My adventure with Intuition began about 11 years ago ... when I first became aware of Fluoride toxicity and calcification of the pineal gland, thanks to the fluoridated drinking water and toothpastes ! The more you read about the Pineal Gland and esoteric knowledge associated with it you begin to realize the importance of it in our reality, as one of our primary and perhaps most important tool for navigating through life !

My dear mother first suggested I should move to a Herbal toothpaste as its better for health. It made some sense to me although I didn't know much about the real-time, experiential benefits of switching to a non fluoride toothpaste until much later. So, what began as a simple toothpaste change accompanied with smoking a decent amount of Cannabis Sativa on a regular basis and long hours of blissful solitude, has grown into a soul stirring adventure where I am gradually beginning to understand the power of thoughts and intention in manifesting the lives we dream of ....

Once the pineal gland starts to awaken, one starts to feel a tingling sensation in the brow area, in the middle of the forehead ... on some of my LSD trips, I remember seeing a bright light in my brow area, with my eyes closed. It was like a feeling of being one with this shimmering light. Much like a breakthrough experience on DMT where many have commonly experienced being in a place of white light with absolutely no sense of separation or form ... just white light ... and you are it ! Once you've seen the light you will never see yourself and this world the same way again.  The Universe is constantly working with us, if only we are aware how each one of us creating our own reality and shaping our experiences through the lens with which we view this world !

Psychedelics, Yoga and Meditative Practices all used in tandem have the potential to alter one's life in many powerful ways ... bringing to light hidden potential empowered by a deep soulful connection with 'Spirit'. On each of those LSD trips and amidst all the "Tryptamine TrippyNess" I've seen a beautifully animated fractal universe ... which feels like overwhelming love ...... just shining !!! Our deep inherent connection with all that exists is our guiding light through our physical incarnations and awakening our 3rd Eye holds the key to smoothly navigating the sometimes rough seas of Gaia. Like they say ... Not all Storms are here to destroy you, some are here just to wash you clean ! A Psychonaut has died many times in one lifetime to know Death is nothing but a simple transition ... to Source Energy, which we can still be in tune with, while we are in this meat suit ! Our thoughts and intentions create a ripple effect ... this reality is our co-creation and all is karmic in this 'Divine Leela', the great Cosmic Maya !

Opening the Third Eye is only the beginning of a grand adventure ... what comes next is the experience after which comes the lesson. We attract certain people into our lives because of the frequency we emanate from our being. Our thoughts and desires somehow magically begin to manifest in our lives. I have had fleeting moments of clairvoyance and clairaudience when I have quite literally heard a word being spoken in my head or had a vision of something to come. "Creating a reality of Abundance" seems to be selling many books, great online seminars and workshops worldwide. And this is no surprise as there is a dire need for humans to empower ourselves with tools we come with, in-built ! There are many teachers, masters, gurus who show us the way, however the greatest master functions within us all ... our intuition, the pineal gland ... the seat of the soul ... is our navigational system and we are all awakening to our true nature in our own time, if we choose to.

... We are Pure Consciousness ...

Most people, especially in America, are consuming a diet that is detrimental to our spiritual growth. With the influx of low vibratory foods (ie. fast food, sodas, microwave dinners, sugars etc.), we are contracting more diseases and evolving slower spiritually than we have to.

There are two types of foods: acid-forming or alkaline-forming. The differences between the two are like night and day. Or, diseased and not diseased. Or, a healthy pineal gland versus a overly calcified pineal gland.

Your body is designed for your blood pH balance to be between 7.35-7.45. Too much acid in the blood causes imbalance and eventually, diseases and further calcification of the pineal gland. Whenever you eat something that is incomplete (not wholesome) and acidic, your body has to pull the nutrients out of your body’s minerals to try to neutralize the acidity.

A high level of spiritual growth through pineal gland decalcification can be gained by eating more alkaline foods. Look at it as alkaline charges you up while acid drains your power. The following list will provide you with a number of food options that will help you charge up your third eye and re-gain your innate spiritual power!

Once you begin to consume more alkaline foods you will start to increase your intuition, “psychic” powers, dreams, calmness, peace of mind, happiness, creativity, and overall energy!

