Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft has entered deep space after crossing the 150,000 km (one and a half lakh km) distance mark from the Earth. ?This happened after the successful completion of the spacecraft’s third orbit raising manoeuvre today (October 26, 2008) morning.

During this manoeuvre which was initiated at 07:08 IST, the spacecraft’s 440 Newton liquid engine was fired for about nine and a half minutes. With this, Chandrayaan-1 entered a much higher elliptical orbit around the Earth. The apogee (farthest point to Earth) of this orbit lies at 164,600 km while the perigee (nearest point to Earth) is at 348 km. In this orbit, Chandrayaan-1 takes about 73 hours to go round the Earth once.

The antennas of the Indian Deep Space Network at Byalalu are playing a crucial role in tracking and communicating with Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft in such a high orbit. The spacecraft performance is normal. More orbit raising manoeuvres are planned in the coming few days to take Chandrayaan-1 towards the Moon.

Dear Friends,

In previous sessions, we've made several very important points about the phenomenon of meaningful coincidence. First, we've stated that this phenomenon is highly significant. Although many people dismiss the importance in their lives, I believe this is because they lack the tools to think about it in any other way. For thousands of years in human history, striking coincidences were taken very seriously. They were seen as omens or messages from the gods.

They were carefully interpreted and profound meanings were derived from them.

In my opinion, the fact that we now regard coincidence as insignificant does not mean that our society is intellectually superior. It simply means that we have embraced one way of looking at the world to the exclusion of all others.

Our second point about coincidence is that it is not rare. It is not unusual. It is not an anomaly amid the workings of the world. On the contrary, the entire universe is built on an almost infinite number of incredible improbabilities. Perhaps the greatest of all these improbabilities is our own existence as human beings.

A third point is that meaningful coincidence has a direction. It is a process of manifestation, of unfolding - just as the development of a human embryo is the unfolding of a genetic destiny encoded in the DNA.

The word SynchroDestiny expresses awareness of a developing pattern in the events of our lives. Of course, SynchroDestiny is also more than just awareness. Awareness is not an end in itself.

SynchroDestiny also means understanding and participating in the process of meaningful coincidence. It means lending your attention and intention in order to bring the process to fruition.

When this happens, the result is a phrase that I've used many times in my books and lectures: the spontaneous fulfillment of desire in the field of infinite possibilities. Right now, I want to discuss the different categories of response that are open to you when you encounter a moment of meaningful coincidence. This will illuminate what I mean by the spontaneous fulfillment of desire in the field of infinite possibilities.

Suppose you suddenly encounter a synchronistic moment. Suppose you're at the public library, and for some reason you're thinking about how you would like to have a bit more spending money. Right at that moment, you take a book from one of the shelves, and a hundred dollar bill falls out. This actually happened to a friend of mine. What kinds of responses are open to you at a moment like that?

At one extreme, you can always say it's just a coincidence. It means nothing. It's amusing, but insignificant. You have another hundred dollars to spend and that's all.

On the other extreme, you might think that this is the most fantastic thing that's ever happened! This is going to change everything!

Maybe you think, "All I have to do is want something and it will appear! I'm going to the racetrack. I'm going to Las Vegas."

Of course, it doesn't really work that way. SynchroDestiny is not about waving a magic wand to gratify ego-based wants. It is about something very different - the fulfillment of intentions that exist at much deeper levels, and of desires that are based in spirit rather than ego.

Suppose you see a rose growing, and you want that rose. It will look really great pinned onto your jacket or your blouse. Should you pull the rose off the bush? If you do, that's just an ego-based action. It's obviously not SynchroDestiny. What if you look at the rose and at that very moment it falls off the bush? If that kindles a kind of ego greed in you, then that's not SynchroDestiny either. If you suddenly think you've become master of the universe, that's not what would be called a positive transformation.

Let's say you're admiring the rose, and you hold your hand under it, and then it just falls down into your hand. You think, "Something wonderful and beautiful just happened. It seems to be a kind of flowing together of what is in me and what is in the rose bush. It was unforced, but there was an intention present in me - and I'd like to know more about how this happened and what it means. I'd like to bring more of these moments into my life. I'd like to see where they lead me. I'd like to learn what they have to teach me."

This is the frame of mind that fosters SynchroDestiny. This is setting the stage for the spontaneous fulfillment of desire. Most people would call this a very spiritual point of view, but it's actually closely related to the insights of modern physics. In fact, making a sharp distinction between modern science and spirituality is a mistake.

Both points of view are interested in discovering the unity that underlies the apparent disconnections that surround us. Spirituality is based on the idea that there's more to life than meets the eye. Modern science is also based on this. In the twentieth century, science has taught us that a material world that seems solid and tangible is actually made up of mostly empty space and pure energy. Our physical bodies are really material expressions of light - and so is everything else. Our bodies are both receivers and transmitters of the light energy that is around us at every moment, and all of this happens completely outside our conscious awareness and perception. There are a great many other aspects of the physical world that you don't perceive, but they're all around you nonetheless.

Until you turn on a radio, you don't perceive the radio waves that can be transformed into classical music or the broadcast of a basketball game. It's amazing to realize that the empty space that we're in has more activity than anything that is solid. If you could eavesdrop on even a little pinpoint of space, such as between your index finger and your thumb, you'd see that the whole energy and information of the universe is present in that space. Every radio and television broadcast is happening there. CNN news is right between your thumb and your index finger. There are millions if cellular phone conversations in that space as well. All this information and energy - yet it does not interfere with any other information and energy.

The BBC, All India radio, radio messages from intergalactic space probes - it's all there but there's no interference because everything is in different frequencies. In a similar way, you see only light within the boundaries of certain wavelengths. You don't see ultraviolet light on one end of the spectrum, and you don't see infrared on the other side of the spectrum. Conversely, you do see color because you have learned to see it.

