Everything is changing and in a forever state of flux. I have said these words many times before and now I am truly beginning to understand how we are our own obstacle and our own lack of awareness of self keeps us trapped in certain habitual self limiting patterns. Psychedelics and all of these magical experiences are showing us the way, we tend to confuse the wayshowers for the way. For many years I have been using plant based Psychedelics and its only now I am beginning to truly understand how we are literally slaves of our own mind if we continue to act on every impulse our mind suggests. To realize the self as the observer and observing ones own mind brings back clarity into our lives and the choices we make thereafter. An awakened intuition plays an ever important part in helping us traverse these paths as we begin to decipher the many secrets the universe holds for us ... as we go along ... Entheogens help us connect with our divine essence, our breath ... these deep transcendental meditative states make us realize the power in staying connected with one's breath, at all times. Through this realization, I started reprogramming my mind by staying focused on each passing breath, while simply observing the thoughts that come through and not necessarily acting on them.

Growing up in India we were aware of certain Yogis, Rishis, Sadhus ... who would go without food or water for days together. However, these abilities were only with the ones who renounced pleasures of the material world and had surrendered to the will of universe, living fearlessly in the lap of mother nature, in adverse climatic conditions most of us would shudder to even think of, given the so called 'comfortable lives' we lead, sheltered, however isolated from the natural way of life. These supermen who have lived among us in anonymity are shining examples of what its like to be Breatharian, living off Prana. From my personal experience so far, i can say that its been a gradual shift from living a life of consumerism to a minimalist way of life. I'm ever grateful to everyone in my life and the universe at large for all the profound realizations, lessons and synchronicities that have helped me carve the way forward.

Getting back to the topic of food, we are either feeding ourselves to health or imminent sickness all thanks to the toxicity in our food, killing us slowly and feeding the big pharma money making machine ! This gradual shift from eating solar powered food to becoming solar powered through sungazing practices and breathwork is the way forward for the evolving neo human.

"Hunger is the first element of self-discipline. If you can control what you eat and drink, you can control everything else." - Dr. Umar Shaykh

There are some great examples before us to learn from when it comes to eating right to eating nothing at all. Amen Ra is one such person who is vegan and eats just once a day. Intermittent fasting has tremendous health benefits as it doesn't wear out the body as fast as it would if we were eating excessively like we normally do.

I know some folks who have been raw vegan for a while now and look remarkably 'lit up', if you know what I mean ! Definitely a step forward as we move towards becoming solar powered. One such solar powered human I recently came across is Elitom-Amin who has been a Breatharian for over 20 years now !

We are being presented the opportunity to evolve or perish if we continue to do things we've been doing unconsciously for so many years. The Mayans spoke of a new kind of human who would emerge in these times and called it 'Homo Luminous'. Dolores Cannon also says something similar in her books where she describes the optimal diet for a human in these times and where things are headed ...

We are the ones in charge of our lives and we are completely responsible for what happens to us based on the choices we make now, from here on. It takes a little courage to step outside this heavily conditioned reality we've been sanctioned and make our own way. The Universe will support you at all steps, but you must take that first step into the unknown armed with knowledge and awareness of self at all times, allowing your heartfelt intuition to guide your actions.

In a society heavily conditioned to believe globally propagated lies, its brave to speak the truth, no matter what the world asleep thinks of it. Urine Therapy is one such topic which has often been scoffed at and largely ignored and treated as an alternative remedy when all fails.

The Human body is designed to heal itself, provided we don't continue destroying it with a toxic lifestyle. We eat way more than we should and there have many examples of people who live much healthier and longer following a light, plant based diet, fasting intermittently. For those who foolishly believe that a plant based diet is deprived of proper nutrition, Dr. Amen Ra is a good example of someone who is quite strong and muscular, yet still eats only once every day.

I recently stumbled upon this highly educational video featuring Dave Murphy which throws much light on the subject of Urine Therapy, Fasting and Breatharianism.

As per Wikipedia ... "Inedia (Latin for "fasting") or breatharianism is the belief that it is possible for a person to live without consuming food. Breatharians claim that food, and in some cases water, are not necessary for survival, and that humans can be sustained solely by Prana, the vital life force in Hinduism."

Prahlad Jani, an Indian Mystic is another shining example of someone who has gone without food or water for many years ! As unbelievable as it sounds one must go beyond our preconceived notions and dig in deeper to know the truth for ourselves.

When it comes to Urine Therapy, there are many people on this planet who have known this and have been practicing it regularly for many years while reversing all forms of ailments and disorders. In India its known as Shivambu Shastra, respected for thousands of years as the "Mother of Ayurvedic Medicine" and commonly known as "Self-Urine Therapy".

Shivambu means literally "Water of Shiva", referring to the auspiciousness of the practice.

Its "method of drinking urine for rejuvenation" is outlined in the Shivambu Kalpa Vidhi, part of a 5,000-year-old document called the Damar Tantra, linking this practice back to the Vedas, the sacred Hindu texts. Self-urine therapy has been seen as one of the divine manifestations of cosmic intelligence, and has been used as such by Indian yogis to unleash kundalini up to their third eye.

There is something esoteric about urine. It is considered to be a supernatural, living food because it is a by-product of the blood and contains "life force" or prana. Using urine as a therapeutic tool mirrors to us the "healer within" who works on a mechanistic level as well as on an energetic level.

Some Facts about Urine Therapy we must know !

Urine consists of 95% of water, 2.5% of urea and the remaining 2.5% is a mixture of minerals, salts, hormones and enzymes. Only urea , the substance after which urine is named, can be poisonous when present in the blood. However, this is irrelevant in the practice of drinking urine, as urine is not immediately put back in the bloodstream. In small amounts urea gets back into the body, it is purifying, and clears up excess mucus. Urine is entirely sterile after secretion and has an antiseptic effect.

Drinking urine is a good alternative wherever water is scarce. It not only satisfies the need for liquid, but also actually keeps the body healthy. Some time ago there was an earthquake in Egypt. A survivor was pulled out of the rubble in Cairo after being trapped for three days. The man had kept himself alive by, among other things, drinking his own urine and he was in excellent condition. I heard another story about a man who kept himself alive with his own urine for a week in a collapsed mine. At the time of his rescue, he looked fine and was in extraordinary health. I also recently read an article about an Italian athlete who was lost in the Sahara for ten days. Upon returning to the civilized world, he told how he had drunk his own urine for lack of other liquids. He had kept himself alive by eating desert plants and insects and drinking his own urine. Shipwrecked people can drink their own urine to survive, although one should not wait until the body is almost dehydrated before doing so.

