Everything is changing and in a forever state of flux. I have said these words many times before and now I am truly beginning to understand how we are our own obstacle and our own lack of awareness of self keeps us trapped in certain habitual self limiting patterns. Psychedelics and all of these magical experiences are showing us the way, we tend to confuse the wayshowers for the way. For many years I have been using plant based Psychedelics and its only now I am beginning to truly understand how we are literally slaves of our own mind if we continue to act on every impulse our mind suggests. To realize the self as the observer and observing ones own mind brings back clarity into our lives and the choices we make thereafter. An awakened intuition plays an ever important part in helping us traverse these paths as we begin to decipher the many secrets the universe holds for us ... as we go along ... Entheogens help us connect with our divine essence, our breath ... these deep transcendental meditative states make us realize the power in staying connected with one's breath, at all times. Through this realization, I started reprogramming my mind by staying focused on each passing breath, while simply observing the thoughts that come through and not necessarily acting on them.


Growing up in India we were aware of certain Yogis, Rishis, Sadhus ... who would go without food or water for days together. However, these abilities were only with the ones who renounced pleasures of the material world and had surrendered to the will of universe, living fearlessly in the lap of mother nature, in adverse climatic conditions most of us would shudder to even think of, given the so called 'comfortable lives' we lead, sheltered, however isolated from the natural way of life. These supermen who have lived among us in anonymity are shining examples of what its like to be Breatharian, living off Prana. From my personal experience so far, i can say that its been a gradual shift from living a life of consumerism to a minimalist way of life. I'm ever grateful to everyone in my life and the universe at large for all the profound realizations, lessons and synchronicities that have helped me carve the way forward.


Getting back to the topic of food, we are either feeding ourselves to health or imminent sickness all thanks to the toxicity in our food, killing us slowly and feeding the big pharma money making machine ! This gradual shift from eating solar powered food to becoming solar powered through sungazing practices and breathwork is the way forward for the evolving neo human.

There are some great examples before us to learn from when it comes to eating right to eating nothing at all. Amen Ra is one such person who is vegan and eats just once a day. Intermittent fasting has tremendous health benefits as it doesn't wear out the body as fast as it would if we were eating excessively like we normally do.


I know some folks who have been raw vegan for a while now and look remarkably 'lit up', if you know what I mean ! Definitely a step forward as we move towards becoming solar powered. One such solar powered human I recently came across is Elitom-Amin who has been a Breatharian for over 20 years now !





We are being presented the opportunity to evolve or perish if we continue to do things we've been doing unconsciously for so many years. The Mayans spoke of a new kind of human who would emerge in these times and called it 'Homo Luminous'. Dolores Cannon also says something similar in her books where she describes the optimal diet for a human in these times and where things are headed ...


We are the ones in charge of our lives and we are completely responsible for what happens to us based on the choices we make now, from here on. It takes a little courage to step outside this heavily conditioned reality we've been sanctioned and make our own way. The Universe will support you at all steps, but you must take that first step into the unknown armed with knowledge and awareness of self at all times, allowing your heartfelt intuition to guide your actions.

This of course, is right on Divine time and not to be feared. For a long time now the Earth and humanity have been receiving increased light, ascension codes, and consciousness downloads from the Divine through solar flares, gamma rays, angels ascended masters and ascension gateway openings.

Yes, 2012 ties into this wave of energy too. 2012 was a Divine cosmic alignment and the official entrance into the new paradigm of the new age. The 888 Lions Gateway relates as well, it was like a threshold we stepped over into the new paradigm ... Now the September Wave X Energy is the welcoming party. I once had a media and communications professor ask a packed auditorium of journalism students the interesting question: “What is the singular factor that affects all of humanity? A factor that can start or stop wars? That can raise up civilizations or destroy them?” Not one student could come up with the right, yet so obvious, answer:  Space Weather. Almost 35+ years later, I still remember his words.