Color is not a property of light rays - color is a sensation in the human mind. When a certain wavelength of light stimulates your brain in a specific manner, you see the color red. The color red as it exists in the human sensory apparatus is not "out there" in anything like the same way. We say that a cape waved in front of a bull is red, but it is only red because we have learned to create red in ourselves. In other words, we perceive certain phenomena - like the color red - because we have learned to perceive them. We don't perceive other phenomena - like ultraviolet light or high frequency sound - because presumably they are outside the range of our perceptions - both those of the mind and those of the body.

We may have been taught that our mind only exists inside of our heads. In reality, our minds and our thoughts unite us with the universe in the same way that our breathing exchanges atoms between our bodies and the atmosphere. When you understand that, it will be the same kind of moment that Isaac Newton experienced when he saw that gravity moved the planets and an apple fell to the ground. It is a moment in which you see unity instead of fragmentation. It's a transforming event. I want these sessions to help you create that kind of moment many times over. I want you to see connections where previously you saw only unrelated fragments. I want you to be able to use those connections and transform your life for the better, just as the insights of the great scientists have transformed the world. This will certainly be a process of spiritual growth, but I would not describe it as mystical or even mysterious. It's simply a process of opening yourself to the truth.

Love, Deepak

A team of Japanese climbers have found the footprints of the legendary abominable snowman in the folds of the eastern Himalayas in Nepal.

An eight-member team stated the footprints of the snowman or Yeti were about 20 centimetres long and were human in appearance. The creature's footprints were found on snow at an altitude of about 4,800 metres (15,748 feet) in the Dhaulagiri mountain range in west Nepal.

The scientific community said there is no proof of the Yeti's existence despite decades of sightings. "We saw three footprints which looked like that of human beings," Kuniaki Yagihara, a member of the Yeti Project Japan, told Reuters, after returning with photographs of the footprints.

The Japanese crew said it was their third attempt to track down the half-man-half-ape, which has long been part of the western adventuring folklore in this part of the world.

The team said they have become adept at recognising the various beasts such as bear and snow leopards and are adamant that the "footprint" was "none of those".

Although the climbers spent more than 40 days on Dhaulagiri IV - a 7,661 metre (25,135-foot) peak where they say they have seen traces of yetis in the past - they could not furnish the press with a single photograph of the Yeti. "If I don't believe in Yeti I would never come," said Yagihara.

Nepali Sherpas say the legend of the Yeti rests deep in the Himalayan psyche. Tales of wild hairy giants living in the snow are part of growing up in the mountains. These prompted many, including Sir Edmund Hillary, to carry out yeti hunts.

The Yeti is also considered more than a myth by the world of cryptozoology, the study of uncatalogued creatures, which takes seriously the idea that the alleged creature may be the last fragments of a race of giant man-apes that existed in central Asia more than 300,000 years ago.

Having taken account of the evidence offered by them Japanese Climbers it's evident there is a bipedal entity walking the high altitudes in the Himalayas and it's not human ! The Yeti or the ET all the action seems to have moved up north to the Himalayas ... :)

Yeti or the Abominable Snowman is a mysterious creature, supposed to be living up high in the Himalayas , around the Nepal Tibet border. Yeti, in Tibetan means "Magical Creature" and that certainly seems to be the case as it's very rarely seen. Some believe the Yeti to be an Intra-Dimensional Being making it's way through portals or time warps. It's been mostly associated with myth or legend like the ET or the UFOs due to lack of sufficient evidence, however in the recent times there have been breakthroughs in this quest yielding footprints of what experts believe to be the legendary Himalayan Yeti !

In the picture above, Josh Gates, along with a team of American explorers and TV crew found this ‘mysterious Yeti-footprint’ at Manjushree near Mt.Everest in early November, 2007.

The first reliable report of the Yeti appeared in 1925 when a Greek photographer, N. A. Tombazi, working as a member of a British geological expedition in the Himalayas, was shown a creature moving in the distance across some lower slopes. The creature was almost a thousand feet away in an area at an altitude of around 15,000 feet.

“Unquestionably, the figure in outline was exactly like a human being, walking upright and stopping occasionally to uproot or pull at some dwarf rhododendron bushes,” said Tombazi, “It showed up dark against the snow and, as far as I could make out wore no clothes.”

The creature disappeared before Tombazi could take a photograph and was not seen again. The group was descending, though, and the photographer went out of his way to see the ground were he had spotted the creature. Tombazi found footprints in the snow.

“They were similar in shape to those of a man, but only six to seven inches long by four inches wide at the broadest part of the foot. The marks of five distinct toes and the instep were perfectly clear, but the trace of the heel was indistinct…”

There were 15 prints to be found. Each was one and one half to two feet apart. Then Tombazi lost the trail in thick brush. When the locals were asked to name the beast he’d seen they told him it was a “Kanchenjunga demon.” Tombazi didn’t think he’d seen a demon, but he couldn’t figure out what the creature was either. Perhaps he’d seen a wandering Buddhist or Hindu ascetic or hermit. As the years went by though and other Yeti stories surfaced, Tombazi began to wonder if he’d seen one too.

Yeti reports usually come in the form of tracks found, pelts offered, shapes seen at a distance, or rarely, actual face-to-face encounters with the creatures. Face to face encounters never come with researchers looking for the Yeti, but with locals who stumble into the creature during their daily lives.

Some of the best tracks ever seen were found and photographed by British mountaineers Eric Shipton and Micheal Ward in 1951. They found them on the southwestern slopes of the Menlung Glacier, which lies between Tibet and Nepal, at an altitude of 20,000 feet. Each print was thirteen inches wide and some eighteen inches long. The tracks seemed fresh and Shipton and Ward followed the trail for a mile before it disappeared in hard ice.