Note: Green supplements are a wonderful addition to any diet to get more chlorophyll and alkalinity. Be sure to check out our Superfoods in our online store

About the List

The foods listed below are all alkaline-forming. There is a difference between acid-forming and alkaline-forming. A citrus fruit like an orange is acidic but when your body assimilates it, it leaves an alkaline ash. Therefore, the orange is an alkaline-forming fruit.

This list is a combination of all the research and experiences I’ve had. There may be other foods that are not listed but that just means it slipped my eye. The important thing is that we make a conscious effort to consume as much alkaline-forming foods as possible.

Please share this list with everyone you know!

Melanin is a molecule which derives its name from the Greek word, Melanos, which denotes the color black. Melanin is the fundamental unit of the universe and can exist in four forms including Cosmic Melanin, Planetary Melanin, Plant Kingdom Melanin (chlorophyll) and Animal Kingdom melanin (black pigmentation).

Some of us might get confused between Melanin and Melatonin ... here are the differences ...

• Melanin is a pigment produced by tyrosine, whereas melatonin is a neurotransmitter produced by tryptophan.

• The main functions of melatonin are the modulation of the synthesis of melanin, maintaining the sleep wake cycle and biological rhythms in the body, whereas that of melanin are providing skin color, photo-protection, and involving in hearing.

• Melanin is synthesized in melanosomes, which are found in melanocytes, while melatonin is synthesized in the cells of the gastrointestinal tract, retina, and pineal gland.

• Melanin can be found in skin, eye, ear, hair, and central nervous system, whereas melatonin can be found in brain, liver, intestines, blood and muscles.

The following text is from the youtube channel, 211 Network who's video is featured below in this post ...

Time and conflict have conditioned us to fear what we do not understand. And our misunderstanding has been based on a lack of knowledge; of others, and of ourselves.

Getting to the core of truth about the human condition in an objective manner, one can shed light on facts that have been kept in the dark, and attain a higher understanding of truths Indecency and hatred have no place in a world of pure knowledge and understanding.

For at least a century, people have tried to preach equality for all, crusading based on the premise that we are all the same. Some vouched for fairness by insisting we are "created equal." It seems as if it were only those who wished to keep peoples of the world separate that would cite and declare our differences. And though they, at times, brought forth dishonest claims, they reign successful in keeping peoples apart to this day.

The truth is we are alike in the sense that we all have common ancestry. This is proven. We have a shared ancient heritage, even with our wide array of lineage. But we are different, a truth we must accept and discuss openly with one another. In the classroom, the household, governing bodies across the globe, and possibly the cosmos, et al.

Imagine a world without inhibitions concerning our differences. A world where, instead of denying these differences in fear of offending each other, we examine and celebrate these differences.

The following is an example of employing an objective approach toward one of the biggest indications of our differences -- skin colour; melanin being its primary determinant.

The topic of skin colour affects all of us. And even in today's world where we are coming together more than ever through social media, internet and overall the advent of technology, the colour of our skin remains a "touchy-untouched" subject because of our unwillingness to fully accept, examine and embrace our differences. That, plus the fact that melanin is a natural substance found in all of us, is the reason the example is used.

The following clip, an excerpt from a documentary called "Hidden Colors 2: The Triumph of Melanin", serves as one example of our potential to go beyond what history dictates about a characteristic of a people -- looking objectively and without bias at the physical, undeniable, provable traits posessed, with the characteristics serving as mere indication -- to in turn celebrate what makes humanity strong and determine where our weaknesses lie.

The film is not a reflection of the ideals of the uploader. One must admit that the documentary presents a black versus white dichotomy, a mindset that subtracts from the very idea behind the presentation of this clip to you, the viewer.

So that said, The.211Network asks that you heed the message within the message. That message being that humanity can abandon the "a priori" approach to judging people -- if we are even to judge. The message is that our differences, when explored, can open our eyes to the human condition; its brilliance and resilience, the make-up of our collective . And when the knowledge gained is taught and applied universally, the world and its inhabitants can be at least a little better for it.

Go beyond what the historians teach and what religions preach. Go beyond indoctrinated science and political etiquette. Go beyond the system employed. Go beyond, by regressing to true reason.

