain experienced by our mother who is deeply saddened by the way we treat each other, while living unhealthy lives in total disharmony with the natural laws that govern life on Earth.

Our own lives are a living example of this ongoing metamorphosis which is helping us reprogram our heavily conditioned minds which tell us who we are ... what we should be doing ... what is beautiful ... how should one be living an ideal life ?! We have artificial constructs in our imagination defining human relationships in our limiting ways. Love ... Partnership ... Marriage ... all seem like a prison cell for so many of us after a point because we never taught what it was to love ourselves ... to be by oneself without emotionally depending on someone else to complete us in some way, filling up a void, which technically speaking isn't even there :)

With little understanding of reality at large we step into this world with laid down programs that constantly seek to govern us, covertly, with subliminal messages which lay deeply embedded within the collective unconscious mind. This is the reality we share dear one ... We can pretend to be isolated from the rest of the world but the truth is that we are the world experiencing itself through a unique expression of itself, YOU ! As you look at the world outside you see little hope for real change to manifest as the world progressively seems to be going in the wrong direction. Pursuing false images of ourself ... chasing narcissistic ideas have kept us from growing further and achieving our truest potential as energetic beings capable of doing what we would 'normally' consider magical things. Healing ourselves and the planet is our mission at hand and there are many of us who are here for the same reason, however might have lost our way along the spiral many times, time and again .... but now is when we are being given all the signs by the universe to let go off our limited thinking capacities and experience true limitless potential as infinite beings of light,  we are ....

Cosmic Oneness

Recently came across this beautiful message from Judith Kusel ... worth sharing !

"This is the time of rebirth for all of us."

So many people tend to cling to the old patterns, mostly because of fear of stepping out of their own comfort zones, the tested, the familiar, and dive into the relatively unknown which is awaiting all of us.

The truth is that the unknown will stay unknown, until we finally let go of the old habits, thinking, believing, acting, being, etc.

When we finally let go and void is created, and Cosmos will immediately move into that void to fill it with something new. But if there is no space for the new to move into, then the soul tends to get stuck.

A lot of my energy work in opening portals/gateways in the last few months and years, has left me with a very clear understanding, that any form of stuck-ness, stagnancy, fear, submission, the losing of soul freedom, leads to souls being stuck in the ethers, and then clogging up the energy centers and vortices of the earth.

When I witnessed what has been released, I often just have tears running down my cheeks for the poor souls who were stuck there, we stuck in fear and submission, enslavement modes.


The same applies to trauma - souls who do not dissolve trauma also tend to get stuck, because they are too stuck in the victim mode, the dramas, and then they will get stuck in the energetic very low density energy field, they created for themselves!

Therefore it is best to constantly do the inner work, to be ready to explore new horizons, break through the self-imposed barriers of resistance, and have the guts to finally break free.

I treasure my freedom to be more than anything else, for it has taught me, that every time I allow myself to be led beyond norm, I grow with leaps and bounds and then am ready for the next octave of experiences, which then shift the consciousness level ten thousand times.

This is what is now awaiting us: - that breaking through the self-imposed barriers collectively and into the new Earth - the new creation !

Tesla: Yes, these are some of my most important discoveries. I’m a defeated man. I have not accomplished the greatest thing I could.

Journalist: What is it, Mr. Tesla?

Tesla: I wanted to illuminate the whole earth. There is enough electricity to become a second sun. Light would appear around the equator, as a ring around Saturn.

Mankind is not ready for the great and good. In Colorado Springs I soaked the earth by electricity. Also we can water the other energies, such as positive mental energy. They are in the music of Bach or Mozart, or in the verses of great poets. In the Earth’s interior, there are energy of Joy, Peace and Love. Their expressions are a flower that grows from the Earth, the food we get out of her and everything that makes man’s homeland. I’ve spent years looking for the way that this energy could influence people. The beauty and the scent of roses can be used as a medicine and the sun rays as a food.

Life has an infinite number of forms, and the duty of scientists is to find them in every form of matter. Three things are essential in this. All that I do is a search for them. I know I will not find them, but I will not give up on them.


Journalist: What are these things?

Tesla: One issue is food. What a stellar or terrestrial energy to feed the hungry on Earth? With what wine watered all thirsty, so that they can cheer in their heart and understand that they are Gods?

Another thing is to destroy the power of evil and suffering in which man’s life passes! They sometimes occur as an epidemic in the depths of space. In this century, the disease had spread from Earth in the Universe.

The third thing is: Is there an excess Light in the Universe? I discovered a star that by all the astronomical and mathematical laws could disappear, and that nothing seems to be modified. This star is in this galaxy. Its light can occur in such density that fits into a sphere smaller than an apple, a heavier than our Solar System. Religions and philosophies teach that man can become the Christ, Buddha and Zoroaster. What I’m trying to prove is wilder, and almost unattainable. This is what to do in the Universe so every being is born as Christ, Buddha or Zoroaster.

