We dream and wake up into another dream like reality where we are awake yet dreaming all the time, walking through life and its many illusions of separation ... learning many a lesson with time ! Yet these dreams never stop ... What is this dream time really ? Where do we go and who are we really ... ?!

The dreamtime has much to reveal to us about ourselves and the nature of reality which as solid as it may seem actually is quite fluid and ever changing. Magical would be the best way to describe this waking life if seen with the eyes of the ultimate observer, forever hacking through illusions of separation and seeing life clearly as one.

Learning to wake up in your dream will allow you to navigate more lucidly, this will in turn sharpen your intuition and decision making abilities once awake in this realm or any other. We know the magical side of dreams and how we can fit into any character and play any role we want as anything becomes possible in the mind of ultimate observer. All limitations of the ego are surpassed and the soul manifests as it wants to. This is the art we are here to master ... how do we use alchemical principles to navigate this dense 3 dimensional reality. To be able to extract the "Soma", the ambrosia, the nectar from all that life has to offer is the work of an alchemist and we are here to master this art !

By first making changes within our own lives and gaining mastery and self control of our own monkey minds can we begin to start stepping into new roles the universe is shaping for us as we progress on this evolutionary path, transcending one illusion, one limitation at a time, moving consciously with each breath. There is nothing lost as we have many chances at rectifying our mistakes by simply choosing different each time something low vibing challenges our peace of mind.

This world of ours has many illusions we can cling to if we aren't conscious of how each choice of ours affects us and the world we live in which we are co-creating, each one of us. Everything is dynamic and ever changing with the shifts in mass consciousness underway. Many will lose their minds in these times as the darker forces who have them in their grip are tightening the noose with many a fear based agendas unleashed. Mind control is often overlooked as most of us have fallen into the trap ourselves living slave like lives justifying the choices we make for monetary gains as that seems to be the focus of many who are deeply entranced by the seductions of society. Falling into self made traps and then crying victim seems to be the way for many of us who are yet to wake up the bigger picture. Its easy to follow others who know no better than us, it takes some courage to listen to that inner voice which may speaks to us in solitude which most people are afraid of.

Finally, there is nothing to gain or lose in this illusionary world of ours. All that we are doing is making most of our time here with the choices we are given and the gifts we come with. We can be or do anything we want which aligns with our mission and at some point all of this begins to make sense ... We are always creating our reality and we are now becoming more conscious of this by taking into account the messages that come through the dreamtime. Life as I often describe it, is nothing but a delicate balance between being and doing ... with each choice, with each action we step onto a new karmic path, leaving behind a trail of experiences to learn from and keep moving on.

"Stranger Things", the Netflix series has an eerie similarity to the "Montauk Project", a secretive, shadow government black ops project involving human subjects and mind control experiments to study Psionic abilities and other paranormal phenomena such as parallel realities, inter-dimensional time travel using reverse engineered technology from crashed UFOs and bears an uncanny resemblance to the infamous MK Ultra, Black Ops run by the CIA in the 60's ...

The Netflix hit sci-fi series was originally titled 'Project Montauk', named after the covert government operation on Long Island that allegedly used child runaways as human test subjects, reports filmmaker Christopher Garetano in this video originally shared on New York Post.

Have you ever wondered what lies beyond what we superficially see? Have you ever contemplated the equation between religion, spirituality and plant medicine? Have you ever felt like extending the boundaries of your horizons and expanding your consciousness? Have you been considering trying plant medicine to check how it might benefit you? If your answer to any of the questions above is in the affirmative, then the documentary, The Reality of Truth,’ is tailor-made for you. Written and hosted by Mike "Zappy" Zapolin and Co-directed by Laurent Levy and Mike Zapolin, it is a must-see for those who aspire to grow their consciousness, experiment with plant medicine and surpass the supposed barrier of reality.

One of the most prominent features of the documentary, apart from the main message it shares, is the heartfelt interviews with prominent spiritual and thought leaders and celebrities including Deepak Chopra (alternative medicine advocate, speaker and bestselling author), Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living Foundation), Marianne Williamson (spiritual teacher and bestselling author), Ram Dass (spiritual teacher), Michelle Rodriguez (award winning actress, DJ and screenwriter), etc. These personalities share their profound experiences, emotions and thoughts, and how they took a chance to experience spirituality with the assistance of plant medicine.