Some scientists that viewed the photographs could not identify the tracks as from any known creature. Others, though, felt it was probably the trail of a languar monkey or red bear. They noted the tracks in snow, melted by the sun, can change shape and grow larger. Even so, the bear/monkey theory seems unlikely as both of these animals normally move on all four feet. The tracks were clearly that of a biped.

Shipton’s and Ward’s reputations argue against a hoax on their part and the remoteness and height of the trail’s location argues against them being hoaxed.

Shipton’s footprints were not the first or last discovered by climbers among the Himalayas. Even Sir Edmund Hillary and his Sherpa guide, Tenzing Norgay, on their record ascent to the top of Mount Everest, in 1953, found giant foot prints on the way up.

One of the more curious reports of a close encounter with a Yeti occurred in 1938. Captain d’Auvergue, the curator of the Victoria Memorial in Calcutta, India, was traveling the Himalayas by himself when he became snow blind. As he neared death from exposure he was rescued by a nine foot tall Yeti that nursed him back to health until d’Auvergue was able to return home by himself.

In many other stories, though, the Yeti hasn’t been so benign. One Sherpa girl, who was tending her yaks, described being surprised by a large ape-like creature with black and brown hair. It started to drag her off, but seemed to be startled by her screams and let her go. It then savagely killed two of her yaks. She escaped with her life and the incident was reported to the police, who found footprints.

Several expeditions have been organized to track down the Yeti, but none have found more than footprints and questionable artifacts like scalps and hides. The London Daily Mail sent an expedition in 1954. American oil men Tom Slick and F. Kirk Johnson financed trips in 1957, 58, and 59. Probably the most well-known expedition went in 1960.

Sir Edmund Hillary, the same man that had first climbed Everest in 1953, lead the 1960 trip in association with Desmond Doig. The expedition was sponsored by the World Book Encyclopedia and was well outfitted with trip-wire cameras, as well as time lapse and infrared photography. Despite a ten-month stay the group failed to find any convincing evidence of the existence of the Yeti. The artifacts they examined, two skins and a scalp, turned out to belong to two blue bears and a serow goat.

At the time Hillary and Doig wrote off the Yeti as legend. Later, though, Doig decided that the expedition hadbeen too big and clumsy. They didn’t see a Yeti, he agreed, but nor did they observe such animals like the snow leopard which was known to exist.

After spending thirty years in the Himalayas Doig believes that the Yeti is actually three animals. The first is what the Sherpas call the “dzu teh.” Large shaggy animals that often attack cattle. Diog thinks this is probably the Tibetan blue bear. A creature so rare it is known only in the west through a few skins, bones and a skull. The second type, called “thelma,” is probably a gibbon (a known type of ape) that Diog thinks may live as far north as Nepal, though it’s never been spotted past the Brahmaputra River in India. The third Yeti, “mih teh,” is the true abominable snowman of legend. A savage ape, covered with black or red hair that lives at altitudes of up to 20,000 feet.

In 2008, Joshua Gates and his "Destination Truth" crew recovered a Yeti hair sample in Bhutan. The analysis reportedly came back as indicating "an unknown DNA sequence."

Fast forward 4 years later and now rumor has it that Dr. Melba Ketchum's DNA study (currently in peer review) will finally prove the existence of the Yeti in addition to Bigfoot.

According to Robert Lindsay :

"We have not been able to verify this rumor, but we have heard from several people that the Ketchum study also includes purported Yeti hair gathered by Josh Gates, apparently in Bhutan. We just heard it from someone very close to the study, so we think it is good.

The Yeti hair tested as no known animal, not human, unknown primate. Not only that, but the Yeti sample was actually close to the nearly 100 Bigfoot samples. So not only do Yetis exist, but they are closely related to Bigfoots. Some of us have always thought that Yetis were real, but lately, there has been a lot of skeptical research pouring cold water on the theory. The Wikipedia article on the subject says Yetis do not exist, and they are mythical.

I think the Yeti is a bit of a different hominid from a Bigfoot in quite a few ways, but it appears to be a closely related species."

In Destination Truth : The Yeti Episode, Josh Gates scales the snow-covered slopes of the Himalayas to track down the elusive abominable snowman - also known as the Yeti.

In Los Angeles, Josh Gates assembles his team to head to the Far East and investigate the Yeti sightings that have been recorded for more than a thousand years. He chooses to bring along Casey, Brad and Araceli.

They pack their gear for the flight to Nepal.

After passing customs, they meet with Dr. Shrestha, the senior scientist for the Animal Health Research Division, who explains his suspicions that the Yeti is a once-extinct species that may have re-emerged.

Based on reports and recommendations, Josh decides to investigate a valley where the most sightings have occurred. Aboard a cramped 30-year-old prop plane, they head to the village of Lukla and begin their four-day trek into the Himalayas.

The most eventful part of day one is the sighting of a distant cow in the hills. On day two, near Mache, they find a retired Sherpa guide who was an eyewitness to a Yeti sighting. He directs them three miles to the west. That night, Josh leads his team into the tree-filled hills despite the sub-zero temperatures. They find a cave that has some sort of animal droppings by its entrance, but its interior is devoid of life.

On day three, the thin air at 11,000 feet above sea level begins to slow the hikers. Dawa, their sherpa, takes them to a monastery that is said to have a Yeti head on display. Upon arrival, the party is welcomed - but their cameras are not. A monk threatens to throw a stone at Brad if he tries to bring the camera inside.

That night, a mysterious woman comes to the team and says she will help speak on their behalf. Sure enough, the council of four leaders approves her entreaties and the team is permitted entrance to the monastery, with their cameras. Within a metal case is a glass enclosure that holds what might be a Yeti scalp. One of the elders explains they don the scalp to perform ceremonies to ward off evil. Brad asks for a single hair to perform DNA testing, but is rebuffed. Yeti or not, they're told, the people believe the artifact to be significant, and that should suffice for proof. Day four finds the hikers at a river within the valley.