Drinking urine is also a smart way to survive in situations in which water is unsafe to drink. During earthquakes and floods, water is often infected with pathogens, while urine is always scenic Drinking polluted water can cause serious, often fatal, illnesses Urine is a perfect alternative: if drunk fresh, it quenches thirst without presenting any danger and is always available - any timer anywhere. Moreover, it will help combat possible diseases. Soldiers have survived long periods in the wilderness by drinking their own urine, and soldiers in the Foreign Legion are sometimes instructed to rub their own urine into their skin in order to build up resistance to illness. Soldiers sometimes also urinate into their shoes before starting on a march, as urine apparently helps prevent blisters. The method of using urine for (new) shoes was often applied in the past and today I sometimes meet people who know how to get their shoes fitting by using this versatile fluid. It is generally not recommended to combine urine therapy with the use of (prescribed) chemical allopathic medicines or recreational drugs. The combination may be dangerous to your health. If you are taking any form of allopathic medicine, begin with the external application (urine massage) until you are free of all medication, if possible.

Applying your own bodily substances in an attempt to heal can lead to a considerably broadened outlook on the intelligence and power of the body, and can increase your appreciation and love for yourself as a physical and spiritual being. Instead of regarding excretions (really just a part of yourself) as enemies, you regard them as your helpers. This healthier way of seeing yourself might well have a powerful healing effect on your body.

Urine therapy confronts us with a very concrete 'healer within' which works both on a mechanistic and on an energetic level. The latter implies that urine, as a holographic substance, can affect all levels of being, from the physical, through the electromagnetic fields of the emotions and the mind, up to the subtler genetic vibrational information of the soul.

TANTRIC KRIYA YOGA

The Great Tantra of the conversion of the physical body into the body of light occurs from the identification of the mind with the explosive force of the openness to the light. This practice creates a new awareness that we are also a body of light. In the sexual act if our focus is on the energy moving throughout the body, in particular the spine and deep brain rapture. Both partners can practice this conductivity during the sexual act. It intensifies the sensual experience and allows the male to have control of giving the woman prolonged pleasure. The male may climax several times in the pleasure center in the head. Then the release as desired through the genitals. The woman feels greater sensation internally and is moved to the light.

We may see light especially when we release into a conscious climax. This is why sex and death are so closely related.

A Kriya technique is sitting crossed legged on each other during a psychedelic session and breathe rhythmically each other’s breath consciously. This produces the experience of the conductivity through both beings.

As we let go of our last breath riding the energy to the apex in the top of the head, called the crown chakra, we merge into the great light above the head. Bringing the energy to the head during the sexual act a inner climax occurs. Tantric yogis can do this again and again. Then a release can occur at will. Through this process multiple climaxes will occur. ‘The practice of Kriya yoga has an auto erotic quality, as the energy moves up from the gentalia region to the mid brain.

This process can be cultivated through Kriya Yoga while we are in this body. Whereby in our meditation we conduct the energy up and down the spine. Feeling and experiencing its resonance in our mid brain is a profound ecstasy.

KRIYA YOGA THE BODY OF LIGHT

Eventually you will know yourself in a new form that of a light body. In the Tibetan tradition it is called rainbow body. The energy body or a body of light is within the capacity of the human experience. It can be crystallized by being aware of another dimension, which is beyond the mind.

The Yogi experiences a feeling of bliss, which is unifying by nature. It can be seen as light and often felt as Joy. And doing the practice of Kriya yoga, during the pause between breaths. There is a cessation of thought abiding in the presence of pure Being.

We become aware of worlds beyond mind and form as we know it. This becomes crystallized or held without any obstructions and is radiant light in all directions. From our present point of view. It is immortality. This is not a concept. It cannot be held by mind or memory. There is nothing to identify with. It simply is. A halo sometimes can be seen around the body being or at the least a sense of experience of a sphere of light. This is the Light body in the Tibetan tradition, the rainbow body. There may be psychedelic states in which this light body is momentarily revealed to us on experiential level. However, it is not held on to, or crystallized in this field of awareness. The Yogi knows this through the vehicle of the conductivity of the breath., and is able with practice to crystallize the rainbow body . You are this body of light. This world of the duality, is but a shadow world of thought, sound and form emanating from the body of light.

FEELING THE CENTERS

Each of the nerve plexus or Chakras in the body mind being can open to your higher emotional mind which allows us to perceive experientially a whole different dimension of reality beyond thought. This experience can become crystallized within the being and allow us to move into a body of light. The Kriya Yogi learns to master the movement of energy using the body as a vehicle to conduct the light through the centers. Each center has a distinct feeling and a higher emotional octave. In the lower center sex center one can feel the heat, and pleasure in the vital center just below the navel one can feel a sense of energetic vitality and strength. Then as one moves into the heart center we can feel a feeling of goodness of warmth of love that moves out beyond the confines of the physical body... The throat center often called the center of action has a vibrant quality of a different kind energy and felt as if to project out. Then we moved into the medulla oblongata at the base of the cranium this is where the pleasure center is located and the old brain a very important center to Kriya yogis since this is where you lift the muscles in the back of the neck. This activates the pleasure centers in the reptilian brain and contributes to whole brain rapture As this lifting process occurs we feel pressure on the pineal gland or third eye which feels like an opening to new sense of awareness the energy apex in the center of the head. This center is often depicted in Southeast Asian Buddha’s as a flame above the head. As these centers open we feel full body rapture. In yoga this is know as the bliss sheath.

A simple exercise to master the feeling of each center would be to take even breaths in and out feeling each of the centers independent of one another.

As you breathe in and out feel sense of pleasure in the coccyx. Then move the attention into the solar plexus, the stomach often drops as it relaxes and a sense of vitality and strength can be felt as you breathe in and out. Martial artist often practice this form of breathing. Now move the attention to the heart center you can feel it as deep emotional love. Then move to the throat center one feels almost a sense of vitality as you do from the vital center but different. Then breathe and feel the seat of consciousness the medulla oblongata. It can be felt as pleasure. this activation of the pleasure center can often bring the entire body energies unite and the whole brain feels that it is if it is lit up. Now breathing in and out through the penal body I you will feel distinct feeling and pressure their also a very peaceful enjoyable sense of self. Finally the crown center opens automatically but it feels is if something is rising up in and about the body like a flame this can be felt very subtle extremely subtle. Enjoy the breath and joy of your being.

