James Redfield, in the 'Celestine Prophecy', describes the first insight which is about following meaningful coincidences. Coincidences, if followed through, are seen as away of evolving, to a higher level of vibration. When we are in the flow we experience more synchronous events, more pleasure and less pain. The flow of coincidences is our path to higher ground.

If you bump into someone you haven't met in a long time then it is advisable to stop and talk to them. Be aware of a message that they might have for you. Follow the coincidence through and you'll be amazed, as I am, on a increasingly regular basis!

Coincidences are often a sign that you are going with the flow of life, doing what your heart desires (divine will) and following your in-tuition (inner guidance - gut feeling).

Meaningful Coincidences fill us with a sense of awe, even shock, as we experience more and more unexplainable similarities with our thought patterns and our experienced reality ! The emergent has it's seed sown in the garden of thought.

The magic of coincidence is the magic of consciousness that creates and shapes all matter in the cosmos. There is meaning in all that comes forth, though sometimes our intellect clouds the message coming through ... The random events which bring about a mystical coincidence are something you should probably be paying more attention to as there seems to be a message coming through from the invisible universe.

Consciousness drives certain unseen forces which create our experience and by living a life that is conscious and with intent, we begin to change at an individual level which affects everything and everyone around us like the domino effect sending ripples of energy across Mother Gaia and throughout the infinite cosmos.

Greetings, beloved friends, we are the Arcturians, here with an important segment on the nature of time and space alternate realities. This is a complex subject that very few humans understand. It is not an easy subject to discuss due to the limitations of your language.

This channel has put forth some rather basic information, with our assistance, in the past, but we have not gone into depth and there are many areas relatively unexplored and yet to be understood.

In order to communicate these ideas, we must use analogies, much as your scientists of superstring theory do. In one such analogy, scientists use the concepts of "Flatlanders", or people living in two dimensions, to examine what happens when three-dimensional reality impinges on their flat world. We will use a similar analogy in describing multidimensional time and space fluctuations.

The popular analogy regarding time and space is that it resembles a tapestry or quilt, with time-space realities interwoven like a fabric across a virtually infinite panorama. This panorama represents dimensions beyond time and space. Keep in mind that time and space are the threads of the fabric, not the fabric itself. Within this fabric are what we call timelines, or threads that are given energy and life, i.e., creation. A timeline is a continuity of time and space that has been given consciousness by God's Creator Sons. We are Creator Sons.

You are Creator Sons. Creator Sons are souls with the consciousness of God imbedded within them, and that means EVERY soul in Creation. Beloveds, you were created in the image and likeness of your Creator.

Your Creator brought into the universe many tapestries of light, love, wisdom and power. Among these is the tapestry of time-space. You, as junior creators, are given domain over this tapestry of time and space. In other words, you are given the authority to create timelines (and spacelines) within the tapestry.

Whenever a thought or spark of consciousness is rendered unto the tapestry of time-space, a timeline is created. If the timeline is created by an individual soul, it resembles light filaments or fiber optic wires lighting up with electricity against a dark background. Whenever two or more souls join in consciousness within a given timeline, the ignited strand of fabric grows in brightness and intensity until it leaves a sizable imprint on the tapestry. Timelines that have the collaboration of millions of souls (such as the timeline of planet Earth) have great brightness and power. You could say in your limited vernacular that collective timelines are stronger and more "real" than individual timelines, although this is not entirely accurate.

There are an infinite number of possible timelines, and a finite number of probable timelines. Probable timelines are those fabrics that are given a great deal of consciousness. If there are almost seven billion individual souls on your planet and six billion of them are giving consciousness and focus to a particular timeline, that timeline becomes a probable reality, meaning that the reality "dominates" the surrounding threads of the tapestry, leaving a great imprint on the Akashic medium.

The Akashic medium is similar to what you call a camera, or snapshot, or photograph, in that it records the movement and manifestation of timelines within the tapestry. All activity with the time-space matrix is recorded in the Akashic medium and can be recalled by anyone versed in Akashic retrieval. You can think of the Akashic as a giant universal computer memory bank with infinite storage space.