That night, they split up and begin hunting. A moving hot spot is picked up by the thermal camera, but the contact is too brief to be definitive. Closer to the water, a sherpa, Tul, finds a footprint. Josh is thrilled beyond belief when one perfect and two partial footprints are found in close proximity. He summons Casey and Brad to quickly bring the casting powder. They take impressions just before the evening mist turns to rain. Despite the wet weather, Josh has them fan out on both sides of the river to try and find additional evidence. They repeat the process at daybreak but find nothing conclusive. A helicopter retrieves Josh and his team and whisks them back to the airport. Much to Josh's surprise, word of his discovery has gotten out, and he's besieged by the international media. His discovery has made worldwide headlines. Josh brings the three castings to Los Angeles, and the first thing he and his teammates do is review all their recordings.

Casey says he has enhanced and studied all the thermal images, but the moving hot spot can be identified only as "something organic" - a more definitive finding won't be possible. Josh then heads to the University of Idaho, where he meets with Dr. Jeff Meldrum, a renowned expert in footprints. He's impressed with the castings and has a three-dimensional laser scan made. The partial heel print is just about a perfect match for the full footprint, and the doctor rules out the likelihood that these were plants by someone perpetrating a hoax. Given the distance between impressions, he reasons the creature that made this was well over six feet tall and weighed between 300 and 400 pounds. He also rules out the prints belonging to a bear, because of the differences in markings and toe shapes. He then shows Josh how similar this footprint casting is to one of unknown origin taken in the Pacific Northwest, possibly made by a Sasquatch. Meldrum considers Josh's evidence a "significant discovery," which delights Josh.

Synchromysticism, a term coined by Jake Kotze meaning, the art of attributing dynamic context to phenomena, allowing patterns, themes and insight to arise out of a web of connections.

Synchromysticism appears to be a relatively new phenomenon within the outer fringes of the online Occult, Esoteric and Conspiracy circles.

It involves taking a slew of movies, music lyrics, historical happenings and so-called "esoteric knowledge" and drawing connections between all elements usually to prove a general or specific point of the authors.

The justification or the rationality for this type of activity usually involves a direct or indirect reference to the "collective unconscious mind", thus the "Synchro-" in "Synchromystical", refering to 'Synchronicity', An Acausal Connecting Principle as termed by the great Swiss Psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. Certain seemingly random separate events when looked at working backwards, carefully observing the subtle signs like something or someone was communicating with you through these events, passing on a message of some kind all open to interpretation. The essence of Synchromysticism lies in the interpretation ! It may all seem like everyday activity until you start paying attention to what's coming forth ... it's all connected in this byzantine network of a holographic cosmos of infinite possibilities !

Many people are asking the question, "Why am I being contacted by extraterrestrials?" These contacts occur during dreams, in meditation, face to face, and often simply by poring through books and the Internet to sate an unquenchable thirst for knowledge about ETs. Contactees’ emotional reactions span from abject terror to vague indifference to deep spiritual connection with these enlightened beings. But all contactees want to know if these beings are harmful or loving. Through my work with ET contactees, I have some surprising evidence that celestial beings are here to bridge the gap between humanity and the angelic world.

Extraterrestrials are simply manifestations of loving, enlightened celestial energy whose divine role is to awaken humanity to inner peace, wisdom and love.

What IS Going On ?

The initial reaction of contactees is often a questioning of their own sanity. You are not going insane, nor are you having an abnormal or unnatural experience. Rather, you are participating in a highly symbolic global and individual movement of humanity: you are bridging the gap between human, celestial and angelic experiences of consciousness.

Prior to your incarnation, you agreed in your divine contract to have a celestial awakening, which includes contact by celestial beings. Often those who most stubbornly refuse to acknowledge their celestial selves have the most terrifying contacts, including abduction and implant experiences. For those having undesirable experiences, your participation is desperately needed in the mass awakening of humanity to its higher self. Some celestials are willing to break their own karmic law to shake you awake.

The fear ends when you release your feelings of separation from your celestial energy origins. All elements that comprise the Earth experience are celestial in origin, including nature and the animal kingdom, water, earth and the mineral kingdom, air, and fire. The elements of human beings are celestial as well. We are all a part of the universe of God, which is comprised of celestial and angelic energy.

For many people, contact during a celestial awakening takes the form of a gentle nudge to read a certain book, take a class or workshop, or to recall a dream, coupled with obsession about ETs. You may have been contacted already, but most likely don’t remember the experience. Even the word contact is a bit of a misnomer as it implies something outside oneself meeting something within. The concept of awakening rather than contact is more suitable to describe the true nature of the phenomenon--for you will realize that celestials were present all along, and that they are a part of you in the same way that angels are a part of you. Many books have spoken of personal representatives on each level of awareness--celestials are your etheric connection.

Dimensions and Chakras

Part of the difficulty in describing a celestial awakening is the lack of context for the situation, specifically, for the experience of the higher dimensions. Only in very recent years have theoretical physicists established the dimensional theory of the universe.

The refined, pure angelic God-source energies become denser as they move through the dimensional chakra system to create physical reality. These energies also correspond to the astral angelic and etheric celestial bodies in terms of infusing the energy that eventually creates the physical world. Working backwards from Einstein’s famous E=mc2 equation, mass equals energy divided (slowed down) by the speed of light.

As there are densities of matter, there are densities or refinements of energy. Humanity is currently in the third dimension or the Individual Consciousness chakra. This is evident from not only physics (the fourth dimension is difficult to explain) but also from the behavior of society. The competitive desire to dominate others and take their personal power is what drives the world economy.

Humanity is ascending to the fourth dimensional Planetary Consciousness chakra, and the celestials are the facilitators of this process. The celestial energies are infusing into your everyday world in the form of synchronicities, instant manifestations and miracles. When celestials descend to Earth, they are actually densifying their bodies to allow visible contact. Celestial contact is a metaphor for humanity’s transformation to a fourth dimensional, heart-centered Planetary Consciousness.