When I heard Dr. Simon Atkins recently talk about the ‘”WAVE X shift of 2015″ it made complete sense. Atkins is a well-known climate risk economist and planetary threat forecaster with a doctorate in Biometeo-electromagnetics. He uses the science of magnetism to bring clarity to what is presently occurring in our world.

Space weather not only influences, but guides humanity. Statistics show that when there are intense solar flares from space, 82% of the time there is a downshift in the stock market 1-3 days later. These same solar flare peaks are known to cause eruptions of violence between classes (sort of like the full moon effect). It’s a natural phenomenon, but its all due to magnetic waves that ultimately affect every living organism on our planet.

On a positive note, when there are coronal mass ejections from the sun (CMEs), humans are more likely to experience euphoria, calmness and ultimately peace. CMEs are explosions of electricity and energy in the form of electrons and protons, according to NASA. This magnetic energy that comes from our Sun (which is why the Ancients saw the Sun as the God Source) actually elevates consciousness levels. The Sun is the great benefactor. If you stay out of the Sun you quickly lose your connection to third eye consciousness. You also can experience depression and/or illness.

I experienced this first hand many years ago when I worked in a darkened lab doing altered states studies during daylight hours. I started not only getting oily skin and breaking out with facial eruptions (which I had never had), but I became quickly depressed. Something told me to take a few 15 minute breaks outside each day and just sit in the Sun. It was like a miracle cure. Like a plant, we need light to thrive. Without it, it will lead to dysfunction, be it emotional and/or physical. It’s a lesson I never forgot.

The BIG SECRET is the Sun is also connected to our evolutionary awakening. During the last half of September 2015, there is a powerful wave of gamma light coming from the Galactic Core. This intergalactic WAVE X energy will be coming through to Earth at maximum strength and peaking on September 28th. We are already well into it and feeling its effects. It happens every 3,600 years, and is being called “The Event Horizon.”  It is the next step in the evolutionary cycle of man.



As reported by Time Magazine, scientists know about this event, but are questioning what these mysterious intergalactic bursts are or, more importantly, what they will bring. Change, for sure. It is no coincidence that in the last 18 months worldwide earthquakes have suddenly quadrupled as this energy is beginning to be felt more and more on the planet. The earth is doing strange things. People of all countries and even the media have reported eerie sounding, and rather loud, groaning sounds coming from the earth. Expect more in August as these are signs of dimensional portals opening in the earth itself, says Atkins. Intergalactic WAVE X is getting closer. This is no Armageddon scenario as many biblical adherents are predicting, but a time when our cellular DNA is able to shift and open up our true gifts.

In 1984-1985, Dr. Peter Gariaev and his team of Russian linguists were studying DNA and the ways light, sound and frequencies interact with DNA. Their research led to many groundbreaking and paradigm-shifting discoveries with one of them showing that DNA is able to absorb and emit light (photons), which spirals along the double helix in sacred geometrical form. Literally, DNA creates magnetized wormholes in the time-space fabric. DNA acts as “tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness.” The researchers found that with the presence of light (photons), DNA activation and thus evolution can occur.

This is the great awakening that has always been promised us. This is an incredible time to be alive to witness this shift. It does not pick favorites. It does not matter what race or religion you embrace. It is here for us all. We are the Oneness.

Some people believe that helpful extraterrestrials (ETs) are trying to slow down this planetary energy from being too much for us because this faster electromagnetic energy can cause some people to feel like they are going mad (it opens enhanced mind/thought patterns). Call it energy weirdness. It’s no coincidence that violence rates suddenly surged in the US during 2015, after years of showing a decline.

This new energy is nothing to fear. We want this WAVE X energy. It serves to cleanse and help raise the consciousness of humanity. There are those who might disagree and are doing their best to suppress it. The CERN particle accelerator in Switzerland is ramping up to go full steam on August 15, hoping to stop this galactic energy. They’ve spent trillions of dollars for this very purpose. The dark forces behind CERN know this energy shift will spell the beginning of the end of control of the masses as it begins shifting DNA. Just imagine a world where a greater percentage of people are fully awakened than ever before. The 1% who have worked hard to enslave humanity for their own greed and benefit—well, their days are numbered.