Souls can recall a particular event along a particular timeline simply by accessing the Akashic.

Although individual souls cannot change Akashic imprints directly, they can dynamically alter the intensity and experience along each individual timeline. When a soul alters a timeline, the quality and intensity of that timeline changes. However, because the Akashic continually records imprints in the medium, every change, no matter how minute, is imprinted as if it were a static occurrence in time and space. This, although ultimately illusion, gives the appearance that reality is a solid, unchanging linear progression, and that once something has occurred in time and space, it remains forever unchanged.

In this series of lessons, we will explore the truth about changing timelines, altering timelines and jumping timelines. This is an advanced series, currently beyond the capability of the channel and most humans to fully comprehend. We will attempt to go slowly and hopefully will not lose anyone. It is perhaps unfortunate that the limitations of this language mean that we are bound somewhat by the third-dimensional laws and limitations when disseminating this information. Therefore, it will, of necessity, be given in a linear manner, with varying complexity, in a series of small parts so that the reader does not feel overwhelmed or lose interest due to its length.

Every moment of every day, in linear time, souls are creating new possible and probable timelines in the infinite fabric of time-space. Every thought in your consciousness changes, however imperceptibly, the nature of the fabric. In any given moment, you have an infinite number of possible paths to choose in order to manifest your next moment of creation. Most of your actions, thoughts and experiences will proceed along predictable timelines of mass creation. For example, you have a collective timeline called evolution of planet Earth, which proceeds with relative stability, even though there are a number of variables. As an example, one minute from now you will probably be doing something similar to what you are doing now. Perhaps the physical location of your body will change somewhat, perhaps different thoughts will flow through your mind, perhaps you will get up from your computer and turn on the television, etc. However, your body will still occupy the same general space on a planet hurtling through space at tremendous speeds around the center of the galaxy.

The collective timelines are constantly changing. To illustrate, let us dive into the basic physics of your planet. There are five general movements of the Earth through time and space. The first is the rotation of Earth on its axis, occurring once in what you call a day.

Then there is the revolution of the Earth about the sun, occurring once in what you call a year. Then there is the precession of the solar system as it moves through your region of the galaxy, which is known as a Grand Cycle of approximately 25,920 years.

Then you have the movement of this region of space around the central sun of the Milky Way Galaxy, which occurs about every 225 million years. Finally, you have the movement of the Milky Way Galaxy through and around the Great Central Sun of the universe, which occurs about every 20 billion years. All of these movements are actually spirals, not circles, although the smaller ones appear circular or elliptical because you cannot see the higher dimension interactions involved.

The point in diverging into basic physics is to illustrate that even your collective timelines (the ones large numbers of souls have agreed to create) are constantly changing, even though they change in a periodic fashion through what you call cycles, or repeated passes through a spiral progression.

As we said earlier, this material is a challenge to present in a manner you can grasp. We feel we must break at this time to give you a chance to assimilate what we have given so far. We will continue this discussion at a very short time in your linear future. We are the Arcturians.

Part 2 :

Greetings again, beloveds. We are continuing the series on alternate timelines. As we stated before, this is a vast subject and one that is very poorly understood by most of your scientists and philosophers.

Today we will take a look at something called “time compression”. This is the relative effect of time and space on the different densities or dimensions of existence. For the sake of this discussion, we will equate dimension with density, although technically they are not identical ideas.

In your world of entertainment there are science “fiction” shows that often come close to describing higher density concepts. One such show, part of your “Star Trek” series, involved a race of invading beings that vibrated at a higher rate than humans. They were invisible to the crew of the Enterprise, but sounded like insects buzzing about. Some of you may recall that episode. At one point, the captain and some crew members drink a substance placed in their coffee that enables them to vibrate at the rate of the invaders. When the crew members entered the vibratory rate of this race, the rest of the crew appeared to be in very slow motion, almost stopped.