Where Do We Go from Here ?

Personal connection with celestial energies is a key to realizing the dream of a brighter future for humanity. Each contactee receives a special notification about the urgent need for their participation in reuniting all aspects of the human experience: the human mind and body, the etheric celestial body and the angelic astral body. Celestial beings serve as a link to angelic energy and eventually to God, so there is no reason to fear this type of divine intervention.

Senseless and brutal acts committed by nations, corporations and individuals are incomprehensible, yet they continue daily. Awakening to the presence of celestials will be the catalyst to allow all on Earth to see themselves as part of the universal family of humans, celestials and angels. As this awakening continues, we will continue to break down these distinctions of consciousness until we are aware of ourselves as one universal energy of love. In that moment, the idea of war, hunger, poverty and inequality among people will no longer exist.

We will live as one in abundance.

The Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft, India's first unmanned scientific mission to the moon, blasted off successfully towards destination moon from Sriharikota, about 80 km from Chennai today.
India now has joined an exclusive club of nations including the US, former Soviet Union, European Space Agency, China and Japan to have sent missions to moon. The two-year mission is aimed at laying the groundwork for further Indian space expeditions.

Chief among the mission's goals is mapping not only the surface of the moon, but what lies beneath. India joined what's shaping up as a 21st century space race with Chinese and Japanese crafts already in orbit around the moon.

"It is a proud moment for us. We have worked almost eight years towards the entire mission," K. Kasturirangan, former chairman of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Rajya Sabha member, told IANS.

"With Chandrayaan-1, we are entering a new era of planetary exploration, which will be a major component of human endeavour in the 21st century. This effort and similar efforts in the coming years will put India in a unique position to be an active partner in major global efforts involving planetary exploration and exploitation," he added.

Echoing Kasturirangan, the main brain behind India's moon mission, U.R. Rao, former chairman of ISRO said he felt great about the successful launch of Chandrayaan-1.

"It is a joyous day for the entire country. The mission demonstrates India's capability in launch vehicles and sending spacecraft beyond earth's orbit. It is a proud moment for the Indian space community," said Rao.

"I am ecstatic. It is a great initiative. Rather overdue as it will be the first beyond earth. The success of the mission will lead to a second wave of adventure in space in line with the vision of the founders of the Indian space programme such as Vikram Sarabhai and Satish Dhawan," said Roddam Narasimaiah, member Indian Space Commission, Bangalore.

Delving on the importance of the moon mission, Kasturirangan said being the first mission beyond the earth's orbit, Chandrayaan-1 would establish India's credentials as a leader in space technology, including indigenous development of powerful launch vehicles and spacecraft.

"Six of the 11 scientific experiments in the spacecraft being foreign payloads demonstrates the confidence space-faring nations such as the US and the European Space Agency have in our ability to venture into lunar exploration," he added.

For the billion-strong Indians, the mission exemplifies the tremendous progress the country has made in science and technology despite poverty and illiteracy on the other side.

"On one side, the lunar mission will put India on the world map of high-level cooperation in space technology. On the other, it strengthens our resolve to fight issues like poverty, hunger and illiteracy through strategies," said Kasturirangan.

"The entire space community has worked hard for years for this great leap in space technology. Launch is one aspect. Putting the spacecraft in the lunar orbit about 100 km from the moon's surface involves intricate manoeuvres at different levels for over 18 days before it is successfully placed in the pre-designated slot," added Kasturirangan.

Narasimaiah said after the successful launch of Chandrayaan-1, India now had to rethink on what it had to do in space.

"This is the first step in looking at space beyond earth. The entire mission demonstrates that India has the capability to launch its own rockets and put satellites beyond earth. We already have the capability. It is being harnessed now," he said.

"For the country and its people, the mission to the moon may not bring tangible benefits in the immediate future, but can potentially lead to in the next 20 years. The issue will be how well we can use lunar resources. That depends on how much we find what is on moon and the technology we have to develop to make use of the resources."

The Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) also issued a statement congratulating the space scientists behind the successful launch.

The apex body of scientists in the country said the launch would help India economically and strategically.

"Successful blasting of Chandrayan-1 from the second launch pad of the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota has not only put the country into the select club that have sent missions to the moon, it will also help the country economically and strategically," said V.M. Trehan, chairman of ISCA, Delhi chapter.

India is certainly making waves with it's recent upsurge in space technology, anti-gravity propulsion systems to be unleashed by 2012 ... India is in the know of things to come !

A week after the October 14th First Contact prediction left many trying to figure how to interpret the channeled message within the framework of our desynchronized linear time line, an absolutely fascinating pink light appeared over Mayfair, London on October 21st leaving Londoners absolutely stunned at what their eyes saw ! The pink cloud appeared for just under an hour, hovered over buildings before breaking up and disappearing into the night sky.

The MET Office after having disapproved theories of UFOs and atmospheric phenomena said it was nothing other than lights of the city reflecting in the clouds.

A spokesman said: "If you have a very high cloud, as we did last night, you tend to get odd splodges of low cloud that will reflect the pink or sometimes orangey-pink lights of the city from all angles and stand out from the darkness of the sky.

It was indeed a great gig in the sky ! Thank You Pink Floyd !

Here I am beginning to describe our synchromystical peaceful journey to Nepal and consequently back home to Secunderabad, I feel in so little a time so much happened and all of this expressed in words could never match the authentic experience of camping beside the Yeti River among the lush green mountains of Nepal listening to the Full On Psychedelic Sounds of Trance well operated by them masters, Highko, Polyphonia, Baba Jelly, Neuromotor, Zik .... Everyone played top class sets and the sound system complemented the vibe really well ! One Thousand people from all over the world in all possible colors, shapes and sizes buzzing around the banks of River Yeti to the inescapable beat of some really intense night time psychedelic trance. Our Journey began at Secunderabad when we boarded the AP Express to New Delhi, leaving at 6 in the morning !