It is apparent that there is a vast amount of knowledge about ourselves and our potential that is not as accessible. You each have a short amount time to realize your full potential. And ignorance could be bliss, but you owe it to yourself to know what you are missing.

We are in the timeline of big change ...

The Pineal Gland, a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain, produces the serotonin derivative melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence the name Pineal), and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.

Some interesting videos on the Pineal Gland and how one can activate it using various techniques ...

When activated the Pineal gland becomes a line of communication with higher planes. Prana, or universal energy is received through this energy center in the head and with Practice, the vibration level of the astral body is raised, allowing it to separate from the physical.

To activate the 'third eye' and perceive higher dimensions, the pineal gland and the pituitary body, must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation and / or relaxation. When a correct relationship is established, between personality, operating through the pituitary body, and the soul, operating through the pineal gland, a magnetic field is created.

The negative and positive forces, interact and become strong enough, to create the 'light in the head'. With this 'light in the head' activated, astral projectors can withdraw themselves, from the body, carrying the light with them.

This pineal gland is activated by Light, and it controls various bio-rhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it awakens, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain.

While the physiological function of the pineal gland is not exactly common knowledge, mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known this area in the middle of the brain to be the connecting link between the physical and spiritual realms. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic talents has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision.

The Pineal Gland acts as a magnet for Fluoride and it is no accident that there is Fluoride in our drinking water supply and in most of the toothpastes sold out there. A population devoid of its abilities to see through the veil of illusion, trapped within the confines of the ego is easy to control.

As human beings continue to evolve, further out of matter, on the journey from spirit to matter... back to spirit, the pineal gland will continue to rise from its state of age - long dormancy, bringing back to humanity... astral capacities and spiritual abilities.

For over 3000 years the Blue Lotus was used by priesthood of ancient Egypt for its medicinal properties and as a spiritual sacrament. The Blue Lotus generally produces mild psychoactive effects that are purported to have a "divine" essence, which brings upon the feelings of tranquility and subtle euphoria.

Nymphaea caerulea, also known as the Egyptian blue lily or sacred blue lotus, is a blue water-lily in the genus Nymphaea that grows along the Nile and other places such as the Indian Subcontinent and Thailand.

The main effect you will probably sense is a pleasant feeling of warmth around the head and upper body; a very comfortable, dreamy feeling, with a slight stimulant effect. Many people relate to an expanded state of awareness with feelings of a psychic opening of the higher chakras, especially the 6th, or the third-eye.

The sacred flower seems to produce a subtle, high-level, expanded state of consciousness that may have been used in ceremonial meditation and magic. Energy workers have reported a heightened sense of psychic energy and the ability to better utilize these higher states in their practices. Many people also use the Sacrament to enhance meditation, utilizing the dreamy, trance-like effects to reinforce an alpha-state. Using the Sacrament before bedtime has also been reported to induce lucid dreaming.

Perhaps the most well-known role of the blue Lotus flower in Egyptology is set in it’s association with the Sun, the creation, and rebirth. The reason that that Lotus is used as a metaphor for these things is due to the way that it raises out of the water, over a small period of time, and flowers in the morning to the late afternoon, before sinking below the surface again. The repeat of this pattern makes it easy to understand why the Egyptians chose it to symbolize the Lotus with rebirth, as it followed the same pattern as the sun.

In Egypt, not a monument in the valley of the Nile, not a single papyrus scroll is without this plant in an honored place. On the capitals of the Egyptian pillars, on the thrones and even headdresses of the Divine Kings, the lotus appears everywhere.

The Blue Lotus in Buddhism is the symbol of the victory of the spirit over the senses, of intelligence and wisdom, of knowledge. It is generally represented as a partially opened bud, whose center is unseen, the embodiment of the “perfection of wisdom”. The Blue Lotus of the Nile was the most sacred of plants, prized above all others. The plant was associated with the sun god Ra as the bringer of light.