I know that gravity is prone to everything you need to fly and my intention is not to make flying devices (aircraft or missiles), but teach individual to regain consciousness on his own wings … Further; I am trying to awake the energy contained in the air. There are the main sources of energy. What is considered as empty space is just a manifestation of matter that is not awakened.

No empty space on this planet, nor in the Universe.. In black holes, what astronomers talk about, are the most powerful sources of energy and life.

Journalist: On the window of your room in hotel “Valdorf-Astoria”, on the thirty-third floor, every morning, the birds arrive.

Tesla: A man must be sentimental towards the birds. This is because of their wings. Human had them once, the real and visible!

Journalist: You have not stopped flying since those distant days in Smiljan!

Tesla: I wanted to fly from the roof and I fell: Children’s calculations could be wrong. Remember, the youth wings have everything in life!

Journalist: Have you ever married? It is not known that you have affection for love or for a woman. Photos from the youth show you were handsome man.

Tesla: Yes. I did not. There are two views: a lot affection or not at all. The center serves to rejuvenate human race. Women for certain people nurtures and strengthen its vitality and spirit. Being single does the same to other people. I chose that second path.

Journalist: Your admirers are complaining that you attacking relativity. The strange is your assertion that the matter has no energy. Everything is imbued with energy, where it is?

Tesla: First was energy, then matter.

Journalist: Mr. Tesla, it’s like when you said that you were born by your father, and not on you.

Tesla: Exactly! What about the birth of the Universe? Matter is created from the original and eternal energy that we know as Light .It shone, and there have been appear star, the planets, man, and everything on the Earth and in the Universe. Matter is an expression of infinite forms of Light, because energy is older than it. There are four laws of Creation. The first is that the source of all the baffling, dark plot that the mind cannot conceive, or mathematics measure. In that plot fit the whole Universe.

The second law is spreading a darkness, which is the true nature of Light, from the inexplicable and it’s transformed into the Light. The third law is the necessity of the Light to become a matter of Light. The fourth law is: no beginning and no end; three previous laws always take place and the Creation is eternal.

Journalist: In the hostility to the theory of relativity you go so far, that you hold lectures against its Creator at your birthday parties..

Tesla: Remember, it is not curved space, but the human mind which cannot comprehend infinity and eternity! If relativity has been clearly understood by its Creator, he would gain immortality, even yet physically, if he is pleased.

I am part of a light, and it is the music. The Light fills my six senses: I see it, hear, feel, smell, touch and think. Thinking of it means my sixth sense. Particles of Light are written note. O bolt of lightning can be an entire sonata. A thousand balls of lightening is a concert.. For this concert I have created a Ball Lightning, which can be heard on the icy peaks of the Himalayas.

About Pythagoras and mathematics a scientist may not and must not infringe of these two. Numbers and equations are signs that mark the music of the spheres. If Einstein had heard these sounds, he would not create theories of relativity. These sounds are the messages to the mind that life has meaning, that the Universe exists in perfect harmony, and its beauty is the cause and effect of Creation. This music is the eternal cycle of stellar heavens.

The smallest star has completed composition and also, part of the celestial symphony. The man’s heartbeats are part of the symphony on the Earth. Newton learned that the secret is in geometric arrangement and motion of celestial bodies. He recognized that the supreme law of harmony exists in the Universe. The curved space is chaos, chaos is not music. Einstein is the messenger of the time of sound and fury.

Journalist: Mr. Tesla, do you hear that music?

Tesla: I hear it all the time. My spiritual ear is as big as the sky we see above us. My natural ear I increased by the radar. According to the Theory of Relativity, two parallel lines will meet in infinity. By that Einstein’s curved will straighten. Once created, the sound lasts forever. For a man it can vanish, but continues to exist in the silence that is man’s greatest power.

No, I have nothing against Mr. Einstein. He is a kind person and has done many good things, some of which will become part of the music. I will write to him and try to explain that the ether exists, and that its particles are what keep the Universe in harmony, and the life in eternity.

Journalist: Tell me, please, under what conditions Angel adopt on the Earth?

Tesla: I have ten of them. Keep good records vigilant.

Journalist: I will document all your words, Dear Mr. Tesla.

Tesla: The first requirement is a high awareness of its mission and work to be done. It must, if only dimly, exist in the early days. But, to adjust the physical circuit, in addition to food, dream is very important . From a long and exhausting work, which required superhuman effort, after one hour of sleep I’d be fully recovered. I gained the ability to manage sleep, to fell asleep and wake up in the time which I have designated. If I do something what I do not understand, I force myself to think about it in my dream, and thus find a solution.