Perfect start to a wonderful journey meandering through Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh reaching Delhi right on time the next morning ! While on the train we met a friend from the Army who was also on a holiday with his family, on his way to Rajasthan. We had about 6 hours before our next train to Gorakhpur, so we decided to visit my family in Delhi. We were looking for a way to get to Mahavir Enclave, Palam where the Roychowdhurys live and we figured from the helpful folks around that the Bus RL 77 which was just a few feet away from us leaves in 5 minutes to our next destination. Voila ! This was almost scripted and now it gets better. Once on the bus, I requested the conductor to signal us when we need to get off at Mahavir Enclave. The man sitting in the seat before us asked where in Mahavir Enclave do we need to go. With the little memory i had of the landmarks around Dadu's place i could only think of Kali Baadi (Kali Temple). Our man knew the house we were heading for and asked us to relax as he and his family too where getting of at the same place ... It is a small world and it is beautifully synchromystical, if only we are paying enough attention.

We were meeting the Roychowdhurys on October the 10th, a day after Bijoya Dashami !

It was the first time, Taryn, my wife met my Dad's side of the family. An almost quick shower followed by a hearty meal prepared by Thakurma (Grandmother) & Moon Pishi (Aunt) with lots of love n affection and we were ready to take our first trip on the Delhi Metro from Dwarka Sector 10 to New Delhi Railway Station ! We got off at Rajiv Chowk and changed to the Yellow Line for the Metro to New Delhi Station. The Metro was absolutely fantastic and our journey took less than an hour reaching the Railway Station.
Our good friend Rohit, Lesser Soul from ISRATRANCE was also traveling the same day to Gorakhpur but had presumably left by the morning train. We hop onto the train (Sapt Kranti Express) well in time and I buy a small version of the Bhagavata Gita from an ISKCON brother to read along the way to Nepal. As i sit there browsing through the pages, Taryn says, Lesser Soul with much amusement. Walks in Brother Rohit aka Lesser Soul who is also on the same train, traveling with us in the same bogie. Rohit is also from the Army and is now a full time trooper adventuring through all parts of Northern India from Pushkar to Ladakh, from Dharamsala to Parvati, The hills of Manali and so on ... !

We reached Gorakhpur at 5 in the morning and checked into one Hotel Amit for Rs.200 till 3:30 pm as we were expecting Rohit's friends from Delhi around the same time. We chilled out at Hotel Amit had our morning tea at the Chauraha much to the amazement of the local folk who were everywhere the eyes could see. As we were passing by some shops I saw on some news about Amitabh Bachchan being admitted in the Hospital the same day. (Amitabh means Endless Lustre ... Amit means Endless)
A good meal at Hotel Amit for the 2 of us while Lesser Soul was busy admiring the pattern in the marble tiles thanks to all the herbs he was munching all through. We took a Cab from Gorakhpur to Sunali / Bhairawa after our friends from Delhi didn't show up, which costed us Rs.1200 for a two and a half hour drive to the border. Once we were at the border we exchanged our currency and bought our bus tickets to Kathmandu. We got the last bus leaving at 7:30 pm, expected to reach Kathmandu by 6 am. At Sunauli we met a couple of Israelis ( UV & Amit ... In Hebrew Amit means friendly ) and a very sweet Australian lady called Addie / Addy !

The bus journey was rather long with the driver pulling over for well over an hour for a much needed nap. The stop over made for some good cultural info exchange with UV who plays the Didgeridoo and has been in the indian subcontinent for a couple of months now. We arrived at Kathmandu at 6 in the morning and took a cab to Thamel where we had to walk a bit before we found a good room at the Shangrila Guest House.
We freshened up and began what would be 6 hours of shopping in Thamel. First, we met Baba Tony ( Lesser Soul's friend ) who took us to a good place for breakfast. We met some friends from Bangalore there and after a few smokes we set out to shop. We finally got our camping gear after searching many shops for a good deal. The 2 men tent costed us 3000 NRs. The Sleeping Bag (-10 North Face) was 1500 NRs. and the North Face Haversack costed us the same 1500 NRs. The prices have risen since the political upheaval in Nepal last year. Anyway, after all the crazy shopping for gear and supplies we head out for Tantra Bar where we met up with so many other Shanti Jatra troopers, had a savory lunch, discussed itineraries generally chatted up with people and made our way back to Shangrila to sleep off the night to rise early the following morning, take the first bus to Nagarkot so we can find a good camping site.

We were at Tantra at 8:45 in the morning, all set to go ! We began our march to the point from where the buses left at around 11 am and got onto the 3rd bus leaving for the venue which we later found out had changed to Sukute. On the way we saw this huge Shiva statue being built up in the mountains. It is the biggest Shiva statue in Nepal. We reached our destination at about 2:30 pm where we were camping beside the river Yeti. Yidam from Bengaliens was playing as we entered the venue welcomed with a
Tilak ( Kumkum Teeka signifying the 3rd eye awakening ). We quickly found a good camping site and pitched our tent a few metres from the river on higher ground. We settled down pretty soon and walked towards the place where most of the action was, the dancing arena. The artwork was simply fascinating and the visuals on the screen behind the DJ console added to the highly technical vibe the stage held together. The DJs started pelting foot stomping music from the word go and the troopers were all getting set for the mental chaos to be unleashed, almost relishing the confusion in the air. People were still getting to the venue till 9:30 pm and soon there were tents everywhere including the area surrounding the chill out section.

