Cowspiracy : A Film on the Evils of the Dairy Industry

Life on Earth for us humans is ridden with all kinds of social conditioning and meta programming which makes us follow the herd mentality, making our lives even more challenging than it ought to be. We make our lives a struggle while chasing the illusory material world of false wealth and ideas about our self, with little connection to existence as such, save our immediate family and loved ones. 'Cowspiracy' is one such documentary film which uncovers the most destructive industry facing the planet today – and investigates why the world’s leading environmental organizations are too afraid to talk about it.

Animal agriculture is the leading cause of deforestation, water consumption and pollution, is responsible for more greenhouse gases than the transportation industry, and is a primary driver of rainforest destruction, species extinction, habitat loss, topsoil erosion, ocean “dead zones,” and virtually every other environmental ill. Yet it goes on, almost entirely unchallenged.

As Kip Andersen approaches leaders in the environmental movement, he increasingly uncovers what appears to be an intentional refusal to discuss the issue of animal agriculture, while industry whistleblowers and watchdogs warn him of the risks to his freedom and even his life if he dares to persist.

As eye-opening as 'Blackfish' and as inspiring as 'An Inconvenient Truth', this shocking yet humorous documentary reveals the absolutely devastating environmental impact large-scale factory farming has on our planet, and offers a path to global sustainability for a growing population.

The only one stopping us from making positive affirmative changes in our life is our self. Our conditioned minds and addiction to our senses, in this case our taste buds, keep us craving for the tasty, unhealthy food most of us have grown up eating. Hence, we make it a part of our lives, unwilling to change anything about it. Our bodies are always showing us signs, however doctors blame illness on genetics and very rarely suggest a radical change in diet and lifestyle. The truth is, the food we eat either nourishes us or makes us sick. Its up to us now to make a change within our own consciousness to be able to see reality for what it is rather buying into false ideals propagated by unconscious, unaware individuals.

Eat healthy ... and when needed !