Tesla: The fifth condition of adjustment is memory. Perhaps in the most people, the brain is keeper of knowledge about the world and the knowledge gained through the life. My brain is engaged in more important things than remembering, it is picking what is required at a given moment. This is all around us. It should only be consumed. Everything that we once saw, hear, read and learn, accompanies us in the form of light particles. To me, these particles are obedient and faithful.

Goethe’s Faust, my favorite book, I learned by heart in German as a student, and now it can all recite. I held my inventions for years ‘in my head “, and only then I realized them.

Journalist: You often mentioned the power of visualization.

Tesla: I might have to thank to visualization for all that I invented. The events of my life and my inventions are real in front of my eyes, visible as each occurrence or the item. In my youth I was frightened of not knowing what it is, but later, I learned to use this power as an exceptional talent and gift. I nurtured it, and jealously guarded. I also made corrections by visualization on most of my inventions, and finish them that way, by visualization I mentally solve complex mathematical equations. For that gift I have, I will receive rank High Lama in Tibet.

My eyesight and hearing are perfect and, dare to say, stronger than other people. I hear the thunder of a hundred fifty miles away, and I see colors in the sky that others cannot see. This enlargement of vision and hearing, I had as a child. Later I consciously developed.

Journalist: In youth you have several times been seriously ill. Is it a disease and a requirement to adapt?

Tesla: Yes. It is often the result of a lack of exhaustion or vital force, but often the purification of mind and body from the toxins that have accumulated. It is necessary that a man suffers from time to time. The source of most disease is in the spirit. Therefore the spirit and can cure most diseases. As a student I got sick of cholera which raged in the region of Lika. I was cured because my father finally allowed me to study technology, which was my life. Illusion for me was not a disease, but the mind’s ability to penetrate beyond the three dimensions of the earth.

I had them all my life, and I have received them as all other phenomena around us. They are in the closest connection with a sexual energy that is after the most widespread in the Universe. The woman is the biggest thief of that energy, and thus the spiritual power.

I’ve always knew that and was alerted. Of myself I created what I wanted: a thoughtful and spiritual machine.

Journalist: A ninth adjustment, Mr. Tesla?

Tesla: Do everything that any day, any moment, if possible, not to forget who we are and why we are on Earth. Extraordinary people who are struggling with illness, privation, or the society which hurts them with its stupidity, misunderstanding, persecution and other problems which the country is full of a swamps with insects, leaves behind unclaimed until the end of the work. There are many fallen angels on Earth.

Journalist: What is the tenth adaptation?

Tesla: It is most important. Write that Mr. Tesla played. He played the whole of his life and enjoyed it.

Journalist: Mr. Tesla! Whether it relates to your findings and your work? Is this a game?

Tesla: Yes, dear boy. I have so loved to play with electricity! I always cringe when I hear about the one also the Greek who stole fire. A terrible story about studding, and eagles peck at his liver. In my feeling and experience, the Universe has only one substance and one supreme energy with an infinite number of manifestations of life. The best thing is that the discovery of a secret nature, reveals the other.

One cannot hide, there are around us, but we are blind and deaf to them. If we emotionally tie ourselves to them, they come to us themselves. There are a lot of apples, but one Newton. He asked for just one apple that fell in front of him.

Journalist: A question that might be set at the beginning of this conversation. What was Electricity for you, Dear Mr. Tesla?

Tesla: Everything is Electricity. First was the light, endless source from which points out material and distribute it in all forms that represent the Universe and the Earth with all its aspects of life. Black is the true face of Light, only we do not see this. It is remarkable grace to man and other creatures. One of its particles possesses light, thermal, nuclear, radiation, chemical, mechanical and an unidentified energy.

It has the power to run the Earth with its orbit. It is true Archimedean lever.

Journalist: Mr. Tesla, you’re too biased towards electricity.

Tesla: Electricity I am. Or, if you wish, I am the electricity in the human form. You are Electricity; too Mr. Smith, but you do not realize it.

Journalist: Is it thus your ability to allow fails of electricity of one million volts trough your body?

Tesla: Imagine a gardener who is attacked by herbs. This would indeed be crazy. Man’s body and brain are made from a large amount energy; in me there is the majority of electricity. The energy that is different in everyone is what makes the human “I” or “soul”. For other creatures to their essence, “soul” of the plant is the “soul” of minerals and animals.

Brain function and death is manifested in light. My eyes in youth were black, now blue, and as time goes on and strain the brain gets stronger, they are closer to white. White is the color of heaven. Through my window one morning, landed a white dove, which I fed. She wanted to bring me a word that she was dying. From her eyes the light jets were coming out. Never in the eyes of any creature had I not seen so much light, as in that pigeon.