The feeling of the centers is particularly acute under the influence of various phycedelic substances. As you become aware of these centers, it will contribute to the Kriya conductivity of the breath.

TRANSCENDENCE OF AN OPEN HEART

The art work below shows the energy moving upward from the heart to the head. The Ka or soul as the Egyptians called it.

PSYCHEDELIC KRIYA YOGA

The use of psychoactive plants in the early history of mankind for spiritual and metaphysical purposes has been well documented in many of the ancient cultures. As I mentioned before the 18 Siddhas of southern India, the early Taoists use of various of chemical potions for immortality, and the unrecorded prehistory of literature seen in signs and symbols in the Mayan Aztec and Toltec cultures as well as your eastern Indian and Taoist cultures.

In using primarily psychedelic drugs today we are able to go within and be very sensitive to the movement of energies and feelings in the body and even have the experience all of the light body as well. But to use these chemicals whether they are natural or man-made without yoga is like a ship in a storm without a Rudder. It's not that you can control the experience but you can participate with it in a particular way. As I mentioned earlier in feeling the various centers in the body when this practice is engaged in with the use of psychedelics, deep feelings and ecstasy is aroused from the various centers. This indeed is a fast-forward way of learning yogic practices. Unfortunately due to the social misinformation and fear of psychedelic drugs this use of learning and knowledge of an inner being has been dismissed and labeled hallucinatory. The idea of the modern Shaman or Yogi would be to be able to enter these non-ordinary states almost at will under
the right circumstances and enjoy the bliss and ecstasy at will without the use of drugs... This takes some practice while using psychoactive substances but is well worth while. To be able to enter the states of oneness and be opened to divine love is one of the greatest tasks a man can take with use of this body being.
Interestingly enough in my own case I had by chance or effort come to the end of the great search to find myself, to understand and to experience a direct relationship with God when the search ended my inner life really began without the limitation intention of trying to achieve a particular goal or state.

THE ALCHEMY OF KRIYA YOGA

The elixir of immortality is felt as the life force rising up the spine. Plant medicine and supplements assist in the alchemical transformation.
.
In the ancient recorded traditions of Taoism and yoga often herbal and mineral mixtures were used along with elixirs, for good health, wellbeing and immortality. Many of these potions have been lost or hidden in symbolic rhetoric. Soma in India is a good example of this. Today we have smart drugs and supplements which affect master glands, the Pituitary, Pineal and hypothalamus which orchestrate our hormone secretions.
The brain is our greatest sensual pleasure organ when we learn how to activate through Kriya Yoga we can experience states of bliss and rapture at will.

This was my desire when I first started taking psychedelics since I would feel pressure in the pituitary region of the brain third eye and feel pleasure and intensity in the mid brain. There are a few herbal products that affect the mid brain directly much in the same way psychedelics do without the depletion that can follow a trip.

Dopa Bean Mucuna Pruiens, has a high degree of dopamine. High levels of dopamine improve sex drive and memory. It stimulates the Pituitary gland to produce growth hormone. Although dopamine is associated with movement the inner movement of Kriya Yoga is also amplified. Mushrooms and LSD cause a dramatic release of dopamine in the brain often when you are high you want to dance and you have a sense of vitality.
The yogi, through Kriya yoga is able to stimulate the pineal and pituitary gland using the breath and inner pumps to saturate the brain with nutrient laden blood.

By ingesting Dopa Mucuna and doing Kriya yoga the pituitary gland releases DMT. This would explain when doing the Kriya practice there is a flight into the light. There are a large range of anti-oxidants when delivered to the mid brain create an enhancement of the sensation of whole brain rapture. I use a large range of noontopics and supplements for longevity, health and a feeling of wellbeing. I suggest reading “Brain Longevity” by Dr. Dharma Singh Khalsa MD. This book describes in detail the health benefits and variety of brain mind products. Supplements react differently with each of us. You need to experiment and see what results you achieve. High doses of anti oxidants driven to the mid brain create a rapture. Some that I use regularly are DMG, Alpha Lipoic Acid. C Q 10, DMAE and Phosphatidyserine to name a few. I am always interested in new supplements for life enhancement.

Remember you are taking the supplements to the mid brain, with Kriya practice, where they do the most good.

INNER BREATHING

There are some very advanced techniques in Kriya yoga. A couple I like to discuss here. They are only advanced in as much as it is essential to feel the centers and feel the movement of the conductivity in the body that's the primary basic practice of Kriya Yoga.

Inner breathing is a very deep internal movement in the body in the Taoist tradition is called bone breathing this is because your core essential nature is pulsating. This is prior than the function of the lungs but a deep inner movement.

One way of accessing this would be to do the bellows, followed by doing a Kriya on the last inhaled breathe.
Open the chest as you breathe in with a short than long double breath. Use a double breath so it fills the lower and upper cavity of the lungs and then exhale much in the same way is pushed out rapidly like a bellows. You can do several of these as many as you can handle. But be careful I've seen people come right off the ground and levitate while doing this. I myself when I first did it was thrown completely across the room. So go with care as in all yoga.

So one would do the bellows until you feel a fullness, where there's no need to breath, usually on the inhaled breath. It is then held. As in the conductivity you turn the tongue to the upper palate. Then roll the tongue back and tightens the anal sphincter muscles or the yoni and comfortably holds the breath. This is then held and your lower center is felt.. Then let the energy rise up using the three pumps. The lower abdomen then through the heart and then pushed up using the jade pillow or muscles in the back of the neck by the Medulla into the midbrain. This is a very powerful exercise. The more you practice Kriya yoga you will learn how to draw this energy up and down in the body with or without the breath this deep or inner breathing. This practice takes you to unimaginable openings.

As I mentioned earlier I have practiced Kriya yoga for over 45 years it is a never ending process of continuous opening. If there is any form of evolution it certainly is not the being but the nervous system does involve. We become more sensitive and aware of our surroundings as I had mentioned. The various Sidhis or powers that sometimes arise as a result of these practices ultimately are simply a joyful expression of self realization.

"I am John Krajewski, a visionary artist from back in the 60's having done posters and Album covers. The rolling stone called my cover for "Iron Butterfly Live" mystical and visionary art. My art was a way to convey the ecstasy and experiences with psychedelic Kriya Yoga. My initial discovery of Kriya Yoga occurred under LSD. I have had initiations in this Sovereign Science by Masters through out the east. In India, Indonesia, and Burma. Forms of Kriya Yoga are known in all ancient cultures. I am forever grateful and deeply respectful to all the teachers I have met. In a forthcoming blog I will share some of these encounters. I have practiced steadfastly for over 45 years with and without plant medicine. The real initiation happens as you do the practice. Kriya Yoga is the real inner teacher. It is a love affair with the Divine."