Even today blue lotus is used as a tonic for good health. It may be consumed as an extract in doses of 6-12 drops. 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of extract may be taken in juice or wine, 1 to 3 times daily. Fresh Nymphaea caerulea flowers are made into a tea or soaked in wine, then consumed, followed by smoking the dried plant material. The buds and flowers are the psychoactive parts of the plant.

In Modern India there are Naga Baba sects devoted to the use of psychedelics, Ganja and Bhang. Along with yoga practices. One of the most renowned Babas was Ganesh Baba Swami Ganeshananda Gir.

In the early part of his life he was a successful and wealthy businessman. Some time after 1945 he retired from worldly life and took sanyas vows, becoming a monk in the tradition of the Naga Babas, more exactly, in the Anandakara branch of the movement founded by Shankaracharya. He received spiritual teachings from several sources, but his main spiritual practice was Kriya Yoga.

Ganesh Baba stated that he received the four Kriya Yoga initiations from Lahiri Mahasaya (at the age of four, when he was brought to Lahiri Mahasay on the verge of death from cholera), He became well-known to young Westerners visiting India in the 1960s. In the late 1970s he lived at Swayambunath (near Kathmandu) where he received many visitors and gave courses in Kriya Yoga practice.

Everyone who met him were impressed and he was held in high esteem by both Indians and Westerners. He was talkative and would spend hours regaling his listeners with what some might call 'tall tales'.

In the 70’s Ganesh Baba met Timothy Leary in Nepal and shortly after came to NYC. was true to form psychedelic Kriya yogi. He used all forms of psychedelics of the time, and was particularly fond of LSD. He was known to take outrageous amounts of mushrooms, ganja and Acid and remain present and joyful. His statement “once a psychedelic always a psychedelic” says it all. Once you have tasted the bliss and ecstasy of the psychedelic experience you are never the same. He advocated being perfectly present and a straight spine to conduct the pranic life force. He looked like Mr. Natural, a comic strip character of the 60’s. A joyful and cherubic Santa Clause.

Inspite of his ganja smoking demeanor he was a strict disciplinarian. And demanded full and perfect attention no matter how stoned your where. He also advocated the use of psychedelics only for spiritual work. And he was an ecstatic trance dancer.

Teachings of Ganesh Baba including the conscious control of prana and breath, and how to expand the consciousness and connect with universal energy.

“This is a holy plant for the Sadhus, it can give you a glimpse of the divine at work. The Kriya-technique utilizes the eye piece provided at the pineal plexus within the human cerebrum, along the cerebral-spinal channel. The individual ego-consciousness expands the Cosmic Action (Kriya) to embrace the total context of consciousness in the entire cosmos around us-the highest attainable level of consciousness which the most perfected human being can ever attain. The realization of Universal Unity results in a harmonious rapport being established between the individual and the Universal. A sense of belonging, a sense of affinity among All in the Universe wells up in the self-realized soul making for peace, happiness, bliss and beatitude.”

Ganesh Baba's teachings incorporated Western scientific concepts. He taught that there is a cyclic cosmic process of involution and evolution, and he developed a system of correspondences - a "Cycle of Synthesis" - between levels of Kriya Yoga practice, the five koshas, the planets, the kayas, the Yugas, the Chakras, the stages of organic evolution and the Jungian psychological types. He left three manuscripts and many volumes of short essays and papers. The longer manuscripts, "Search of Self," an unfinished autobiography, "Sadhana," a kriya yoga manual, and a detailed essay on his Cycle of Synthesis, are synthesized and updated as The Crazy Wisdom of Ganesh Baba, by Eve Neuhaus (2010).

In 1979 he had developed eye cataracts and was going blind. His Western followers arranged for him to visit the U.S.A. for an operation, as a result of which he recovered his sight. Since many of the young Westerners who had met him in India and Nepal were glad to have him in the U.S. he remained there for seven years, teaching Kriya Yoga to small groups on the East Coast and West Coast. He returned to India in 1986. He visited a Kriya Yoga center in France (which was established by his French followers), then went back to India. He died at Nainital on 19 November 1987, and is buried at the Alakha Nath Temple in Bareilly.

USE AND ABUSE

To lump all drugs together is unfortunate. There are good drugs or plant medicines or bad drugs which deplete and destroy the body. There are empathogens like MDMA that are useful in the psychiatric communities. New research on mushrooms shows a beneficial prolonged change in consciousness. Much more research is needed.