Journalist: Personnel in your lab speak about flashes of light, flames and lightning that occur if you are angry or into kind of risk.

Tesla: It is the psychic discharge or a warning to be alert. The light was always on my side. Do you know how I discovered the rotating magnetic field and induction motor, which made me became famous when I was twenty-six? One summer evening in Budapest, I watched with my friend Sigetijem sunset.

Thousands of fire was turning around in thousands of flaming colors. I remembered Faust and recited his verses and then, as in a fog, I saw spinning magnetic field, and induction motor. I saw them in the sun!

Journalist: Hotel service telling that at the time of lightning you isolate into the room and talk to yourselves.

Tesla: I talk with lightning and thunder.

Journalist: With them? What language, Mr.Tesla?

Tesla: Mostly my native language. It has the words and sounds, especially in poetry, what is suitable for it.

Journalist: Readers of our magazine would be very grateful if you would interpret that.

Tesla: The sound does not exist only in the thunder and lightning, but, in transformation into the brightness and color. A color can be heard. Language is of the words, which means that it is from the sounds and colors. Every thunder and lightning are different and have their names. I call some of them by the names of those who were close in my life, or by those whom I admire.

In the sky brightness and thunder live my mother, sister, brother Daniel, a poet Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj and other persons of Serbian history. Names such AsIsaiah, Ezekiel, Leonardo, Beethoven, Goya, Faraday, Pushkin and all burning fires mark shoals and tangles of lightning and thunder, which does not stop all night bringing to the Earth precious rain and burning trees or villages.

There is lightning and thunder, and they are the brightest and most powerful, that will not vanish. They are coming back and I recognize them among the thousands.

Journalist: For you, science or poetry is the same?

Tesla: These are the two eyes of one person. William Blake was taught that the Universe was born from the imagination, that it maintains and it will exist as long as there is a last man on the Earth. With it was a wheel to which astronomers can collect the stars of all galaxies. It is the creative energy identical to the light energy.

Journalist: Imagination is more real to you than life itself?

Tesla: It gives birth to the life. I have fed by my taught; I’ve learned to control emotions, dreams and visions. I have always cherished, as I nurtured my enthusiasm. All my long life I spent in ecstasy. That was the source of my happiness. It helped me during all these years to bear with work, which was enough for the five lives. The best is to work at night, because the stellar light, and close bond.

Journalist: You said that I am, like every being, the Light. This flatter me, but I confess, I do not quite understand.

Tesla: Why would you need to understand, Mr. Smith? Suffice it to believe it. Everything is light. In one its ray is the fate of nations, each nation has its own ray in what great light source we see as the sun. And remember: no one who was there did not die. They transformed into the light, and as such exist still. The secret lies in the fact that the light particles restore their original state.

Journalist: This is the resurrection!

Tesla: I prefer to call it: return to a previous energy. Christ and several others knew the secret. I am searching how to preserve human energy. It is forms of Light, sometimes straight like heavenly light. I have not looked for it for my own sake, but for the good of all. I believe that my discoveries make people’s lives easier and more bearable, and channel them to spirituality and morality.

Journalist: Do you think that time can be abolished?

Tesla: Not quite, because the first feature of the energy is that it transforms. It is in perpetual transformation, as clouds of Taoists. But it is possible to leverage the fact that a man preserves consciousness after the earthly life. In every corner of the universe exist energy of life; one of them is immortality, whose origin is outside of man, waiting for him.

The universe is spiritual; we are only half that way. The Universe is more moral than us, because we do not know his nature and how to harmonize our lives with it. I am not scientist, science is perhaps the most convenient way to find the answer to the question that always haunt me, and which my days and nights turned into fire.

Journalist: What’s the matter?

Tesla: How are your eyes brightened!… What I wanted to know is: what happens to a falling star as the sun goes out? Stars fall like dust or seed in this or in other worlds, and the sun be scattered in our minds, in the lives of many beings, what will be reborn as a new light, or cosmic wind scattered in infinity.

I understand that this is necessary included in the structure of the Universe. The thing is, though, is that one of these stars and one of these suns, even the smallest, preserves.

Journalist: But, Mr. Tesla, you realize that this is necessary and is included in the constitution of the world!

Tesla: When a man becomes concuss; that his highest goal must be to run for a shooting star, and tries to capture it; shall understand that his life was given to him because of this and will be saved. Stars will eventually be capable to catch!

Journalist: And what will happen then?

Tesla: The creator will laugh and say: ”It fall only that you chase her and grab her.”

Journalist: Isn’t all of this contrary to the cosmic pain, which so often you mention in your writings? And what is it cosmic pain?