We realized Highko was in the tent next to ours and were pretty pleased to know he starts his set at 4 am the next morning. October 14 was a much anticipated day worldwide for most believers of the UFO phenomena and Highko began the days proceedings with a Full Power Set sending everyone in a frenzy wherever they were at the venue. You just couldn't fail to notice the powerful music no matter where you were at the sprawling venue. Later that day I heard Highko and his troupe talking about some Paranormal / ET experience they had while Highko was playing his set. Lesser Soul later told us he did see them click pictures of what seemed to him the night sky and the green slopes of the surounding mountains. Guess they saw something and certainly had a mystical experience beyond logical reasoning. Need to hear it from Highko himself to know what happened ...

At the chill out section as we sat around talking about music, documentaries, ET, UFOs, 2012 & Crop Circles, I met some people who were reading Daniel Pinchbeck's 2012 The Return of Quetzalcoatl and some more who found the topic of discussion rather intriguing to the human psyche. Here was Salil Kanika, our brother from Nepal who we met synchromystically at the gathering and we were quite amazed at the convergence of our thoughts and the synchronicity our interaction generated. He also plays the Didgeridoo and watching him play the Didgeridoo enacting the legend of Bhairava during the break on Day 2 was soul stirring and healing in it's essence. As he played along, Salil's eyes said more than words can express ! It was beautiful ! Our initiation at Shanti Jatra can be best described as connecting with the spirit of nature ! Everything just came alive and the tree laden slopes never looked so beautiful alive, dancing, swaying mildly in the cool breeze alongside the brisk River Yeti. We finally saw what they mean when they say, The Trees are Alive ! All receptors in the brain switched on to a psychic realm where you could tap into any frequency you wanted to. The clouds took mysterious triangular shapes and on the 15th morning I remember seeing a rainbow in this beam of light piercing the clouds. No one else around saw it and i soon realized i was imagining a rainbow and i did see it for a while till it lasted ! The Psychedelic Experience was extremely psychic in nature and the thought and it's almost instant manifestation was quite astounding. For one, we realized while in the dancing arena that we've left our bottle of water yet again ! Salil walks upto us talks to us for a while and then returns with a bottle of water for us without any of us mentioning water. WOW !

The final day we all got Neuromotorized to say the least getting our brain synapses dramatically altered with Fred's power packed tunes. With Hatti Baba doing the honours playing some well thought of classics with a healing message and a tribute to Bhole Nath in 3/4 back to back tracks dedicated to Shiva ! Hatti Baba did send quite a few wondering what's going on because the chaos drill was missing from Hatti Baba's meaningful muse ! Good Vibrations ~ Hatti Baba ... Shiv Shiv Shambo ... Har Har Har Shambo ....

By now everyone had started to pack their tents and get their stuff together heading back to Thamel. Once we reached Thamel we checked into the New Namaste Guest House for NRs.500 a day. As planned we went shopping and then met up with Salil at Tantra where he gave us a documentary he made along with Thomas Bertschi and friends from Trikaal called "I.R.I.K" which stands for Imagine Rainbow in Kathmandu ....
Thomas Bertschi and Salil Kanika met in Kathmandu in 2003 and being inspired by the Australian Aboriginal myth of the Rainbow Snake, they found a common thread in their view of giving children a voice through art ! A small sample from the video can be downloaded here :) !!! If you would like to order the fim, please click here.

The profit of the selling of the Video DVD/CD goes back to Nepal and enables talented children for further musical / cultural education.

We also got 2 of Trikaal's CDs from Navaraj Gurung's SAC Music shop close to Tantra. Mind-Manifesting spiritual tunes from deep within the consciousness with a variety of instruments used such as the Tabla, the Flute, the Sarangi, the Flamenco Guitar, including Salil with his fascinating expression through the Didgeridoo ... In most of the pictures of Shanti Jatra 2008 taken at night you can see Orbs everywhere ... In some pictures Orbs can be seen even in the day pictures .... Visitors from another dimension ! On our journey back home we traveled with Paras aka Dogon Baba from ISRATRANCE till Gorakhpur. The Toyota Van from Thamel to Sunauli costed us NRs.12,500 and was shared among the 12 of us equally. The journey took us about 7 hours. We ate a heartly meal together at the Sunauli border at some Hotel Prakash before we took 2 Cabs to Gorakhpur for Rs.2300 ! We got there in 2.5 hours, just in time for Dogon Baba and his friends to board the Gorakhdam Express to Delhi. We got onto the Vaishali Express which left half an hour after Gorakhdam Express. Once we were in Delhi we took the Metro from the New Delhi railway station to Dwarka Sector 9. As we got out of the metro station at Dwarka 9 we got a Cab to Gurgaon Sector-47, Rahul & Sanchita's beautiful home at M2K Aura ! On the way saw this magnificent Shiva Statue on the highway to Gurgaon ! Spent a few hours at the Bahris and then took the Cab back to the station. Waited for an hour at the station then boarded the AP Express back to Secunderbad. Reached Secunderabad an hour past scheduled arrival and walked well over a kilometre searching for a reasonably inexpensive Auto-Rickshaw trip to Trimulgerry. To this point we felt our Shanti Jatra was still pretty much ON ! Finally got an auto near the YMCA cross roads ...

There are many Orb pictures of Shanti Jatra on Facebook .... See them for yourself and decide if it's dust, moisture or something else .... As far as my understanding of Orbs goes, these are spiritual energies from other invisible dimensions !

Around the world it's a known fact the law enforcement agencies and hospitals swing into high gear on Full Moon nights with a sudden spurt in incidents mushrooming all over major cities of the world. The Full Moon does affect us in a BIG way since human consciousness is made up of electric activity.

George E Lockett shares the science and spirituality surrounding the magical Full Moon !

It has been known for centuries that the full moon can affect people’s consciousness and behaviour. Many people may feel wakeful at night with energy streaming through their body for the three days before full moon.

It is only recently that I have discovered why this may be happening. NASA-supported scientists have realized that something does happen every month when the Moon passes through Earth's magnetic tail.