Bur it is easy to abuse drugs, and therefore it makes it a dangerous path that can lead to self-abuse. When you get high your boundaries collapse and your sense of judgment. I consider psychedelic drugs in a separate category they are sacraments and they should be treated as such in ancient cultures they were used for spiritual purposes only. Today they're very prevalent on the party scene and indiscriminate use. Overuse tends to stretch the body’s’ ability to heal. To larger dose can cause imbalance in the dopamine or serotonin pathways and recovery time is necessary.

Ganesh Baba had his students only use plant medicines and marijuana for spiritual purpose and practice. I agree with this. Ideally one could be able to use less and less of the medicine and have a greater and greater response as you master the conductivity of the breath and the ability to bring sacred substances to the mid brain where it has its most advantageous use. Your body mind remembers these open ecstatic states. When doing practice, you reactivate the experience and open. Eventually homeopathic doses or none at all to achieve the same result.

A brief description of yoga and the sheaths or bodies of our Being.

According to yoga, the human being is composed of several concentric bodies, or sheaths of energy consciousness, from gross to subtle levels.

1. The physical body: the material, visible part of the human being, including the body consciousness at the cellular level which acts without any mental will of our own or even against that will; it has emerged from the Inconscient, the inverse reproduction of the Supreme Superconscient.

2. The vital body: the life nature made up of desires, sensations, feelings, passions, energies of action, will of desire, possessive and other related instincts, anger, fear, greed, lust, sorrow, joy, hatred, repulsion, pride, small likings and disliking’s, etc.

3. The mental body (manas): sense mind; that part which has to do with cognition, perception through the senses, the reactions of thoughts to things, the putting out of mental forces for realization of an idea; the expression of ideas as through speech.

4. The intellectual body (buddhi): reasoning mind; that which analyzes, synthesizes and constructs ideas from signs, indications and gathered data; mind is a subordinate power of Supermind which takes its stand in the standpoint of division, actually forgetful here of the oneness behind, though able to return to it by reillumination from the Supramental (Truth Consciousness).

5. The spiritual body: the eternal true being or Self of the individual; the spiritual consciousness is that in which we enter into the awareness of self, the Spirit, the Divine

In ordinary life, the current of life moves down and through the body. The body decays and falls into the ground and becomes dust. In Kriya yoga, we reverse that process by literally raising the body into the light energizing the cells and acquiring awareness of the energy body. This process is only for a few that are moved to meditate and practice in this way.

THE PRACTICE

The practice becomes a way of life, once the search for enlightenment collapses.

A visual example of the inner movement. The centers open and Self awareness occurs spontaneously.

THE PRACTICE

I would like to at this time draw attention to the three pumps in the body and how they can facilitate the energy moving into higher centers in the brain. A side note, the brain controls many of the processes in the body such as growth, and of emotions. It is capable of the experience of Bliss... Therefore it makes sense that when blood and spinal fluid with nutrients are pumped into the brain for assimilation. Great benefits can be derived. In the practice, pressure is put on some of the ductless glands. The pineal and pituitary which control growth and subtle experience. The third eye. That being said, let's look a little closer at the three pumps.

First of all in the practice air enters the body through the mouth. But literally by the focus of our attention we feel the energy entering through the pineal gland or third eye. The energy moving down into the lower navel area. Holding the breath filling the lower abdominal region thus putting pressure on the sexual organs. This is where the first pump comes into play. The Anal sphincter muscles tighten and hold lifting up gently. For women a slight pressure on the clitoris with the folded palms. The tongue is turned back upon itself and raised at the soft palate. This locks the energy into the body and should be completely comfortable as you become an adept in the practice. The pressure is slightly felt to push down upon the sexual center or for men the prostate gland. This can induce a feeling of pleasure and heat. This feeling is felt to draw up as the air is exhaled gently. It is felt to rise up the back of the spine.