Tesla: No, because we are on Earth … It is an illness whose existence the vast majority of people are not aware of. Hence, many other illnesses, suffering, evil, misery, wars and everything else what makes human life an absurd and horrible condition. This disease cannot be completely cured, but awareness shall make it less complicated and hazardous. Whenever one of my close and dear people were hurt, I felt physical pain. This is because our bodies are made as of similar material, and our soul related with unbreakable strands. Incomprehensible sadness that overwhelmed us at times means that somewhere, on the other side on this planet, a child or generous man died.

The entire Universe is in certain periods sick of itself, and of us. Disappearance of a star and the appearance of comets affect us more than we can imagine. Relationships among the creatures on the Earth are even stronger, because of our feelings and thoughts the flower will scent even more beautiful or will fall in silence.

These truths we must learn in order to be healed. Remedy is in our hearts and evenly, in the heart of the animals that we call the Universe.

From total indulgence in sensual pleasures while experiencing the divine through tantric practices, to abstaining from any sexual thoughts or activity for long periods of time can have a life changing impact on one's consciousness and general perception of reality. As we begin to conserve our sexual energy, we create more Ojas or Radiance in our Auric field, affecting others positively around us. On our earthly sojourns, we meet many people while pursuing this idea of 'love', which is defined by most as an inherent need for another to fulfill us in some way. It is beautiful, it is painful at times ... it serves its purpose. As beautiful the act of love making is, when over, it leaves one drained of our radiance as the ancients have always known, and we seem to have been hypnotized by our 5 senses into believing false, self gratifying ideas.

As I was flipping through the pages of 'Aghora : At the Left Hand of God', I came across the chapter on Sex and in particular, the part on Ojas caught my attention. After reading it, I felt this was a timely reminder for me ... as this is something that has been one of the recurrent lessons for me this year. From chasing orgasms in Tantric ecstasy to practicing celibacy is a journey towards discovering our true nature, and purpose to reincarnate on Earth in this lifetime. Maintaining a balance is key. There is much work to be done and it would be prudent to remain focused while allowing the true seeds of unconditional love to blossom within our being.


Ojas

Humans...believe that through sex they are creating a child. Why should they want a child? They just want someone to reproduce their own attributes [genes], someone who will appreciate and love them.....Real creation becomes possible only when they become aware of that impulse and transcend it....

For creation you must use the semen in a different way than you use it for procreation. Semen is that substance in the male body which has the ability to create. Only procreation is possible if it is expelled from the body, ejaculated during the sex act. If it is retained within the body, stored instead of being wasted, then real creation becomes possible through ojas. Ojas is the source of the body's metabolic energy...

It is said in Ayurveda that ojas is derived from semen, but this is not quite so. Ojas exists in association with the head and the nervous system. In fact the "aura" or "halo" which you can see around a person's head is composed of his or her ojas. When I say that loss of semen causes loss of ojas you must remember that sex is all in the mind. ...When thoughts of sex fill the mind the Kama Agni (Fire of Lust) [dopamine] becomes inflamed. Heat is anathema to ojas. The Kama Agni causes a disturbance in the ojas, which alters the brain chemistry and directs the endocrine glands to begin to secrete. The effect is first felt on the prostate in men and the Bartholin's gland in women. Whenever oozing from these glands occurs you can be sure that ojas is being dissipated. During celibacy the ojas goes on and on harmonizing itself.


Women are lucky in that every month all the filth in their blood is drained out. This is the function of menstruation, and each menstrual cycle strengthens a woman's ojas because there is less waste material in the body to disturb digestion or brain chemistry. Unfortunately, since women are nine times more passionate than men most of them will find that this increased ojas merely serves to increase their sex drive.They will be impelled to copulate more, and all the benefits will be lost. Ayurveda recognizes that the substances which rejuvenate the body also act as aphrodisiacs and warns that when a rejuvenating effect is desired, sex must be restricted.

Ordinary sexual activity destroys ojas, but so do thoughts of sex and sexual fantasies even if you do not act on them. In fact continual brooding about anything is equally devastating to the ojas because thought causes the mind and brain to heat up and this mental heat, no matter what the cause, causes excessive physical heat. According to Ayurveda, excessive heat in the body leads to constipation, the root of most diseases. Heat also causes hypersecretion of all the glands, which in turn excites the mind via the body. It's a vicious cycle. Excess coolness in the body can be readily dealt with; excess heat is dangerous. Any unnatural heat ruins the ojas just as surely as does, an inflamed Kama Agni.

Likewise, harmonious thoughts increase ojas. How often have you heard someone say to a pregnant woman, "What a glow you have about your face!" That glow is the aura, composed of ojas. You might think that a pregnant woman's ojas would be low because her body tissues are being depleted to furnish nutrients for the baby. But because of the emotions of motherhood [oxytocin], the overwhelming love for the child being formed, ojas actually increases....