Harnessing the colorful commentary of the most prominent yoga scholars, teachers, and medical experts, 'Yoga Unveiled' reveals how yoga began, tells the story of yoga's passage to the West, describes its numerous branches, recounts the fascinating biographies of the foremost yoga masters, and explores yoga's astonishing medical potential.

Yoga Unveiled also features commentary by Krishna Das, Dr. Herbert Benson, Edwin Bryant, Subhash Kak, Vasant Lad, Dr. Timothy McCall, Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Father Joe Pereira, Swami Sivananda, Dr. Martina Ziska, and Dharma Mittra.

" Yoga Unveiled is a joyous, educational and uplifting experience from beginning to end. All the aspects of Yoga are harmoniously discussed herein. It is, as far as I know, the only comprehensive audio-visual production available. The renowned authorities, Eastern and Western, have given the message in a telling way. The script, production, photography, music, direction, editing - all bear a mark of high-level professional skill. It will be of immense use to students, practitioners, and teachers of this age-old and yet modern science of total development of life. I was very much impressed by the fact that the ultimate goal of Self-Realization was emphasized throughout. Starting from strengthening of the body, we are guided on to reach the finer and finer levels of our being, unfolding the potential of each and organically uniting it to the goal of life. "

~ Swami Yogatmananda, August 2008. Ramakrishna-Vivekananda Society, Providence, RI.

" Yogins and Yoginîs , this is a documentary you must not miss, and it is remarkable that it is available for only $36.99. If I had to summarize this film in one word, it would be, "Wow." Through interviews with a broad spectrum of experts, exquisite art and graphics, rarely seen archival footage, just-right music, and beautiful narration, Gita and Mukesh Desai have created a magnificent gift honoring the great tradition of Yoga. In the first two hours and fifteen minutes, while tracing the history of Yoga from its origins in India to its taking root in America, the film movingly communicates Yoga's core purpose: transformation and realization. It informs every frame of the film, and that is an extraordinary achievement. Yoga's Indic origins and its literature and philosophy are explored via beautiful visual displays and interviews with Yoga scholars and Yoga teachers in the United States and India.

Among the scholars are Prof. Edwin Bryant, Dr. M. S. Dhavlikar, Dr. Georg Feuerstein, and Prof. Subhash Kak. The teachers include T. K. V. and Kausthub Desikachar, B. K. S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Swami Tyagananda, Patricia Walden, and Rodney Yee, plus musician Krishna Das. The film next turns to some of the great yogins and yoginîs responsible for Yoga's passage to the West: Swami Vivekananda, Swami Sivananda, Aurobindo, Sri Krishnamacharya, and students of Krishnamacharya, including Indra Devi, B. K. S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, and T. K. V. Desikachar. Biographies are presented, accompanied by commentary from teachers who studied with these masters. T. K. V. Desikachar reminds us of his father's prophetic words, "One hundred years from now, people will acknowledge Yoga as the greatest gift from India" [ note: Sri Krishnamacarya [1888-1989] is T. K. V. Desikachar's father.]

The final hour, titled "Yoga As Therapy," jumps straight to the present and examines Yoga's growing contribution to Western medicine. Interviewed are Herbert Benson, M.D., Bernard Clark, M.D., Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., S. V. Karandikar, M.D., Vasant Lad, B.A.M.S., M.S., Timothy McCall, M.D., Dean Ornish, M.D., Mehmet Oz, M.D., Father Joe Pereira, and Martine Ziska, M.D. Each describes the profound positive benefits that Yoga, and in some instances Ayurveda, has brought to their patients. Regarding the recent increase in Yoga research in the West, Dr. Oz indicates that its purpose is not so much to prove that Yoga works [implying that anyone who has practiced it at any length knows that it does], but rather to translate how it works into a language mainstream physicians can understand and thereby make Yoga's benefits available to a wider audience. Jon Kabat-Zinn beautifully and accessibly explains the purpose and benefits of mindfulness meditation, pointing out that the realization of our true nature brings the ultimate healing from pain and suffering.

According to the philosophy of Tantra, the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. In manifesting the universe, this pure consciousness seems to become divided into two poles or aspects, neither of which can exist without the other ... all creation is the divine union of the opposites ... Yin & Yang ... Shiva & Shakti ...

One aspect, Shiva, is masculine, retains a static quality and remains identified with unmanifested consciousness. Shiva has the power to be but not the power to become or change.

The other aspect, Shakti, is feminine, dynamic, energetic and creative. Shakti is the Great Mother of the universe, for it is from her that all form is born.

All that is found in the cosmos can be found within each individual, and the same principles that apply to the universe apply in the case of the individual being.

Kundalini Shakti is a sexual energy ; Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a goddess, then, when it rises to the head, it unites itself with the Supreme Being, Lord Shiva.

The aspirant becomes engrossed in deep meditation and infinite bliss. This raw energy is the secret tool, which, when awakened, has the power to transform an individual from ordinary to exceptional.

"Only when Shiva is united with Shakti does he have the power to create." - Saundaryalahari

"Second-hand knowledge of the self gathered from books or gurus can never emancipate a man until its truth is rightly investigated and applied; only direct realisation will do that. Realise yourself, turning the mind inward."

- Tripura Rahasya, 18: 89

Regular Meditation and a constant awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, actions and speech opens up our chakras, develops our spiritual guiding system, our psychic centre, commonly called the 'Third Eye' or the 'Ajna Chakra' (Ajna means to command). With practice, we can learn how to use this in our lives. Controlled breathing ... allowing deep breaths and slow exhaling oxygenates our blood and opens up important energy centers in our body that allows Prana / Chi ... the life force to flow through freely ... much like tapping into the energy of the universe and opening up all channels to let the light shine through ...

There are many ways and methodologies to Open the Third Eye shared on the Internet & in books and videos widely viewed by thousands each day as the awareness of our own spiritual existence expands seeding the spark of evolution within our consciousness ... The first step towards a spiritual awakening is a shift in world view from separateness to that of Oneness and Unity. As this understanding grows deeper the ego or the false sense of self melts away giving way to a brand new realization of the self as one with the infinite unified field of consciousness we know by many names and in many forms and colors.

Here is an excerpt from the book Meditation by Linda Williamson ...

Power Stations ...