Everywhere in our world we are now seeing the awakening of humanity speed up. We are seeing massive rallies against corruption and rallies for peace spread. We are seeing tyranny, cover-ups and false flags exposed. If you talk to most people these days they all feel like something is getting ready to happen in the next month or two. Most don’t know what it is, but they can sense it. Whether it be a global currency reset, financial collapse, civil chaos, more earthquakes, or something else—as a collective mass we are the precipice of a new world emerging. Trust that this is not the end. You may be feeling more tired than usual lately—like you just can’t get enough restorative sleep. Maybe you’ve even taken to power napping—which is good. Take care of yourself. Your cells are already feeling the energy change.  No sense fighting it.  It will be interesting to see what emerges for us all.

People who are already reaching areas past the astral are going even further. Those who are already channeling information from their higher selves will have instant access to Universal Akashic records. In the very near future, teleportation should be possible through the dematerialization and re-materialization of the physical body as our bodies transform into more of a light body than a physical dense body. Regeneration and rejuvenation of the physical body will take care of all diseases and aging. Manifesting anything you need from the background energy will provide for limitless creation coupled with creative responsibility.

For most part our society thrives on labels, which tend to act as a reaffirmation to the illusion of separation. We often use phrases such as "think from the head" and "feel from the heart" which implies that the brain does all the logical thinking and our heart is where we respond from emotionally. The logical mind often takes control over the best of us and very rarely do we understand the power we hold within our hearts.


The Human Heart is now documented as the strongest generator of both electrical and magnetic fields in the body. The 3 Serpents Crop Circle near the Avebury Stone Circles was reported on the 1st of August 2012 ... Yet another intriguing formation with crescents and diamonds which have been seen in many of the formations this season ... the message seems to point towards an alignment of planetary bodies moving around the Sun which is shown with intense solar flare activity in the central circle ...

" First we saw Woodborough Hill on June 9, which showed three “ocean sunfish” swimming metaphorically upward through the sky, in order to represent planet Venus moving up and away from the Sun after solar transit on June 6. Then we saw Milk Hill of June 25, which compared Venus to a “sunfish” or “serpent” swimming up at dawn through the stars of Taurus. Next we saw Stanton St. Bernard on June 29, which compared the passage of bright Venus through those V-shaped stars to the metaphor of a “cross” on top of a 'Christian Cathedral'. "

On July 9 we saw another spectacular crop picture at Picked Hill, where Venus as a “serpent” was now turning back down toward the Sun, while passing by certain bright stars in Taurus. Then on July 17 we saw Phase II of Stanton St. Bernard (not shown), where Venus was drawn next to our Moon, while it was occulting Jupiter. Finally on July 20 we saw Phase III of Stanton St. Bernard, which showed bright Venus passing down through the stars of Taurus towards a diamond-shaped asterism (shown below). Four previous crop pictures of similar style therefore describe the “current astronomy of Venus”. Why would paranormal crop artists be interested in such an obscure subject? It seems to go back to ancient Mayan culture, and how they regarded any motion of planet Venus through Earth’s sky as symbolic of the life and/or actions of their beloved god-teacher Quetzalcoatl, whom they called a “Feathered Serpent”.

This crop circle was reported on the 9th of June 2012 at Woodborough Hill, near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire. It shows 3 distinct objects/entities resembling 'sunfish' moving in a serpentine path with the Eye at the center of the spherical heads.

The tails have 6, 7 and 8 spheres showing some kind of a progression ... the wings symbolize flight ... perhaps this symbolizes neutrinos coming to Earth ... or the Itz (Cosmic Sap) pouring into our Solar System as we make our way through the Photon Belt.

The first genuine crop circle this season appeared in Bracciano, Bertinoro (FC) Italy on the 20th of May 2012, not far away from the place where a major earthquake struck around the same time somewhere between Parma and Bologna. Also, the Annular Solar Eclipse happened the same day, making the events seem connected in some way !