Ojas is a certain type of energy, vibrancy in you. Like in the morning you are very vibrant, then you go to work and get tired, and in the evening you don’t have that same energy, right?

In the same way, when you are enjoying through the five senses, you see television for three hours, or you sit in a movie for three hours and come out, your Ojas is spent. If you listen too much, or eat too much, your Ojas is gone. Too much sex and Ojas totally gets depleted. Ojas is spent when you are engaging in any of the five senses.

Ojas can be rebuilt in the system through proper food, rest and attitude, but not very late in life. You cannot say that you are trying to rebuild your Ojas at the age of 60 or so. It has to be done before a certain age. It is like you cannot become very flexible after a certain age.

Ojas is certain vibrancy in you, energy. Our body has seven substances and Ojas is one of them. In the pulse reading you can see that.

After a certain age, the testosterone hormone is gone; similarly Ojas is related to, let us say, hormones. You cannot build those hormones at a later age.

During teenage, Ojas is maximum, and then if one keeps up with a good routine, good food, then Ojas continues through the middle age. And in the middle age, you can increase it or completely get away with it. That is possible. But after sixty or seventy, you cannot say, ‘Okay, now I want to bring back the Ojas into my system’. It may be possible but it is difficult. It depends.

Just look around you and will see a world gone crazy. People you think you know well for a long time can surprise you with what they have been hiding about themselves cloaked and concealed behind this story they hold about themselves in their minds and keep telling the same story over and over again, hence create a certain reality for themselves, solely based on their own vibrational state. Whether we like to believe this or not, we mirror each others emotions ... we exchange energy all the time. Our thoughts and feelings are frequencies which can be sensed across vast distances.

In our world when we fall in love with someone we usually look for certain traits in a person which we can live with. Each one of us comes with a certain perspective towards reality before we get into a relationship. With time things are bound to change ... and sometimes in a relationship, one of the partners is resistant towards change, still clinging on to an old image of themselves, while in reality the truth may be quite different as seen by the partner who might have progressed much further, spiritually. This is how we start becoming more fake and less authentic in our lives as we continue to pretend to be someone we are not, just to fit in and get along.

Each one of us once here on Earth school will learn certain lessons whether we like it or not, through many experiences which will keep us swinging between highs and lows as long as we identify the self with our bodies. Relationships have been reduced to a give and take arrangement, instead of being a beautiful synergy of thoughts, ideas, visions of a better future ... while evolving together.

Sadhguru shares much profound wisdom on the dilemma of human relationships ... in particular between Man and Woman in the following article ... he provides a solution, to much respite :) ... and its beautifully said ... every word rings true !

Q: Why is it that love and marriage often create the maximum conflict between people?

Sadhguru: “Man” and “woman” are physically, kind of opposite. Nature has made us this way so that the process of reproduction happens and the next generation becomes a possibility. If that was not necessary – if storks were dropping babies from the skies – we would not need a man and a woman to work for the future generations to come. And if there wasn’t a deep sense of compulsion about the reproductive process, people would not go for it. Every cell in your body, including your brain cells, are taken over by hormones and compel and propel you in that direction. It takes enormous intelligence for a person to rise beyond that. Otherwise it looks like this is life – it makes you feel like that. Till you were 10 or 11 years old, you did not even think about it. Whatever the other people were doing looked funny. But suddenly, this new chemical took over the body and now it is all an absolute reality.

You have been drugged and chemically sabotaged by nature to fulfill its own purpose of reproduction, continuation, and perpetuation of the species. Once this happened, now somehow, man and woman are compelled to come together. Or in other words, once this compulsion comes, naturally the mind begins to work in that way as to how to get the best out of it.


The Give & Take Calculation

Fundamentally, a relationship is unfortunately happening with an intention to somehow make use of each other. It is a give-and-take relationship. When you are giving and taking on a daily basis, always one person will feel, “I am giving more, the other person is giving less.”

Only in those moments of love, can a man and woman really be together. Once that is not there, it is very difficult.

Societies have always taught you that to be smart is to give less and take more. Whether it is a marketplace or a marriage, it is the same calculation. This is why there is so much talk about love, so that you transcend this calculation. When you are emotionally overwhelmed by someone, you transcend the calculation. It becomes, “What I take is not important, what I give is important.” The relationship runs beautifully when it is at that level of emotional intensity. Once that emotional intensity drops, it just becomes give-and-take. You do give-and-take in your business, with your neighbor, with so many people, but those transactions are limited – but the give-and-take in a marriage is constant, and you are caged with this particular person constantly. So, naturally you feel that in some way, you are being used by someone else. Once this comes in, there is conflict, conflict, conflict.