With the assistance of honest endeavors, impactful words and powerful imagery, the documentary makes a case for letting go of the myths surrounding reality and plant medicine and accepting the reality of truth that the world may not always be ready to embrace or even hear. The buildup to the facts shared by the host presents a question as to whether the ancient plants referred to in religious texts could be the source of wisdom to find solutions to today's problems, including mass terrorism. Another question presented by the documentary is whether meditation was part of ancient wisdom/religion. The documentary further sheds light on the detail that despite accomplishing a lot in life, people may sometimes feel a void and this means that they need to expand their horizons and experience more.

Further, to solve society's problems, there is a need to transform our collective consciousness. The solution offered by ‘The Reality of Truth’ is to take inspiration from ‘Psychonauts’, sailors of the mind or people exploring inside their own minds. This is like nothing one has experienced before. There is something beyond what we see and we need to have faith to believe in what seems to be unreal. Furthermore, the documentary will help you realize the advantages of meditation by asserting the number of people who benefit from it all over the globe and even a Bible reference to the practice.

Foster Gamble, the man behind ‘Thrive’, accentuates that altering our consciousness leads to the shifting and expansion of our consciousness. The documentary will teach you that experiential spirituality, finding answers ourselves, can be a rewarding experience. It incites us to go beyond and ask questions we do not usually ask. The documentary and the words of wisdom shared by the notable personalities featured in it encourage us to have faith instead of fear while approaching the unknown. Also, drugs have several negative points linked with them but when they cure someone, it should be counted as medicine.

Perhaps the most important piece of wisdom shared by ‘The Reality of Truth’ is the real-life accounts of those who benefitted from plant medicine or psychedelics by bidding adieu to their addictions, including the alcohol problem of Bill Wilson, the founder of Alcoholic Anonymous and that of Gerard Powell, the founder of Rythmia Life Advancement Center. Both of them benefited from the experiences stemming from plant medicine (psychedelics) intake to the point that they got rid of their serious problems and turned their lives completely around for the better. In other words, plant medicine cured these people and many others around the globe.

Among other things, the documentary teaches us to take inspiration to meditate from Jerry Seinfeld, Oprah Winfrey, etc., capitalize on the experiences of Ram Dass to benefit from plant medicine to seek, feel motivated by the enlightening and loosening experience of Michelle Rodriguez and several others to let go after having San Pedro and conducting an Ayahuasca ceremony and experience spirituality and the feeling of a Supreme Being. Based on the experiences of those who are featured in the documentary, you may get rid of anxiety, depression, anger, hatred, inhibitions, and addictions and be a new you, lead a new life, and push the restart button. The documentary also discusses the breathing technique of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. According to him, by adjusting our breath, we can arrive at a higher state of consciousness.

The insights shared in the documentary by many make it clear that these experiences help one realize the way one wants one’s life to be. Zappy makes a point that plant medicine is illegal because of monetary reasons. Pharmaceutical companies wish to only sell petroleum-based medicine for monetary reasons, which do not actually cure and lead to several side effects. Plant medicine, meditation and breathing adjustment are among the tools that can assist one in going beyond and transforming their lives. The multilayered narratives of a diverse array of people featured in the documentary will definitely touch people and their lives for the better and you have to watch the whole thing to know what it actually says.

In sum, a person may find it easy or hard to believe some of views presented in the documentary since the subject is controversial but should still check it out because it is outside the box and compels people to ponder, experiment and go beyond what is generally acceptable. Life is supposed to be lived to the fullest or it goes to waste and ‘The Reality of Truth’ introduces a way of life to accomplish exactly that. You might transform your life like many in the documentary after being witness to the wonders of life, plant medicine and an expanded consciousness. Projects like this are few and far between and you must make the most of this. Highly recommended!

"Soul Proof" is a documentary film which shows nine categories of evidence that convincingly prove that we are all infinite spiritual beings.

There are many people interviewed from all walks of life who share their personal stories about near-death experiences, after-death contacts, miracles, religious revelations, and much more. Also included are interviews with renowned experts in these fields.

Taken together, these reports clearly indicate that consciousness precedes and survives physical death. This collective evidence demonstrates that—despite your outward physical appearance—you truly are an indestructible being of energy.

This proof allows us to live more fully, without fear, and with purpose. This information will convince you that life is a totally safe and magnificent adventure amidst eternity. Then you can enjoy full potential living.