The inhalation sound is a slight houwlllll as the air is inhaled. Then houwww as exhaled. The first pump comes into play in lifting up of the anal sphincter muscles. This feels as if energy is been being lifted into the navel area. The solar plexus moves the energy in a lifting fashion. It is felt to move up into the heart central area of the body where it can be felt as a feeling of warmth, emotion and well-being an expanded sense of self. That's the second pump in the heart center (you can feel this subtle lift when you naturally breathe in your chest rises.) in the exhale you feel a slight tension in the back as the energy is consciously drawn upward. It is important as not to stress yourself in this movement. It's as natural as breathing in and breathing out. Then comes the third pump, right behind the neck muscles which hold the cranium and the medulla in place. In Taoism this is called the jade pillow.

These muscles are lifted, while the tongue is simultaneously pressed on the hard ridge inside of the mouth. This is said to be a pressure point that activates the pineal gland the third eye. This push pushes blood and spinal fluid up into the brain. During climax, ecstasy or joy these muscles move upward automatically. The first area felt is the medulla oblongata. This is the old brain and contains the pleasure centers and activates full brain rapture. Known as the Bliss sheath in yogic lore. A slight pressure is then felt in the pituitary center. This literally milks the gland so that it secretes various hormones that are beneficial to the body. Hence Kriya yoga has been use since early time for physical regeneration.

Yogis would use his practice to prolong life, so they could do austerities and tapas (spiritual disciplines,). The body is a vehicle that can be used to perceive all dimensions. We are multi dimensional. Many of these dimensions are perceived in yogic ways and in silence. Kriya yoga facilitates that process.

The best practice to be free and silence your mind forever whether it is moving or not is simple. DON’T BELIEVE YOUR THOUGHTS. They will come and go and I might ad as you move on this incredible journey don’t believe any experience as well.

You are an Amazing Being !

"I am John Krajewski, a visionary artist from back in the 60's having done posters and Album covers. The rolling stone called my cover for "Iron Butterfly Live" mystical and visionary art. My art was a way to convey the ecstasy and experiences with psychedelic Kriya Yoga. My initial discovery of Kriya Yoga occurred under LSD. I have had initiations in this Sovereign Science by Masters through out the east. In India, Indonesia, and Burma. Forms of Kriya Yoga are known in all ancient cultures. I am forever grateful and deeply respectful to all the teachers I have met. In a forthcoming blog I will share some of these encounters. I have practiced steadfastly for over 45 years with and without plant medicine. The real initiation happens as you do the practice. Kriya Yoga is the real inner teacher. It is a love affair with the Divine."

The Pineal Gland has often been referred to as the 'Seat of the Soul' or the Mind's Eye and has been held in great reverence by the ancient mystery schools and those who possess this esoteric knowledge of a spiritual guiding system deeply embedded within our being.

Also, referred to as the Ajna Chakra in the ancient yogic tradition, the third eye opening is symbolic of a spiritual awakening of sorts and is marked by a pulsing sensation in the brow area right at the center of the forehead. Feels odd at first as one may not fully understand whats going on, however with time the pulsing becomes involuntary and these changes reflect in our lives as our intuitive abilities expand and we begin to see through the illusions of separation and start living a life of conscious awareness.

Recently came across a brilliant article on the Pineal Gland being our Cosmic Antenna and how we are awakening beyond the five senses ... thought I'll share ...

In a distant past our pineal gland used to be our third eye and, even more than an eye: a cosmic receiver and sender of multi-dimensional information. The pineal gland is now a tiny gland in the center of our brain, connected with all our senses and the rest of our body. Through the other senses it communicates with the outer world in electrical impulses.

With its spectrum of hormones it regulates our state of consciousness, e.g. waking, sleeping, dreaming, various meditative states including those states in which we may have mystical experiences. The mind and senses are paths for occult energies that work through various psycho-physical centers or chakras, among the highest of which is the pineal gland. These centres continue to develop as we evolve towards spirit.

So, while the third eye or pineal gland has certain physiological activities in conjunction with the pituitary gland - together they regulate the rhythms of metabolism and growth - it is also the physical organ of intuition, inspiration, spiritual vision, and divine thought. The pituitary gland is the thought receiver and the pineal gland, often called our true master gland, is the thought transmitter.