There are seven main energy centres within the body. They are called 'chakras', the Sanskrit word for wheel, because they appear clairvoyantly as whirling vortices of light. The chakras are situated in a line along the spine, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine. Next is the sacral chakra, at the reproductive centre, the solar plexus at the naval, the heart, the throat, and the brow. The highest centre at the crown of the head is called the thousand-petalled lotus.

As a person begins to evolve spiritually, the chakras start to open and expand, from the lowest upwards. The expansion of the solar plexus gives increased sensitivity and intuition. As the heart opens, we are able to give out and receive greater love and compassion. The expansion of the throat centre begins creative ability and self-expression, while the crown connects us with the higher dimensions of spirits and with the deities.

The third eye has always been linked with psychic and occult powers. Pictured as an eye in the middle of the forehead, its development gives the ability to see with the inner vision. This encompasses many things: clairvoyance, seeing spirits, remote viewing or seeing things in distant places, and foreseeing in the future. At the highest level, it bestows the gift of spiritual 'insight' and spiritual knowledge.

When you begin to see vivid pictures or colours during your meditation, this is a sign that your third eye is developing. All meditation practices stimulate the development of the third eye, particularly those which involve visualisation. The following exercise is particularly helpful because it focuses the attention at the exact point where the third eye is situated.

: Opening The Third Eye :

This is a highly practical exercise for helping to develop your third eye. Don't persist in staring at the candle if your eyes begin to tire or feel sensitive. Remember, the focus is not on the candle, but your third eye.

Exercise : Candle meditation

1. Find a candle in a colour you like, perhaps white, gold or purple as these are spiritual colours. The room should be dark. Place the candle on the table about a metre away from you, slightly below eye level. Light it and gaze steadily at the flame. Calm your mind and steady your breathing.

2. After a couple of minutes, close your eyes. You will see the after-image of the flame as a small point of white light in your mind's eye, the spot between the physical eyes. Keep your attention fixed on this point of light. Do not try to move, control or change it, just observe.

3. The light might appear to move upwards. It might change colour. Keep it in your inner vision for as long as you can. You may be surprised how long the image remains, sometimes fading and then reappearing again. When it fades completely, open your eyes and look at the candle again.

4. Repeat the procedure three times. The last time, try to hold the after-image steady without wavering. When you can no longer see it, keeping your eyes closed, continue to watch the space where it has been. Be aware of any colours or pictures that appear there.

The third eye has various other names, including 'the seat of intuition'. By focusing on this area during meditation, we gain a deep and persistent awareness of our intuition and proper judgment. With regular practice, this awareness can reach into our everyday lives. When we make decisions or face difficult situations we will be able to tap into our powers of judgment - instead of relying on external sources for answers to our problems.

The Third Eye chakra is often blocked by ego, or a sense of personal "self" as a separate physical entity. By surrendering to existence and persistent practice you help create a greater awareness of the third eye and allow the light within to shine through in unison with divine intent that drives our thoughts, actions, emotions and our speech. The chanting of AUM with a controlled and relaxed breath flow is one of the oldest known ways to tune into the power of the third eye, the focal point of intuition, the centre of our spiritual guiding system helping us tune into any and all frequencies of the one consciousness manifested as many ...

Breath is defined as the air we inhale and exhale during respiration. It is our lifeline. Our bodies can live for days without food and water but without breathing our spirit rapidly leaves the body. Our breath is absolutely necessary to our life but we take it for granted. For centuries, mystics have believed the breath was the seat of the soul and this directly corresponds to the Pineal Gland Activation or the Third Eye Awakening which in essence is the awakening of the soul !

Stanislav Grof, one of the founders of the field of transpersonal psychology and a pioneering researcher into the use of altered states of consciousness for purposes of healing, went on to discover that many of these states of mind could be explored without psychedelics and instead by using certain breathing techniques in a supportive environment.

He continues this work today under the title "Holotropic Breathwork".

While all of us are aware of 'breathing' to be essential to our survival, few of us know what it is like to breathe consciously and practice mindfulness (silent observation of our thoughts, one of the first lessons in practicing meditation) ... breathing consciously in a controlled manner opens up new levels of awareness and helps us go beyond our perceived waking physical reality and experience the transpersonal ... the oneness ... which is the unifying essence of creation !

Stanislav Grof is a psychiatrist with almost 50 years of experience in research of non-ordinary states of consciousness. He has been the principal investigator in a psychedelic research program at the Psychiatric Research Institute in Prague, Czechoslovakia, chief of psychiatric research at the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center, assistant professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and scholar-in-residence at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. It was at Esalen that he co-developed, with his wife Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork, a technique that includes deep, connected breathing, music, art, and trained facilitation with the goal wholeness, healing, and wisdom.

Breathwork is an integral part of all spiritual disciplines and religions, implicitly or explicitly. Throughout time, particular breathing rhythms have been used to induce diverse altered states of consciousness through singing, devotional chanting, drumming, and dancing - all implicit forms of Breathwork. In Buddhist Vipassana and Zen meditation the breath is observed - an explicit form of Breathwork - and this results in a change of consciousness.

The way we breathe creates and controls our state of consciousness, and our state of consciousness influences the way we breathe. If we are afraid, we breathe faster, when we breathe fast, we feel fear. When we feel calm, our breath is slow and deep, when we slow down and deepen our breathing, we feel calm. In many languages the word for "soul" or "spirit" is the same as that for breath. We are our breath !

MerKaBa is centered at the base of the spine and has a direct effect on the kundalini energy that is also housed there. According to the Vedic understanding of the 'Kundalini Energy', it is coiled like a serpent' 3 & 1/2 times at the coccyx and under certain conditions will rise to the top of the body in an 'awakening' experience.

It essentially means that this dormant energy flows freely up the spine and has a positive effect on the various chakras centers of the body. The MerKaBa facilitates this process of kundalini awakening by aligning the energy fields in that location and facilitates greater movement of energy throughout the body. It also opens blocked channels and cleanses the chakra points.

Spherical Breathing is the process of taking energy in directly through the prana tube and sending out through the navel/heart is known as spherical breathing. It involves taking the prana (ether) from the Cosmos and the Earth through the crown of the head and the base of the body (perineum) simultaneously and combines them in the navel/heart area into a small sphere of light. Then it continue to radiate out from the navel/heart into a larger sphere that surrounds the body. Hence the "spherical" sensation of this energy flow. This method of taking energy directly into our bodies (not from a secondary source such as food) is utilized by dolphins, whales and individuals who choose to fast or not eat food at all.... known as breatharians.