The Soul Proof film also opens a doorway to dialogue that has been largely closed due to fear. Imagine a grandmother who sees her departed husband, but is afraid to tell others for fear of being considered crazy. What would it mean to our world to have such discussions be welcomed, not shunned ?

For the first time on film, the full spectrum of proof is presented in a fascinating and informative 90 minute film.

The nine categories of evidence:

1. After Death Contacts
2. Near Death Experiences
3. Miraculous and Revelatory Events
4. Scientific Input
5. Paranormal Evidence
6. Religious and Spirituality Teachings
7. Peri-Natal Findings
8. Reincarnation Evidence
9. Firsthand Experience and Inner Knowing

Our World Today, is undergoing rapid changes as we see the old ways of fear and separation withering away ... as the truth begins to unfold at an individual and collective level.

We the 'Sheeple' of the world accept everything that's being fed into the human psyche from various sources at different times in our lives. From the inception of the idea of 'self', (i.e. Me, as a separate entity) to all that we gather as knowledge in our schools and other educational institutes, we are constantly being bombarded with the same ideas and beliefs which seek to limit us, propagated as truth in our collectively co-created reality, our world, our society !

Here is another brilliant video set to the Pink Floyd classic, "Sheep". The video is titled "The Sad Truth To Why Most People Won't Wake Up" describing all the many ways in which there has been a deliberate "Dumbing Down Of Society" !

We are always encountering opportunities to transcend the fear based illusions that present themselves in our life experiences ... so we can learn those necessary lessons and move on ... as we continue to co-create a new reality, manifesting the peace and love by simply becoming that ...

How I See The World is a PBS Documentary on Albert Einstein, one of the greatest scientific thinkers of all time. His theories on the nature of time and space profoundly affected the human conception of the physical world and set the foundations for many of the scientific advances of the twentieth century. As a thinker on the human condition, politics, and all issues of the day, he was as well-respected as anyone in his time.

Born in Ulm, Germany in 1879, Einstein was brought up in Munich. His parents were of Jewish German ancestry, and his father ran an electrical equipment plant. He did not speak fluently until after he was nine and was considered slow. Though his grades were fair in high school, he was eventually expelled for his rebellious nature. Always an individual, he traveled around before re-enrolling and completing school in his new home in Zurich, Switzerland.

After graduating from high school, Einstein enrolled in the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, where he studied the works of classical physicists. By 1900 he graduated with a teaching degree and three years later married his college sweetheart, Mileva Maric. Unable to find a teaching job he tutored high school students until beginning work at the Swiss Patent Office. His job at the patent office allowed much time for independent work and it was during these seven years that he made his most important discoveries.

By 1905 Einstein had brought together much of the works of contemporary physicists with his own thoughts on a number of topics including the nature of light, the existence of molecules, and a theory concerning time, mass, and physical absolutes. The “Theory of Relativity” proposed a revolutionary conception of the physical world, suggesting that time, mass, and length were not fixed absolutes, but dependent on the motion of the observer. Two years later he presented his equation E=MC2 (Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared). With this early work Einstein unhinged the assumptions of the absolute within the physical world and set the course for the scientific investigations of the century.

Though the Theory of Relativity was to be his most famous, his other work that year was equally important. With his publication of the article, “On the Movement of Small Particles Suspended in a Stationary Liquid Demanded by the Molecular-Kinetic Theory of Heat,” he abandoned Newton’s theory that light was made of particles, in exchange for one that presented light as being made of particles and waves. It was for this work with light that he was eventually awarded the Nobel Prize (1929) for physics.

Not immediately recognized for the important thinker he was, Einstein moved through a number of teaching jobs before being offered a research position at the University of Berlin in 1914. Soon after his move to Berlin, Einstein was divorced by his wife and married his cousin Elsa. During the 1920s Einstein’s fame grew and he spent much of this time traveling throughout the world with Chaim Weizmann, the future president of Israel, promoting the cause of Zionism. By the early 1930s the growing threat of Nazi fascism had made it impossible for Einstein to continue working in Germany, and he moved to Princeton, New Jersey. There, while teaching at Princeton University, he continued to elucidate his theory of relativity and work on new theories that brought together our understanding of other physical phenomenon.