Only in those moments of love, can a man and woman really be together. Once that is not there, it is very difficult. The physicality and emotionality of it and other aspects of sharing and living become a struggle. Especially because the physical body is involved, one can very easily feel that they are being used by someone. If it was just money, if it was just a house, there is some settlement, “Okay, you use that part of the house, I will use this part of the house.” “You cook, I will earn.” But because the body is involved, very easily one will feel used, so there is conflict.


The Solution

Q: So what is the solution?

Sadhguru: You should stop being a man or woman all the time. You don’t have to carry your manhood or womanhood 24 hours of the day. There are certain situations in certain aspects of life where you need to be a man or a woman. The rest of the time, you do not have to be either. But societies have trained you to be like this all the time. From the very clothes that you wear and the way you do everything – you have been trained in a certain way, to serve a certain purpose. Once you become like this – 24 hours man or 24 hours woman – you are troubled. But if you know how to simply be a piece of life, you will be fine; and when there is a requirement that you have to be a man or woman, you can play your role pretty well. So please save it. Don’t just go on spreading it around in the street. Just walk and live as a piece of life. If you are like this, there will be no conflict. It will be just fine. Two human beings can live together.

You should stop being a man or woman all the time. You don’t have to carry your manhood or womanhood 24 hours of the day. “Man and woman” are two compulsions. Two compulsions can never live together. The more identified you are with your sexuality, the more compulsive you will become. When you are compulsive, naturally you will step over many people. Once you start stepping on each other, there will be trouble. If you do not identify yourself too much with your womanhood or manhood and if you just walk as a piece of life, you will see that it is such a minor part of your life. You do not have to structure your life around it.

So much of your potential would find expression if you just do not get too identified with your sexuality. People would become so much more creative and so much more capable of various things that they have not imagined.

If you are feeling pain in your life for whatever reason, you should know that this pain we experience is the result of the collective unconscious, acting through all our individual choices. We are all going through various kinds of conflicts in our lives and it is this pain which makes me write .... as I too have been going through some serious changes in life, the lesson has always been love .... accepting it and letting go of it ... when it takes a twisted meaning, only to self gratify and satisfy our selfish needs and desires, while hurting others who have been loving and kind towards us, selflessly ... in so many ways.

Life teaches us many things .... all of us go through similar challenges, however not everyone looks within and makes an inner transformation to understand what the universe is trying to tell us through our painful experiences. We celebrate together in joy and happiness, but in difficult and challenging times, we find ourselves alone and isolated ... torn between our own chaotic thoughts and we suffer. This too happens for a good reason, it is showing us all the stuff that is affecting us negatively and what we can do to make a positive shift, letting go off all that doesn't serve us on our path. Sometimes, we have to let go off our loved ones and trust they are always taken care of by our divine mother (the universe). Letting go is not easy, but it is necessary if one truly wants to be free .... it doesn't mean you stop loving or caring for someone, but just that "love" takes a new meaning, which is all encompassing ... expansive ... and unconditional. We can be intimately involved with many partners during our lifetime and we might confuse this for 'love', which ends when things change and we quickly jump onto the next option available, only to realize this too shall pass, in some time. This kind of 'love' is what makes us suffer countless times, unless we redefine our terms based on our own experiences and not because EVERYONE believes so. A Mass Consensus Reality makes slaves out of us, tethered to false ideas which leave us perpetually drained and empty.

All changes we might be experiencing in our lives are pushing us forward to become something better ... to listen to our inner voice and not the noise from others around us. No one knows us better than our own selves ... We can lie, cheat, deceive many along our path, but the only one affected by our actions is us. Life comes full circle ... and the lessons will repeat themselves .... until they have served their purpose.

I strongly sense that the world has now edged into a new phase of its evolution. During the Divinicus Tour, people in the Openhand Community had the sense that Gaia was 'waiting'. Waiting for what? The Shift into the fifth density is not a time-line, but an event-line. The pathway must be opened progressively. Humanity is beginning to emerge from eons of darkness. We may not yet be fully ready, but the Earth cannot wait any longer. Realignment with the divine flow must now start to happen on a global scale. Due to its injustice, inequity and misalignment, the old reality will be steadily broken down, over time, so as to provide breathing space for more souls to break through, break out and ascend...

Onwards and Upwards we Go

At the conclusion of the Divinicus Tour, I was given to ascend Table Mountain in Cape Town. It was a 'Prayer for Humanity'. The jet lag of 9 weeks traveling, the tiredness of 13 workshops, and rapid dehydration, made it a very challenging ascent; it felt like I was staggering two steps forwards and one step backwards. The beads of sweat from my tired brow, were as tears into the heart of the Mountain - the heart of Gaia.