The pineal gland is the very key to the highest and divinest consciousness in man - his omniscient, spiritual and all embracing mind. It is the Single Eye.

The more light you can store in your body, the higher your vibration will become. The higher your vibration is, the easier it becomes to elevate your surrounding as well as the people around you. Now is the time to reawaken our pineal gland as a cosmic antenna.

Just two days after a formation was reported at Roundway Hill, near Devizes, Wiltshire, another beautiful crop circle was reported right next to it in another field adjacent to the Roundway Hill White Horse ! This formation has been harvested by the farmer who owns the field.

The one at Roundway Hill which was reported on the 23rd of July shows the molecular structure of Melatonin, and the one on the 25th of July depicts secretion of Melatonin by the Pineal Gland ! This might have something to do with the physical changes our bodies are experiencing now ...

The much awaited documentary film on DMT titled "The Spirit Molecule" is finally out ... with Navigator, Joe Rogan !

The Spirit Molecule weaves an account of Dr. Rick Strassman's groundbreaking DMT research through a multifaceted approach to this intriguing hallucinogen found in the human brain and hundreds of plants, including the sacred Amazonian brew, Ayahuasca. Utilizing interviews with a variety of experts to explain their thoughts and experiences with DMT, and ayahuasca, within their respective fields, and discussions with Strassman’s research volunteers, brings to life the awesome effects of this compound, and introduces us to far-reaching theories regarding its role in human consciousness.

Several themes explored include possible roles for endogenous DMT, its theoretical role in near-death and birth experiences, alien-abduction experiences, and spiritual states, both within Eastern concepts of enlightenment and Western ideas regarding prophecy, and the uncanny similarities in Biblical prophetic texts describing DMT-like experiences. Our expert contributors offer a comprehensive collection of information, opinions, and speculation about indigenous use of DMT, the history and future of psychedelics within the research community, and within the larger social matrix, and current DMT research. All this, to help us understand the nature of the DMT experience, and its role in human culture and evolution.

The subtle stimulating combination of science, spirituality, anthropology, sociology, and philosophy within the film’s approach sheds light on an array of ideas that could considerably alter the way humans understand the universe and their relationship to it.

"Spiritual Reality - Journey Within" is a brilliant video presentation on Meditation, a must see for all who seek to understand what Meditation is all about ...

We may sit either on the floor or on a chair.
Cross your legs clasp the fingers
Close your eyes gently
Relax relax

Then, Observe your normal Breath
Do not chant any Mantra do not think of any God
Just witness the Breath
If any thoughts come,
Do not go behind the thoughts do not negate the thoughts
Just come back observe the Breath
Witness the Breath
Be the Breath

Just Be.

This is the WAY. This is the Meditation Technique.
Then one reaches, No Thought and No Breath state.
This is the Meditative State.

By more and more Meditation, we receive abundant Cosmic Energy.
With this Meditation Technique, Our Energy body gets cleansed

In this short documentary produced by Fluoride Action Network, featuring Christopher Bryson, an award-winning journalist and former producer at the BBC, discusses the findings of his new book "The Fluoride Deception".

Christopher Bryson, is an award winning investigative reporter and a television producer. He covered Guatemalan Army human rights abuses from Central America in the late 1980's for the BBC World Service, National Public Radio and The Atlanta Constitution. In 1989 he was part of an investigative team that won a George Polk Award and Sidney Hillman Prize with Jonathan Kwitny at Public Television's The Kwitny Report. In 1999 he won a Project Censored award with medical writer Joel Griffiths.

Excerpt from an Interview with Dr.Mercola :

1. What prompted you to write "The Fluoride Deception"?

" I’m a reporter. I don’t know how many modern stories have the same epic reach of history and rich cast of characters as you will find in "The Fluoride Deception."

I stumbled on the story in 1993. I was working in New York as a BBC radio producer and was asked to find "an American angle" on water fluoridation. Ralph Nader put me in touch with a couple of government scientists (William Hirzy at the EPA and Robert Carton at the U.S. Army) who opposed water fluoridation, and explained how the science underpinning the nation’s fluoride safety standards was fraudulent...

I just kept reporting. "

The Fluoride Action Network is an international coalition seeking to broaden public awareness about the toxicity of fluoride compounds and the health impacts of current fluoride exposures.