It was from Princeton, in 1939, that Einstein signed a letter to President Franklin D. Roosevelt discussing the possibilities of creating an atomic bomb. Though Einstein was never directly involved in the creation of the bomb, it was his earlier theories that had paved the way for its possibility. After its eventual use on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Einstein became a constant and vocal activist for peace—spending much of the rest of his life speaking and writing on the subject. By the time of his death in 1955, Einstein was considered by many not only the most important scientist of his time, but the smartest man alive. It is impossible to understand how different the events of the last hundred years might have been without the work of Albert Einstein.

The World As I See It : An Essay by Albert Einstein

"How strange is the lot of us mortals! Each of us is here for a brief sojourn; for what purpose he knows not, though he sometimes thinks he senses it. But without deeper reflection one knows from daily life that one exists for other people -- first of all for those upon whose smiles and well-being our own happiness is wholly dependent, and then for the many, unknown to us, to whose destinies we are bound by the ties of sympathy. A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving...

"I have never looked upon ease and happiness as ends in themselves -- this critical basis I call the ideal of a pigsty. The ideals that have lighted my way, and time after time have given me new courage to face life cheerfully, have been Kindness, Beauty, and Truth. Without the sense of kinship with men of like mind, without the occupation with the objective world, the eternally unattainable in the field of art and scientific endeavors, life would have seemed empty to me. The trite objects of human efforts -- possessions, outward success, luxury -- have always seemed to me contemptible.

"My passionate sense of social justice and social responsibility has always contrasted oddly with my pronounced lack of need for direct contact with other human beings and human communities. I am truly a 'lone traveler' and have never belonged to my country, my home, my friends, or even my immediate family, with my whole heart; in the face of all these ties, I have never lost a sense of distance and a need for solitude..."
"My political ideal is democracy. Let every man be respected as an individual and no man idolized. It is an irony of fate that I myself have been the recipient of excessive admiration and reverence from my fellow-beings, through no fault, and no merit, of my own. The cause of this may well be the desire, unattainable for many, to understand the few ideas to which I have with my feeble powers attained through ceaseless struggle. I am quite aware that for any organization to reach its goals, one man must do the thinking and directing and generally bear the responsibility. But the led must not be coerced, they must be able to choose their leader. In my opinion, an autocratic system of coercion soon degenerates; force attracts men of low morality... The really valuable thing in the pageant of human life seems to me not the political state, but the creative, sentient individual, the personality; it alone creates the noble and the sublime, while the herd as such remains dull in thought and dull in feeling.

"This topic brings me to that worst outcrop of herd life, the military system, which I abhor... This plague-spot of civilization ought to be abolished with all possible speed. Heroism on command, senseless violence, and all the loathsome nonsense that goes by the name of patriotism -- how passionately I hate them!

"The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science. Whoever does not know it and can no longer wonder, no longer marvel, is as good as dead, and his eyes are dimmed. It was the experience of mystery -- even if mixed with fear -- that engendered religion. A knowledge of the existence of something we cannot penetrate, our perceptions of the profoundest reason and the most radiant beauty, which only in their most primitive forms are accessible to our minds: it is this knowledge and this emotion that constitute true religiosity. In this sense, and only this sense, I am a deeply religious man... I am satisfied with the mystery of life's eternity and with a knowledge, a sense, of the marvelous structure of existence -- as well as the humble attempt to understand even a tiny portion of the Reason that manifests itself in nature."

" I thought about it, a few years actually, and I decided that meaning and language are two different things. And that what the alien voice in the psychedelic experience wants to reveal is the syntactical nature of reality. Zen : The Best of Alan Watts is a documentary film directed by Elda Hartley presenting the Zen Philosophy as known to Alan Watts. Alan Watts (1915-1973) who held both a master's degree in theology and a doctorate of divinity, is best known as an interpreter of Zen Buddhism in particular, and Indian & Chinese philosophy in general.

He authored more than 20 excellent books on the philosophy and psychology of religion, and lectured extensively, leaving behind a vast audio archive. With characteristic lucidity and humor Watts unravels the most obscure ontological and epistemological knots with the greatest of ease.

" Man is nature becoming conscious of itself ... Alan Watts "

While many in the 60's played the stock market and paid their mortgages, Alan Watts lived aboard a colorful houseboat, writing, speaking, and inspiring a generation to re-assess their values.

For more than forty years, Alan Watts earned a reputation as a foremost interpreter of Eastern philosophies for the West. Beginning at age sixteen, when he wrote essay for the journal of the Buddhist Lodge in London, he developed an audience of millions who were enriched through his books, tape recordings, radio, television, and public lectures.