"Earth's magnetotail extends well beyond the orbit of the Moon and, once a month, the Moon orbits through it," says Tim Stubbs, a University of Maryland scientist working at the Goddard Space Flight Center. "This can have consequences ranging from lunar 'dust storms' to electrostatic discharges."

Anyone can tell when the Moon is inside the magnetotail. Just look: "If the Moon is full, it is inside the magnetotail," says Stubbs. "The Moon enters the magnetotail three days before it is full and takes about six days to cross and exit on the other side."

Human consciousness too is made up of electrical activity – which can be measured with an electro encephalograph – and a magnetic aura, or field of energy. A lot of people can feel this field of energy; for example, when you smile you can feel the field of buoyant, glowing energy extending into your aura like the energy field of a magnet.

I have often wondered why I am affected so much by the moon from three days before full moon to a few days after. The magnetotail provided me with the perfect explanation; as the moon charges up when within the tail and becomes much more electrical and magnetic, it is only normal that this increase in power should be felt on Earth.

We all know from astrology that each of the planets, and the sun and moon, have an influence on our feelings, emotions and consciousness. The moon affects our emotions because the moon influences water; just as the moon causes the tides, it exerts a pull on the watery components of our body, and we feel this as emotions. The body is made up of 70 to 80% of water.

Human consciousness is also affected by sun spots and the mass ejections from the sun's corona; these are what cause the solar winds of magnetic energy which affect the Earth's upper atmosphere and give rise to the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights.

I feel it is beneficial if we extend our awareness to take in all these influences of the celestial bodies, as they all communicate with, and have an influence on, each other by the transfer of electrical and magnetic energy – which could also be called consciousness.

Our body has a field of energy – the aura – which is the same as the aurora or magnetic and gravitational field of the planet. We are all One, a part of the Universal Life Force; and it is natural to be aware of the greater cosmic system, which is as much a part of our consciousness as our brain is.

As human consciousness evolves and moves from the individual awareness to an awareness of greater integration within the whole cosmic system, we also expand our understanding of the unity of life and develop a love of all things, in the realization that We Are All One.

This full moon on October 14th, is in the cardinal sign of Aries which is ruled by the planet Mars. and Native Americans call this moon October - Hunter's Moon, Moon of Falling Leaves. This is a good time for us to become more compassionate of our fellow man; to come together as you would around a circle in a camp fire. Aries personalities draw attention because they have high spirits, great enthusiasm, and are honest and open. The astrological sign of Aries is a ram - consider this energy force and enthusiasm by accomplishing your goals and ram yourself to success.

Think of a full moon in Aries where there can be produced a lot of radiant, vitalizing energy that you can capitalize on for your personal growth. This is a period to take time out and reflect on your inner growth by initiating something or becoming enterprising. Aries energy means it's a good time to be creative in the sense of causing things to begin. It's all about enthusiasm and taking that energy and running with it - like a football player who is running towards his goal without anyone near him to tackle him down.

The Shanti Jatra Full Moon Festival 2008, will be in 'Full Swing' the coming Full Moon, October 14 with hundreds of people from all over the world converging in the mystical mountains of Nepal with the Mt. Everest Sunrise in sight, dancing to the hypnotic beats of Psychedelic Trance ... The Full Moon this October is also known as Sharad / Sharath Poornima and is closely associated with Krishna, Radha and the Gopis !

What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people passing by
I see friends shaking hands
Saying, "How do you do?"
They're really saying, I...I love you
I hear babies cry and I watch them grow,
They'll learn much more
Than we'll know
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world (w)oohoorld

The Mayans predicted collapse of the world financial system as one of the precursors to the shift of ages due by 2012. This economic fall out is visible throughout the world as predicted by the Mayans about two thousand years ago. The Indian Stock Market saw it's lowest of lows last week with the Sensex crashing more than a thousand points thanks to the deepening global financial crisis. The system is beginning to show signs of a meltdown quite like the melting snowcapped mountains and glaciers of Earth. Synchronistic symbolism in the events of our world today are bringing to the surface the face of Truth for all to see and it would be so, if only one is awakened to a larger reality beyond this limited illusion we mistake for being real.

Clyde Prestowitz is an international trade specialist who worked for the Reagan administration in the 1980s and now heads the Economic Strategy Institute in Washington said, " The US right now is absorbing 80 per cent of global savings. Well when you hit 100 per cent, the music stops and leading figures, people like Paul Volcker, the former Chairman of the US Federal Reserve, people like George Soros, the great speculator, have all made statements that they fear a major financial crisis within the next five years because the system is unsustainable " in a statement made back in August 2005. The dollar has most world economies dependent on it for their sustenance while the US economy is in a constant recession adding on to it's debt of Trillians of Dollars to the Banking Cartel run by a few men who run the show from behind the curtains while the world sleeps in ignorance by and large. This affects not only the US economy but also the rest of the world since we've grown so dependent on the US and the slowly fading dollar. All of this chaos which has kept mankind enslaved to the whim of money has also made fools of us all divorced from the spiritual essence of all creation clinging for our lives to this materialistic separation of the human species. The new age consumerism has failed to yield true happiness laying out carrots for us rabbits in the quest of something called happiness that lies within of us however cleverly manipulated by external stimuli in the post modern era.

Money As Debt

Maybe it was meant to be the way it is and we are all standing at the gates of dawn waiting to be ushered in by the follow me tunes of the Piper at the end of time. The flowing river of change is strong as ever filling up cavities of ignorance with the seed of awareness. Human consciousness is shifting and a neo human is taking form in each one of us, some of us are simply little more aware of this paradigm shift than the others. Even though we are individuals we still hold together an all powerful collective psyche capable of making the positive change the world needs by starting with ourselves. Everything and Everyone counts .....

Be the change you want to see in the world !