The Teaching Of Spherical Breathing : Using 18 Breaths

By Drunvalo Melchizedek

There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkaba within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.

FIRST BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.

MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.

BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.

BREATH: At this same moment, with empty lungs, begin to breath in a complete yogic manner. Breath through your nostrils only, except at certain places which will be described. Simply put, breath from your stomach first, then your diaphragm, and finally your chest. Do this in one movement, not three parts. The exhale is completed either by holding the chest firm and relaxing the stomach, slowly releasing the air, or by holding the stomach firm and relaxing the chest. The most important aspect is that this breathing must be rhythmic. Begin by using seven seconds in and seven seconds out, but as you get familiar with this meditation, find your own rhythm. The following instructions for a complete Yogic Breath are from "the Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath" by Yogi Ramacharake. Perhaps this description will be helpful.

Breathing through the nostrils, inhale steadily, first filling the lower part of the lungs, which is accomplished by bringing into play the diaphragm, which descending exerts a gentle pressure on the abdominal organs, pushing forward the front walls of the abdomen. Then fill the middle part of the lungs, pushing out the lower ribs, breastbone and chest. Then fill the higher portion of the lungs, protruding the upper chest, thus lifting the chest, including the upper six or even pairs of ribs.

At first reading it may appear that this breath consists of three distinct movements. This, however, is not the correct idea. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the region of the collar bone, being expanded with a uniform movement. Avoid a jerky series of inhalations, and strive to attain a steady continuous action. Practice will soon overcome the tendency to divide the inhalation into three movements, and will result in a uniform continuous breath. You will be able to complete the inhalation in a few seconds after a little practice.

Exhale quite slowly, holding the chest in a firm position, and drawing the abdomen in a little and lifting it upward as the air leaves the lungs. When the air is entirely exhaled, relax the chest and abdomen. A little practice will render this part of the exercise easy, and the movement once acquired will be afterward performed almost automatically.

FIRST BREATH: Exhale

HEART: Love

MIND: Become aware of the female tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light

BODY: Keep the same mudra.

BREATH: Do NOT hesitate at the top of the inhalation to begin the exhalation. Exhale quite slowly, approximately seven seconds, in the Yogic manner. When the air is out of the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and HOLD the breath. When you feel pressure to breathe again, after about five seconds or so, then do the following:

MIND: Be aware of the flat equilateral triangle at the top of the female tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane that passes through your chest at the sternum. In a flash, and with a pulse like energy, send that triangular plane down through the female tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it goes down and pushes out the tip or apex of the tetrahedron all the negative energy of the mudra or electrical circuit, a light will shoot out of the apex toward the center of the Earth. The Mind exercise is performed along with the following BODY movements.

BODY: Move your eyes slightly toward each other, or, in other words, slightly cross your eyes. Now bring them up to the top of their sockets, or in other words, look up. Also, this looking up motion should not be extreme. You will feel a tingling feeling between your eyes in the area of your third eye . You can now look down to the lowest point you can, as fast as you can. You should feel an electrical sensation move down your spine. The MIND and BODY must coordinate the above mental exercis e with the eye movements. The eyes look down from their up position at the same time the mind sees the triangular horizontal plane of the female tetrahedron move down to the apex of the female tetrahedron. This combined exercise will clean out the negative thoughts and feelings that have entered into your electrical system. Specifically, it will clean out the part of your electrical system that is associated with the particular mudra you are using. Immediately upon pulsing the energy down your spine, you change mudras to the next one and begin the entire cycle over again. The next five breaths are a repeat of the first breath with the following mudra changes:

Second breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together

Third breath mudra: Thumb and third finger together

Fourth breath mudra: Thumb and little finger together

Fifth breath mudra: Thumb and first finger together (same as first breath)

Sixth breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together (same as second breath)

The first part, the first six breaths, the balancing of the polarities, and the cleansing of your electrical system is now complete. You are now ready for the next part, the next seven breaths.

Here an entirely new breathing pattern begins. You do not need to visualize the star tetrahedron at this time. Only the tube that runs through the star, from the apex of the male tetrahedron above your head to the apex of the female tetrahedron below your feet, needs to be seen and worked with. This extends one hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. The diameter of YOUR tube will be the size of the hole formed by YOUR thumb and forefinger touching.

BREATH NUMBER SEVEN: Inhale

HEART: Love. There is another refinement here that can be used after you have perfected this meditation.

MIND: Visualize or sense the tube running through your body. The instant you begin the seventh inhale, see the brilliant white light of the prana moving down the tube from the top and up the tube from the bottom at the same time. This movement is almost instantaneous. The point where these two light beams meet within your body is controlled by the mind and is a vast science known throughout the universe. In this teaching however, we will only be shown what is necessary , that which will take you from third to fourth dimensional awareness. In this case you will direct the two beams of prana to meet at your navel, or more correct, within your body at navel level, inside the tube. The moment the two beams of prana meet, which is just as the inhale begins, a sphere of white light or prana is formed at the meeting point about the size of a grapefruit centered on the tube. It all happens in an instant. As you continue to take the inhale of the seventh breath, the sphere of prana begins to concentrate and grow slowly.

BODY: For the next seven breaths use the same mudra for both inhale and exhale, the thumb, first and second touching together palms up.

BREATH: Deep rhythmic Yogic breathing, seven seconds in and seven seconds out. There is no holding of the breath from now on. The flow of prana from the two poles will not stop or change in any way when you go from inhale to exhale. It will be a continuous flow that will not stop for a long as you breath in this manner, even after death.

SEVENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The prana sphere centered at the navel continues to grow. By the time of the full exhale, the prana sphere will be approximately eight or nine inches in diameter.

BREATH: Do not force the air out of your lungs. When your lungs are empty naturally, immediately begin the next breath.

EIGHTH BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Love.

MIND: The prana sphere continues to concentrate life force energy and grow in size

EIGHT BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The prana sphere continues to grow in size and will reach maximum size at the end of this breath. This maximum size is different for each person. If you put your longest finger in the center of your navel, the line on your wrist defining your hand will show you the radius of the maximum size of this sphere for YOU. This sphere of prana cannot grow larger.

NINTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: The prana sphere cannot grow larger, so what happens is the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere. The visual appearance is that the sphere grows BRIGHTER.

BREATH: Sphere grows brighter and brighter as you inhale.

NINTH BREATH: Exhale

BREATH: As you exhale, the sphere continues to grow brighter and brighter.

TENTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: About half way through this inhale, as the sphere continues to brighter, the prana sphere reaches critical mass. The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. You are now ready for the next step.

TENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: At the moment of exhale, the small sphere two hand lengths in diameter bulges to expand. In one second, combined with the breath talked about below, the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, out at your finger tips of your extended arms. Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical breathing. However, at this point, this sphere is not stable. You MUST breath three more times to keep the sphere stable.

BREATH: At the moment of exhale, make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure. As you feel the sphere begin to bulge, all within the first second of this exhale, let all of your air out rapidly. The sphere will expand at that moment.

ELEVENTH, TWELFTH and THIRTEENTH BREATH: Inhale and Exhale

MIND: Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere

BREATH: Breath rhythmically and deeply. At the end of the thirteenth breath you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important 14th breath.

THE FOURTEENTH BREATH

HEART: Love

MIND: On the inhale of the 14th breath, at the very beginning of the breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. The entire large sphere, along with the original sphere, which is also still contained within the large sphere, moves up to the new meeting point within the tube. Though this is very easy to do, it is an extremely powerful movement. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness, or from earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.

BODY: This mudra will be used for the rest of the meditation. Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females. It is a mudra that relaxes.

BREATH: Rhythmic breath and deep. However, if you continue to breathe from your Christ center without moving on to the MER-KA-BA, which is what is recommended until you have made contact with your Higher Self, then shift to a shallow breath. In other words, breath rhythmically but in a comfortable manner where your attention is more on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube meeting at the sternum and expanding out to the large sphere. Just feel the flow. Use your feminine side to just be. At this point don't think, just breath, feel and be. Feel your connection to All Life through the Christ Breath. Remember your intimate connection with God.

The Mer-Ka-Ba, The Vehicle Of Ascension

The Last Three Breaths

You are asked not to attempt this FOURTH PART until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. The energies that will come into and around your body and spirit are of tremendous power. If you are not ready, you could hurt yourself. If your Higher Self gives you permission to enter into the MER-KA-BA, then don t fear, for you will be ready.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Inhale:

HEART: Love

MIND: Be aware of the whole star tetrahedron. Realize that there are three whole star tetrahedrons superimposed over each other. One is the body itself, and is locked in place and never, except under certain conditions, moves. It is placed around the body according to maleness or femaleness. The second whole star tetrahedron is male in nature, it is electrical, is literally the human mind and rotates counter-clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your left side. The third whole star tetrahedron is female in nature, is magnetic, is literally the human emotional body and rotates clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your right side.

To be clear, we are not telling you to rotate the male tetrahedron one way and the female the other way. When we say rotate the whole star tetrahedron, we mean the whole thing.

On the inhale of the fifteenth breath, as you are inhaling, you will say to yourself, in your head, the code words, EQUAL SPEED. This will tell your mind that you want the two rotatable whole star tetrahedrons to begin spinning in opposite directions at equal speeds at the time of the exhale. Meaning that for every complete rotation of the mind tetrahedrons, there will be a complete rotation of the emotional tetrahedrons.

BODY: Continue the mudra of the folded hands from now on.

BREATH: Breath Yogic and rhythmically an deeply again, but only for the next three breaths, after that return to the shallow breathing.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning. In an instant, they will be moving at exactly one third the speed of light at their outer tips. You probably will not be able to see this because of their tremendous speed, but you can feel it. What you have just done is to start the MOTOR of the MER-KA-BA. You will not go anywhere, or have an experience. It is just like starting the motor of a car, but having the transmission in neutral.

BREATH: Make a small hole with your lips just like you did for breath Number Ten. Blow out in the same manner, and as you do, feel the two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning.

SIXTEENTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: As you let out the breathe, the two sets of tetrahedrons take off from their one third speed of light setting to two third speed of light in an instant. As they approach two thirds speed of light speed a phenomena takes place. A disk about 55 feet in diameter forms around the body at the level of the base of the spine. And the sphere of energy that is centered around the two sets of tetrahedrons forms with the disk to create a shape that looks like a FLYING SAUCER around the body. This energy matrix is called the MER-KA-BA. However, it is not stable. If you see or sense the MER-KA-BA around you at this point, you will know it to be unstable. It will be slowly wobbling. Therefore Breath Number Seventeen is necessary.

BREATH: Same as breath 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. It is at this point that the speeds increases. As you feel the speed increasing, let out all your breath with force. This action will cause the higher speed to be fully obtained and the MER-KA-BA to be formed.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Remember, unconditional love for all life must be felt through out all of this meditation or no results will be realized.

MIND: As you breathe in, say to yourself, in your head, the code NINE TENTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This code will tell your mind to increase the speed of the MER-KA-BA to nine tenths the speed of light which will stabilize the rotating field of energy. It will also do something else. This third dimensional universe that we live in is tuned to 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body is rotating around every atom in your body at 9/10 the speed of light. This is the reason this particular speed is selected.

BREATH: Breathe rhythmically and in a Yogic manner.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the MER-KA-BA.

BREATH: Same as breath 15 and 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. As you feel the speed take off, let all your breath out with force. You are now in your stable and Third dimensionally tuned MER-KA-BA. With the help of your Higher Self, you will understand what this really means.

EIGHTEENTH BREATH:

This very special breath will not be taught here. You must receive it from Your Higher Self. It is the breath that will take you through the speed of light into the fourth dimension. You will disappear from this world and reappear in another one that will be your new home for awhile. This is not the end, but the beginning of an ever expanding consciousness returning you HOME to your FATHER.

Merkaba is our light body, an inter-dimensional time travel vehicle, a sort of UFO, which is self created within the energy field, using concepts of Sacred Geometry. The Merkaba is 2 counter-rotating fields of light generated from the spinning of specific geometric forms.

The star tetrahedron is the primary shape of the Merkaba. Drunvalo Melchizedek (Flower of Life workshops), states that the first eight cells of our being, of all cellular beings, form the star tetrahedron, and those original eight cells remain at the base of the spine.

The star tetrahedron shape is the geometric foundation of our energy field. This geometry is viewed around and interpenetrating the physical body, but usually remains inactive unless consciously activated.

Technically, the Merkaba is the geometry of light. Once activated, the geometry of light, described in terms of sacred geometry shapes known as the Platonic solids, is a “vehicle” of light. This vehicle activates a field of light that can extend around the body for a distance of 55 feet. When this field is reactivated and spinning properly, it is called a Merkaba. A fully activated Merkaba looks like the structure of a galaxy or UFO.

