Smoking Pot is better for Lungs than Tobacco !

Guess hippies have been saying this for a while now, smoking marijuana is healthier for your lungs as compared to smoking cigarettes. Finally we have an official study showing that this is in fact true.

A NIH (National Institute of Health) funded study, published in the Journal of American Medical Association, measured air flow rate (how fast you can blow out air) and lung volume (how much air you can hold) in 18- to 30-year-old adults from Oakland, Chicago, Minneapolis and Birmingham.

When researchers studied 20 years of data from more than 5,000 adults, they found significant lung damage in the tobacco smokers. The more they smoked, the worse their air flow rate and lung volume became. But those who smoked up to one joint a day aced a lung function test. In fact the air flow rate slightly increased in the marijuana users, up to a certain level.

Not so long ago there was a woman in the news from Orissa, India. Fulla Nayak, a resident of Kanarpur village in the coastal district of Kendrapada, Orissa was about 125 years old and in reasonably healthy condition without any major ailments and used to walk around without any support. The secret to her good health she said was smoking ganja and drinking wine made from Palm leaves.

Omnec Onec became publicly known for her autobiography "From Venus I Came" and her public appearances at UFO conferences, TV interviews, articles, lectures, and workshops. Omnec says that she was born and raised in the Venusian city of Teutonia (a city whose name reflects earlier Venus-Earth contacts that included a trip to Venus by a German scientist).

From the Temple of History she learned of the long-term monitoring of Earth by scientists from many planets and of the nature of life on all of these planets. Earth, the youngest of the planets in this solar system, is plagued by the imbalance caused by its singular Moon, which works an alternating influence on people as it moves through the heavens. (This information about the Moon is congruent with what is shared by David Icke and the 9th Dimensional Pleiadian Collective who speak through the channel Wendy Kennedy!) The other planets are organized into a Brotherhood of Planets and their monitoring of Earth includes the era of Atlantis and Lemuria. The different races of earth have ties to the inhabitants of the various planets.

The following interview with Omnec was recorded by Patricia Müller in 2007.

After landing on Earth, she said she was substituted for a seven-year-old girl who had just been killed in a bus wreck accident. She was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by the grandmother of Sheila, the girl whom she had replaced. She grew up in what was to be all outward appearances a normal life, never speaking of Venus, and endured the struggles that allowed her to deal with her own karmic past.

She got married and moved to Chicago, where she raised three children. worked as a bar maid, a clothes designer and a cashier. As a young adult, however, she began to manifest her second mission, to offer humanity an increased awareness of their relation to spirit.

Omnec says she was trained to live as a human in an ancient monastery in Tibet. (Many initiated Tibetans such as T Lobsang Rampa have told of their contacts with the "GODS" - space people - nearly a century ago.) She revealed her true ET identity in 1990, when she wrote and published her best-selling book "From Venus I Came". Today she travels around the United States and Europe, spreading a message of peace and brotherhood, a she was instructed to do by Venusian leaders.

Crop Circle in Bracciano Italy : 20th May 2012

The first genuine crop circle this season appeared in Bracciano, Bertinoro (FC) Italy on the 20th of May 2012, not far away from the place where a major earthquake struck around the same time somewhere between Parma and Bologna. Also, the Annular Solar Eclipse happened the same day, making the events seem connected in some way !

The formation depicts an intricate two way spiraling staircase/ladder, which may symbolize a "Saros cycle" for any long term series of eclipses. Spirals appear as symbols in art and on architecture since Neolithic and Paleolithic times. They exist in the natural world as whorls in flowing water and flames, as well as in the growth of plants and animals in the form of the Fibonacci spiral. Spirals also describe the movement of galaxies and the activity of the sun’s flares, etc.

As a symbol, the spiral has both an inner moving direction and an outer moving direction. Because of these two characteristics, the spiral carries the symbolism for: Yin and Yang, death and rebirth, involution and evolution, contraction and expansion. The ladder aspect of this formation is reminiscent of Jacob’s ladder by which the heavenly hosts could descend to Earth and the earthly beings could ascend to heaven. With this formation we are confronted with the challenge of uniting the Earthly to the Heavenly, the challenge of realizing the sacred marriage of Heaven and Earth, spirit and matter!
