This gripping documentary titled "My Mum Talks To Aliens" follows a mother and son on a journey of discovery, as they travel the country in pursuit of solid evidence of an extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.
In My Mum Talks to Aliens there is one issue that is driving a wedge between mother and son - Mary and Chris Rodwell - the existence of extraterrestrial life. Chris is a self-confessed alien sceptic, whilst his mum Mary is a leading global authority on the subject. But her beliefs have come at a cost, her husband left and it is now impacting her relationship with Chris.
Mary attempts to convince and educate her son, and thus the world about aliens. She introduces her son to her clients who have had first-hand alien abduction experiences, including one who claims to have had sexual intercourse with an extraterrestrial being. She reveals shockingly clear, never-seen-before footage of UFOs, and visits acclaimed Astrophysicist, Ragbir Bhatal from the University of Western Sydney. Bhatal is one of only three people in the world whose job it is to scan the skies for alien communications.
Mary is affectionately known as Australia’s “Alien Lady” and is one of the World’s most sought after and respected experts on all things to do with the UFO phenomena. A former midwife and nurse, grief counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist, she founded ACERN (Australian Close Encounter Resource Network) in 1997. The organisation has now grown to be the largest of its kind specialising in helping alien abduction victims’ deal with their traumas with the support of qualified medical doctors, psychologists and therapists.
To date, Mary’s ACERN has supported some 1,600 cases of ET encounters worldwide from countries including the USA, Japan and Russia. Mary says, “For those with encounter experiences, my work offers them validation and an understanding in their own personal journey.”
A compelling raconteur with controversial subject matter, Mary has previously been invited to speak at Oxford University in England as well as at UFO symposiums in Hong Kong, USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand. In 2006, she joined the Former Canadian Defence Minister, Paul Hellyer at the World Peace Conference in Hawaii to call for greater understanding of the UFO phenomena and compile an historic mission statement on Exopolitics, the political implications of an extraterrestrial presence.