In his books, researcher and physicist Drunvalo Melchizedek describes this figure as a "Star Tetrahedron", since it can be viewed as a three dimensional Star of David. By imagining two superimposed "Star Tetrahedrons" as counter rotating, along with specific "prana" breathing techniques, certain eye movements and mudras, it is taught that one can activate a non-visible 'saucer' shaped energy field around the human body that is anchored at the base of the spine. Here is an article by Drunvalo Melchizedek ... History has talked about the Mer-Ka-Ba mostly as the vehicle that allows a person to ascend or descend into the higher or lower worlds. But actually the Mer-Ka-Ba is much more than just a vehicle of ascension. It can be, really, anything — since it is the primal pattern that created all things and all universes, both visible and invisible (see The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, volumes I & II). In the Bible there is reference to Ezekiel and the wheels by which Ezekiel ascended into heaven. This was the Mer-Ka-Ba. In the Torah, there is reference to the Merkavah (as it is spelled in Hebrew) which has two different meanings: One meaning is ''chariot,'' which is a vehicle; the other is the ''Throne of God.'' When the two definitions are combined, the true meaning comes to life. In Ancient Egypt, this primal pattern was called the Mer-Ka-Ba. It was actually three words, not one. Mer meant a kind of light that rotated within itself. Ka meant spirit, in this case referring to the human spirit. And Ba meant the human body — though it also could mean the concept of Reality that spirit holds. And so the entire word in ancient Egypt referred to a rotating light that would take the spirit and the body from one world into another. I once spent a couple of hours with Credo Mutwa, the spiritual leader of the Zulu tribe in Africa. He explained to me that Merkaba (one word) was a Zulu word meaning a space/time/dimension vehicle. He told me that according to Zulu legend his entire tribe had come from another dimension here to Earth using the Merkaba. In the modern world there are teachers worldwide — and I am one of them — who are helping people remember the Mer-Ka-Ba. Thus begin a process in consciousness that will eventually translate us from the third-dimensional world into the next higher one through what is being called 'ascension'.  Ascension involves a process where the human body is transformed into light and translated by an incredible birth into a new world. It is achieved through a meditation that requires the mind, heart, body, and spirit to completely integrate in one pattern of light and transcend the human limitations of this reality. This concept of the Mer-Ka-Ba as an ascension vehicle is not new. It is very, very old. What actually is the Mer-Ka-Ba? Technically, it is an electro-magnetic field sitting at about four degrees Kelvin, found primarily within the microwave range — at least in the third dimension — that is entirely geometric in nature. Specifically, the geometry used is called ''Sacred Geometry,'' as this particular geometry is found in the creation patterns of all things in Creation. The Mer-Ka-Ba field is extremely complex, involving the five Platonic solids and other sacred polyhedrons. It is believed to extend through all possible dimensional and parallel universes, and can possibly change its nature from electro-magnetic to whatever is appropriate. The blueprint of the Mer-Ka-Ba is found throughout nature, such as in this photo of a galaxy. One of the functions of the Mer-Ka-Ba, as we said, is to act as the vehicle to take the spirit and the body into the next world. However, this function — and most of the other possibilities — is impossible to obtain until something changes within the person. The Mer-Ka-Ba is situated around the human body like a three dimensional geometric web that is dormant and nonfunctional, waiting for the right moment. When the spirit that inhabits the body remembers that it is there and begins to change certain aspects of itself, an incredible transformation begins to grow. It was believed in ancient times, and even written about by the Hebrews, that the Merkavah could be turned on by certain principles in meditation. This involves breathing changes, and mind, heart, and body changes that alter the way a person perceives the Reality. From my perspective, it is the beginning of ''Enlightenment.''       And yet it is clear that the Mer-Ka-Ba can also be ''activated,'' as the New Agers say, by other methods beside the male-style instructions using the breathing changes mentioned above. It can also become functional through methods that are purely female. Through the true living of qualities such as love, faith, trust, truth, and compassion, the Mer-Ka-Ba can spontaneously become alive. In other words, very pure human character can translate into a living Mer-Ka-Ba field around the person, even if that person doesn't initially know it is there. And yes, absolutely, the Mer-Ka-Ba is alive. It is a living field, not a purely mechanical field of energy. Because it is a living field, it responds to human thought and feeling, which is the way to connect to the field. So the ''computer'' that guides the Mer-Ka-Ba is the human mind and heart. The possibilities are endless. At a certain and specific moment (not necessarily in this lifetime), a person's Mer-Ka-Ba field can become alive. When this happens, an electro-magnetic change occurs which results in a disc of energy that comes out from a tiny place near the base of the spine and quickly expands to about 27 to 30 feet in radius around the body. This disc can easily be perceived by scientific means, and if the United States Air Force is correct it can be put up on their computer screens via satellite. In other words, the military can see people who activate their Mer-Ka-Bas, and watch as they move around the surface of the Earth. Since the number of people who have done this is now in the millions, it is a fairly common sight now. It is the enormous magnetic burst that results from the disc expanding that brings attention to itself. This can easily be made invisible by people who activate their Mer-ka-Bas, if they so desire. The knowledge of the Mer-Ka-Ba is well known by most of the more powerful governments of the world. I am certain that our government used the Mer-Ka-Ba in the 1943 Philadelphia Experiment and the 1983 Montauk Experiments — in their mind-control experiments and dimensional explorations, and in controlling weather. And I am equally certain that Russia is using the Mer-Ka-Ba in their spy programs and defense systems. But regardless of government experimentation, Mother Earth, the human race, and we as individuals can profit from this understanding and knowledge. The remembering of the Mer-Ka-Ba is unfolding all over the world. From my point of view, this unfoldment is all part of the evolving cosmic DNA. The Mer-Ka-Ba will be remembered now because this is the time to remember. Yes, I believe, as did almost all the ancient civilizations, that there are specific moments in the history of mankind where great jumps in human understanding take place, as in the ancient Sumerian, Egyptian, and Indus Valley civilizations. I truly feel that we have arrived at another one of these grand moments of human history where brilliant light expands around the world, and another huge leap in human consciousness appears. And, my friends, I truly believe, from my own personal experience, that the Mer-Ka-Ba is a doorway or a dimensional window into a higher level of consciousness that could be the catalyst for this great change called ascension.  So, to close, I will say again: Your character is the key to your ascension. Regardless of who you are at this moment, good or bad, you can change your character. Like losing weight, it is completely within your control if you focus. In changing yourself, your Mer-Ka-Ba can become alive. And once it is alive, everything is possible.