I could feel her, and she could feel me. As I encountered various people on the path, in all shapes, sizes, nationalities and states of physical ability, it spoke to me as a metaphor: of the challenges each face on the ascent up the spiritual mountain. It felt like a statement was being made:

"We may not yet be ready to ascend, we may have our challenges, but we are ready to begin"

Even though intensely challenging, my soul was observing, with every step: an opportunity to breakthrough and transcend the physicality - the pain. I felt no egoic need to either ascend or to give up and descend. But when I opened the contraction of any mind-led intention, my soul simply emerged and said... "Onwards and Upwards we Go".

Ascension is entirely natural, like love, when we remove all barriers in the way.

Onwards and Upwards we Go

Since returning from the Tour, I've felt several key things beginning to happen in the underlying field - the fourth density - which is beginning to materialise in the physical. Although I would add, it always takes the material time to respond to the energetic (because of its density). The sense of extreme weather on the increase was a definite indicator: the tour concluded as "Bombogenesis" (extreme weather 'bomb') began. It feels like the global economy is also reaching a new state of over-extention and exposure.

I also had a strong connection with Pele - the Goddess of Volcanoes. Let's remember that Gaia is herself a deity, and all life on the planet is maintained by devic consciousness - deities that coordinate and animate the various species of plant and animal life. That includes the elements earth, water, fire and air. A collapse mechanism of this old reality is now beginning, and it will involve all of these devas.

I sense that Volcanic Activity is on the increase, steadily bubbling and shifting the ground beneath our very feet. The science is inconclusive: more volcanic activity is being reported; some say it's simply because of mans increased ability to report. To me though, as with so many of these shifts now taking place, we have to get out of the head and into the heart to truly know what's going on. As we've seen so many times before, the science can - and is - purposefully manipulated to support whatever resistant case an ego wishes to put forwards.

If we really want to know what's going on in this great shift, we've got to go into stillness, to empty, to clear out all mind-led intention, desire and resistance to the flow.

Only then will we begin to hear the subtle interplays of consciousness.


Prepare for sudden, dramatic change

Right now, it feels to me as if the world - society - is hanging on a precipice. There's any number of reasons why it should begin to steadily breakdown: from extreme weather and natural upheaval; breakdown in the biosphere, including radioactive contamination; dwindling resources and energy; food and water scarcity; financial instability; civil unrest; disease, war and poverty. These are all potential 'trip switches' that could easily initiate a chain reaction.

Can you also feel the truth in this? I'm not raising these vitally important issues to spread fear; fear does not exist in a fully self-realised being. Fear is caused by identification with the small "I", the physical/emotional sense of small self. Mankind has for too long been imprisoned and enslaved by such limitation. If fear does arise, it provides an invaluable opportunity: to bring the unconscious blind spots out into the light so that we can work on them...

If we are each "the One", as many in spiritual circles believe, and the One cannot die, then in the grand scheme of things, what is there to be afraid of?

That said, we are 'the One' flowing as a stream of consciousness - the soul - just like being the ocean and a wave on the ocean at the same time. And each soul is here to honour authentic beingness: to fully unleash and express who we are.

Islands in the Storm

The matrix limits full expression of the soul. Many may as yet have to break through the fears of dramatic upheaval and change. Many may still prefer the soft shoulder of society. But is not the continuation of the dehumanisation and degradation of the current status quo worse than dramatic upheaval?

It is understandable that we might have resistance to change, especially if it's going to push buttons by challenging the very nature of our physical existence, including those of friends, family and loved ones. But that's exactly what we Warriors of Truth have been put here for: to make sense of what's going on; to help others through times of great change, which this evolutionary Ascension of Gaia is all about.
There are ways in which we can prepare. In my book Divinicus, I've talked about this upheaval, but also the strong sense that there will be "Islands in the Storm": places where the soul will draw you; preparations you can make - in order that you will have time and space, for friends and family, to support one-another as you transcend into the Divine Being - mankind's next evolutionary chapter.

Prepare for sudden, dramatic change

It is with these things in mind that I felt to share the dramatised documentary below. It's about the supervolcano under Yellowstone Park. It has erupted three times before, and some believe we are due for a fourth any time soon. That may or may not be the case. I do believe volcanic action and earthquakes are now on the increase and will likely affect many in due course. But that's not specifically why I feel to share it and encourage you to watch.

It's because what's depicted in the movie is highly plausible. It's the kind of chaotic event that could happen for any number of reasons in today's extremely exposed world: from earthquakes, volcanic activity, super storms, tsunamis and general civil unrest, due to the challenged global supply infrastructure.


So as you watch it, consider what it activates in your consciousness. If there's fear, why? If it causes you to get tight inside, how can the Divine Being in you soften and open up instead? And also, what physical preparations might you make - right now - in case of disruption to the global supply chain (at the very least, I suggest a store of bottled water and food). It's about buying you some time and breathing space, as you begin to walk the Path between Worlds.