In all, Watts wrote more than twenty-five books and recorded hundreds of lectures and seminars, all building toward a personal philosophy that he shared in complete candor and joy with his readers and listeners throughout the world. His overall works have presented a model of individuality and self-expression that can be matched by few philosophers.

His life and work reflects an astonishing adventure: he was an editor, Anglican priest, graduate dean, broadcaster, author, lecturer, and entertainer. He had fascinations for archery, calligraphy, cooking, chanting, and dancing, and still was completely comfortable hiking alone in the wilderness. He held a Master's Degree in Theology from Sudbury-Western Theological Seminary and an Honorary DD from the University of Vermont in recognition of his work in the field of comparative religions.

He held fellowships from Harvard University and the Bollingen Foundation, and was Episcopal Chaplain at Northwestern University during the Second World War. He became professor and dean of the American Academy of Asian Studies in San Francisco, made the television series "Eastern Wisdom and Modern Life" for National Educational Television, and served as a visiting consultant for psychiatric institutions and hospitals, and for the United States Air Force. In the mid-sixties he traveled widely with his students in Japan, and visited Burma, Ceylon, and India.

Based on the hugely popular book by best-selling author Deepak Chopra, the How To Know God Movie is an exciting, insightful journey towards a better understanding of one of life's greatest mysteries.

Uniquely blending science and philosophy, Chopra offers such an inspiring approach in spiritual thinking, that any viewer, regardless of faith, can undergo a profound quest "to know God"...and attain a new concept of what they think they know !

Ultimately, through Chopra's brilliant narration, one may come to understand that the quest for God is really a journey in self-understanding. Thought-provoking, practical and thoroughly entertaining, this material, presented by one of the most advanced thinkers of our time, is perhaps the one of the most uplifting movies you'll ever see.

Here is an excerpt from Deepak Chopra's "How to Know God : The Soul's Journey into the Mystery of Mysteries" ... God has managed the amazing feat of being worshiped and invisible at the same time. Millions of people would describe him as a white-bearded father figure sitting on a throne in the sky, but none could claim to be an eyewitness. Although it doesn't seem possible to offer a single fact about the Almighty that would hold up in a court of law, somehow the vast majority of people believe in God -- as many as 96 percent, according to some polls. This reveals a huge gap between belief and what we call everyday reality. We need to heal this gap. What would the facts be like if we had them? They would be as follows. Everything that we experience as material reality is born in an invisible realm beyond space and time, a realm revealed by science to consist of energy and information.

This invisible source of all that exists is not an empty void but the womb of creation itself. Something creates and organizes this energy. It turns the chaos of quantum soup into stars, galaxies, rain forests, human beings, and our own thoughts, emotions, memories, and desires. In the pages that lie ahead we will see that it is not only possible to know this source of existence on an abstract level but to become intimate and at one with it. When this happens, our horizons open to new realities. We will have the experience of God. After centuries of knowing God through faith, we are now ready to understand divine intelligence directly. In many ways this new knowledge reinforces what spiritual traditions have already promised. God is invisible and yet performs all miracles. He is the source of every impulse of love. Beauty and truth are both children of this God. In the absence of knowing the infinite source of energy and creativity, life's miseries come into being. Getting close to God through a true knowing heals the fear of death, confirms the existence of the soul, and gives ultimate meaning to life.

Our whole notion of reality has actually been topsy-turvy. Instead of God being a vast, imaginary projection, he turns out to be the only thing that is real, and the whole universe, despite its immensity and solidity, is a projection of God's nature. Those astonishing events we call miracles give us clues to the workings of this ineffable intelligence. Consider the following story: In 1924 an old French villager is walking home. With one eye lost in the Great War and the other severely damaged by mustard gas in the trenches, he can barely see. The setting sun is bright, so the old man is completely unaware of the two youths on bicycles who have wheeled around the corner and are barreling down on him. At the moment of impact an angel appears. He takes the lead bicycle by its two wheels, lifts it a few feet in the air, and sets it down safely on the grass beside the road. The second bicycle stops short, and the youths become tremendously excited. "There are two! There are two!" one of them shouts, meaning that instead of just the old man alone, two figures are standing in the road.