The formation depicts an intricate two way spiraling staircase/ladder, which may symbolize a "Saros cycle" for any long term series of eclipses. Spirals appear as symbols in art and on architecture since Neolithic and Paleolithic times. They exist in the natural world as whorls in flowing water and flames, as well as in the growth of plants and animals in the form of the Fibonacci spiral. Spirals also describe the movement of galaxies and the activity of the sun’s flares, etc.

As a symbol, the spiral has both an inner moving direction and an outer moving direction. Because of these two characteristics, the spiral carries the symbolism for: Yin and Yang, death and rebirth, involution and evolution, contraction and expansion. The ladder aspect of this formation is reminiscent of Jacob’s ladder by which the heavenly hosts could descend to Earth and the earthly beings could ascend to heaven. With this formation we are confronted with the challenge of uniting the Earthly to the Heavenly, the challenge of realizing the sacred marriage of Heaven and Earth, spirit and matter!

There have been a whole lot of images and videos of Massive UFOs using the Sun's Stargate to enter our Solar System as seen from NASA's SOHO probe and other telescopes observing solar activity. Each time there is a new discovery of anomalous objects or lights captured by the SOHO probe, NASA edits those images out ! They are trying hard to conceal the evidence lest they're asked to explain these sightings which they know would be a tough ask, as it would need them to reveal for long withheld knowledge and advanced technology which changes our present paradigm and way of life.

Carrying forward from our previous post on Vaccinations and Good Health ... this one is about Vitamin D, one of the best defenses we have against disease.

In the following video Dr. Joe Prendergast explains that vitamin D is likely more powerful than any vaccine you could take, as German researchers have found it increases your immune system by a factor of 3 to 5.

Vitamin D is a steroid hormone, not a vitamin. It influences virtually every cell in your body, and is easily one of nature's most potent cancer fighters.


Vitamin D influences nearly 3,000 of your genes, and it plays a major role in your immune response, including helping your body produce over 200 antimicrobial peptides that help fight all sorts of infections.


Your best defense against any disease is a robust immune system, which vaccines can compromise; supporting your immune system should always be at the top of your list, and optimizing your vitamin D levels is one crucial component of this.

When was the last time you spent time in the Sun?

This is an important question to answer, because vitamin D from sun exposure is the best way to optimize your vitamin D levels and thereby reduce your risk of a wide range of diseases.

Unfortunately, it's been suggested that only about 30 percent of Americans' circulating vitamin D is the product of sunlight exposure, which is an unfortunate byproduct of public health agencies' misguided advice to stay out of the sun to avoid cancer (when in fact vitamin D from sun exposure will prevent cancer). Another obvious reason is the majority of us work indoors, and when not working, do not spend enough time enjoying outdoor recreation.

Occasional sunlight exposure to your face and hands is insufficient for vitamin D nutrition for most people. To optimize your levels, you need to expose large portions of your skin to the sun, and you may need to do it for more than a few minutes. And, contrary to popular belief, the best time to be in the sun for vitamin D production is actually as near to solar noon as possible. Ultraviolet light from the sun comes in two main wavelengths -- UVA and UVB. It's important for you to understand the difference between them, and your risk factors from each.

First there is UVB, the healthy wavelengths that help your skin produce vitamin D. Then there is UVA, which is generally considered the unhealthy wavelengths because they penetrate your skin more deeply and cause more free radical damage. Not only that, but UVA rays are quite constant during ALL hours of daylight, throughout the entire year -- unlike UVB, which are low in morning and evening, and high at midday.

So to use the sun to maximize your vitamin D production and minimize your risk of skin damage, the middle of the day (roughly between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) is the best and safest time. During this UVB-intense period you will need the shortest sun exposure time to produce the most vitamin D.

As far as the optimal length of exposure, you only need enough to have your skin turn the lightest shade of pink. This may only be a few minutes for those who have very pale skin.