Along with providing comprehensive and up-to-date information on fluoride issues to citizens, scientists, and policymakers alike, FAN remains vigilant in monitoring government agency actions that may impact the public's exposure to fluoride. FAN's work has been cited by national media outlets including Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine, National Public Radio, Chicago Tribune, Prevention Magazine, and Scientific American, among others.

If you haven't already, you might want to take another look at the quality of drinking water you consume and the toothpaste you use ... Switching to a Herbal Toothpaste such as Vicco, Meswak, Himalaya Dental Cream or the new Organic Herbal Toothpaste by Himalaya ... is a great idea !

Eat The Sun is a feature length documentary that focuses on a young man’s journey into the little known world of sungazing, an ancient practice of looking directly at the sun for long periods of time.

San Francisco, CA 2004: A flyer at school advertising a lecture by an elderly Indian gentleman sparks the imagination of a young man named Mason. The flyer reads: “You can become solar powered.” It also states that the Indian man giving the lecture, who goes by the acronym HRM (Hira Ratan Manek), has not eaten in over 8 years, a direct result of sungazing.

Intrigued, Mason begins this simple practice along with a few other classmates. Everyday, in accordance with HRM’s protocol, they stand barefooted on the bare earth looking directly into the sun and every day they add 10 seconds to their sungazing time. The goal, according to HRM, is to reach 44 consecutive minutes of looking directly at the sun ... which could take 9 to 12 months to achieve ... at which time one would be “fully charged”, meaning not only cured of all mental and physical ailments but also now without the desire or need to eat food.

In many ancient civilizations, from the Incas and Aztecs to the Greeks and Egyptians - this practice was exclusive to only the high priests and forbidden for ‘ordinary’ people. Today, with the help of the Internet, this revived practice is gathering global momentum.

Modern day sungazers claim a multitude of health benefits including better eyesight, enhanced vitality, weight loss and, in some more profound cases, a complete loss of the desire and need to eat food. The main theory of how this is possible focuses on the stimulation of the pineal gland from direct sunlight entering the brain via the eye – the only external expression of the brain - and traveling along the retinal-hypothalamic tract. (The pineal, once believed to have no function, is now considered a master gland, controlling the secretion of melatonin and serotonin). Brain scans of HRM, age 70, reveal a pineal gland 3 times the size of a normal man, despite his advanced age when the pineal tends to shrink. (Additionally, HRM was part of a 411-day medical study during which time he did not eat).

Mason soon discovers that this journey is going to be a lonely one, as society seems to revolve around food; family gatherings, social functions and dating all center on eating. But as his sungazing time increases so do the positive effects. As a former Olympic hopeful in ski jumping and cross-country skiing, Mason has experienced both physical and mental strengthening and he finds that sungazing is far more potent than anything he has felt before. On the downside, he is alienating himself from society; his girlfriend breaks up with him because of his obsession with sungazing, and others, including his family, are put off by his new zealousness.

When Mason approaches 40 minutes of sungazing his desire to eat fades. His conflicts are socially and culturally driven and counter to what he is actually feeling. The only reason he eats anything at all is because of social expectations and some self-doubt. Can this really be happening? Is it possible?

Mason’s loneliness and curiosity fuel his desire to meet other people who look at the sun - other than a 70 year old Indian man - in hopes that they can share their stories and experiences so he can better understand this phenomena. Eat The Sun follows Mason on a cross country tour that links him with a variety of colorful sungazers: a Hollywood lawyer, a practicing Mormon with 5 kids, a religious group that believes Jesus was a sungazer and even a sungazing ophthalmologist, some of whom have been sungazing for over 20 years. Interspersed with Mason’s journey are interviews with scientists and doctors.

Mason’s confusion builds as he navigates through this subculture of sungazing. His story culminates in his final decision to continue and finish HRM’s 44 minute protocol. Will Mason succeed? What will happen when he reaches 44 minutes of staring directly into the sun? Has HRM been truthful? Is it really possible to live without eating?

Eat The Sun is the story of one man’s struggle to uncover the truth and, ultimately, reveals the power of the mind.