The entire village becomes very worked up, claiming afterward that the youths were drunk or else have made up this fantastic tale. As for the old man, when he is asked about it, he says he doesn't understand the question. Could we ever come to an answer ourselves? As it happens, the old man was a priest, Père Jean Lamy, and the appearance of the angel has come down to us through his own testimony before his death. Lamy, who was saintly and beloved, seems to be credited with many instances where God sent angels or other forms of divine aid. Although reluctant to talk about them, his attitude was matter-of-fact and modest. Because of Lamy's religious vocation, it is easy to dismiss this incident as a story for the devout. Skeptics would not be moved. Yet I am fascinated simply by whether it could have happened, whether we can open the door and allow helpful angels into our reality, along with miracles, visions, prophecy, and ultimately that great outsider, God himself.

We all know that a person can learn about life without religion. If I took a hundred newborn babies and filmed every moment of their lives from beginning to end, it wouldn't be possible to predict that the believers in God will turn out to be happier, wiser, or more successful than the nonbelievers. Yet the video camera cannot record what is happening below the surface. Someone who has experienced God may be looking on the entire world with wonder and joy. Is this experience real? Is it useful to our lives or just a subjective event, full of meaning to the person having it but otherwise no more practical than a dream? One bald fact stands at the beginning of any search for God. He leaves no footprints in the material world. From the very beginning of religion in the West, it was obvious that God had some kind of presence, known in Hebrew as Shekhinah. Sometimes this word is simply translated as "light" or radiance.

Shekhinah formed the halos around angels and the luminous joy in the face of a saint. It was feminine, even though God, as interpreted in the Judeo-Christian tradition, is masculine. The significant fact about Shekhinah was not its gender, however. Since God is infinite, calling the deity He or She is just a human convention. Much more important was the notion that if God has a presence, that means he can be experienced. He can be known. This is a huge point, because in every other way God is understood to be invisible and untouchable. And unless some small part of God touches the material world, he will remain inaccessible forever. We personify God as a convenient way of making him more like ourselves. He would be a very perverse and cruel human, however, to remain so hidden from us while demanding our love. What could possibly give us confidence in any kind of benevolent spiritual Being when thousands of years of religion have been so stained by bloodshed? We need a model that is both part of religion yet not bounded by it. The following simple, three-part scheme fits our commonsense view of God. Shaped like a reality sandwich, this scheme can be pictured as follows :

God ---- TRANSITION ZONE ---- Material World

The picture is not new in its top and bottom layers, placing God above the material world and removed from it. God must be separate from us, or else we would be able to see him here, strolling about as he did in the Book of Genesis. There, after the seven days of creation, God walked in the garden of Eden, enjoying his handiwork in the cool of the evening. Only the middle element of our diagram, called the transition zone, is new or unusual. A transition zone implies that God and humans meet on common ground. Somewhere miracles take place, along with holy visions, angels, enlightenment, and hearing the voice of God. All of these extraordinary phenomena bridge two worlds: They are real and yet they are not part of a predictable cause-and-effect. To put it another way, if we stubbornly cling to material reality as the only way to know anything, skepticism about God is totally justified. Miracles and angels defy reason, and even though holy visions may be catalogued time after time, the rational mind remains defiant, defending its sure grip on the material plane. "You really think God exists?

Well, let's break it down. You're a doctor, I'm a doctor. Either God is causing these diseases we see every day, or else he can't do anything to stop them. Which one is the God you want me to accept?" This voice is from a skeptical colleague I used to make rounds with in the hospital, a confirmed atheist. "I don't want you to accept either one," I would protest. But he would press the point. "Reality is reality. We don't have to argue over whether an enzyme or hormone is real, do we? God can't survive any kind of objective test. But we all know that. Some of us just choose not to keep on fooling ourselves."

On one level he was right. Materialist arguments against God remain powerful because they are based on facts, but they fall apart once you dive deeper than the material world. Dame Julian of Norwich lived in England in the fourteenth century. Dame Julian asked God directly why he had created the world. The answer came back to her in ecstatic whispers: You want to know your lord's meaning in what I have done? Know it well, love was his meaning. Who reveals it to you? Love. What did he reveal to you? Love. Why does he reveal it to you? For love. For Dame Julian God was something to eat, drink, breathe, and see everywhere, as though she were an infatuated lover. Yet since the divine was her lover, she was elevated to cosmic heights, where the whole universe was "a little thing, the size of a hazelnut, lying in the palm of my hand."