Once you have reached this point your body will not make any additional vitamin D and any further exposure will only result in damage to your skin. Most people with fair skin will max out their vitamin D production in just 10-20 minutes, or, again, when their skin starts turning the lightest shade of pink. Some will need less, others more. The darker your skin, the longer exposure you will need to optimize your vitamin D production.

If sun exposure is not an option, a safe tanning bed (with electronic ballasts rather than magnetic ballasts, to avoid unnecessary exposure to EMF fields) can be used, or alternatively as a last resort, a vitamin D3 supplement can be taken orally.


Research published by Grassroots Health from the D*Action study shows the average adult needs to take 8,000 IU's of vitamin D per day in order to elevate their levels above 40 ng/ml, which they believe is the absolute minimum for disease prevention.

Studies that show vitamin D to be more effective than vaccines will rarely see the light of day in the scientific community. It is to the great credit of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, in fact, that it accepted the publication of this paper by Mitsuyoshi Urashima. Most medical journals wouldn't dare touch it because it questions status quo beliefs about vaccines and influenza.

Medical journals, you see, are largely funded by the pharmaceutical industry. And Big Pharma doesn't want to see any studies lending credibility to vitamins, regardless of their scientific merit. Even if vitamin D could save America billions of dollars in reduced health care costs (which it can, actually), they don't want vitamin D to receive any scientific backing whatsoever because drug companies can't patent vitamin D. It's readily available to everyone for mere pennies a day.

Chapter 13 of the biblical Book of Revelation is a very revealing text. It refers to the number 666 as being the mark of ‘the beast’.

But, in the Periodic Table of the Elements, the atomic number for the Carbon element is six. Carbon is necessary to form all DNA and RNA, the chemical code of life as it currently exists. And the Carbon atom has six electrons, six neutrons and six protons.

Internally, all our cells are being changed from an organic structure to a Crystalline structure, the perfect prism through which Light can pass for illumination.

When a log of wood is placed in a fire, it burns down until all that remains is the Carbon element. But if a diamond is placed in a fire, its structure is retained. So all of our cells must be transformed from Carbon to Silicon Crystal so that we can withstand the tremendous amount of Light that will be streaming into the planet from the Central Suns in 2012.

Our Crystalline Light bodies will then convert that sunlight directly into electricity. This is what will power us. We will require sunlight – not food. Our Light bodies will be powered by Liquid Light. Mono-Crystalline Silicon will be the receiver and it will work in conjunction with the elements Gold, Palladium and Titanium.

Not everyone will experience this transformation, however. Many people will choose, at the soul level, to pass on before Earth reaches that time. Still others will leave because their body will lack the Light that will enable them to survive in the higher dimensional level. But those souls whose decision it is to change their Carbon-based cellular structure to the Crystalline form will accompany the new Terra Nova Earth into the Golden Age. They will be able to ascend without leaving their bodies.

In the New International version of the Bible, the first line of Chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation reads, ‘And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea.’ In the King James version, it reads, ‘And I stood upon the sand of the sea.’

It is we who are ‘the beast’…

In this show titled "Amazing Water" on Coast to Coast AM, Filmmaker and Mystic Ecologist David Sereda discusses some of the amazing properties of water. It may actually have memory and consciousness, he said. Human beings are mostly made up of water and he suggested that restructured water could have healing properties on their bodies.


Following up on the groundbreaking work of Masaru Emoto, Sereda exposed water to the sounds of the sun, and the water crystals changed to a beatific shape. A subject drank restructured water and their blood cells showed a healthy response, and prayer/intention directed at water can beneficially alter its structure, he detailed. Such water must be drank right away as the restructuring may be temporary, he added.


Could water itself be a kind of memory system, actually containing the Akashic Records?, Sereda pondered. He noted in addition to healing, structured water could potentially be useful in exploring nuclear fusion, reclaiming polluted areas, and developing "super sensors" -- instantaneous signals that can be sent out into the galaxy.