Late in the episode, the higher vibrating crew members, in cooperation with the aliens, made repairs to the ship at what seemed to be “lightning speed” relative to the rest of the crew.

Many of you are aware that the great archangels and ascended masters, as well as some of our own people, work with hundreds, if not thousands of Earth souls. Have you often wondered how a particular ascended being can have thousands of channels, contactees and healing subjects? Where does Archangel Michael find the time to come to so many humans? Could it be that time takes on a whole different meaning when you are vibrating at a rate equivalent to the archangels?

Not only can a highly advanced being speed up time, or slow it down, but he/she can also move into the past and future time segments. “Compressed” time means that a highly evolved being can experience a few seconds and during that few seconds millions of years has passed on Earth. At the same time, such a being can go about Earth, giving healings, communicating telepathically, disseminating teachings, repairing psychic “holes” in Earth’s atmosphere, and many other tasks, in what amounts to the passing of a few seconds of Earth time.

So in other words, time can be sped up or slowed down as the ascended being sees fit, depending on what tasks are to be performed. Note that all tasks of an ascended being must follow the structures of human free will. Also note that when working in future time segments, actions taking place in the past and present will affect the probabilities of the future timelines. This will be the next area of exploration.

Many of you have a hard time grasping the concept of future timelines. Yes, it is possible to examine and participate in what you call the future, but it is like a canvas that has a partial picture that constantly changes, depending on what is taking place in your past and present. Let’s say you are a painter and you don’t like a particular colour on your canvas. You can paint over it or remove it with paint thinner and repaint to your heart’s content. The future is similar to this. We, and many ascended beings, can view the constantly changing panorama of the future, make changes when it is in your best interests to do so, and watch the resulting tapestry change again. Any changes we make to a future timeline will affect your past and present timelines. Time is not linear. It does not go one way. It is permeable and malleable. Your scientists doing their “quantum entanglement” experiments have discovered this. You ask why it is not discussed in your “mainstream” physics. This is because of the enormous implications it has on your concept of “linear time.”

Ultimately, time and space are illusory, meaning that they change as your perception changes. However, within that illusory nature are many levels and dimensions of perception. Your perception that time is linear keeps you in a box, so to speak. Your whole world is predicated upon keeping that illusion consistent. Now many of you are finding the perception that time is speeding up, and that is a collective experience that happens as you raise your vibration. However, at the same time you will find, some of you, that you can accomplish far more in a smaller period of linear time. In fact, some of you have been through what you would call many lifetimes of growth in just the last linear year of your world. So in a way, time is a paradox in that as it is compressed, you use both more of it and less of it at the same time.

There are, of course, other factors that affect your perception of time. All time intersects in what is commonly called the eternal now. There are entire philosophies based on the idea that the only time that truly exists is the eternal now. This channel, and others, have drawn diagrams explaining the difference between horizontal time and vertical time. The eternal now can be thought of as a vertical plane that intersects countless past, present and future probability lines of horizontal time. When a soul is aware of the eternal now, he/she can “ride the elevator” up and down through the horizontal timelines, experiencing past, present and future probabilities at will.

The realms of time and space can be likened to a canvas upon which the creator gods (you and us) paint their pictures. We are all learning to create like our Infinite Creator. Time and space represent the canvas and the mediums necessary to paint the pictures of creation. Whether or not the picture turns out to be lovely or grotesque depends on our state of consciousness. The more a soul evolves and expands awareness, the more tools are available to paint the picture, and the more latitude is given regarding the boundaries of the canvas.

There are a natural set of safeguards built into the fabric of time and space. A soul that is not sufficiently evolved will be unable to make use of many of the features of the artist’s laboratory. Can you imagine the chaos if any soul at any level of vibration could change time and space on a whim? Even free will has its limitations. Souls are not allowed to make significant changes to a timeline if it violates the free will of other souls or deprives those souls of needed experience. This is why, for example, we cannot go back and prevent Atlantis from sinking. There are too many souls who needed to have that experience. Yes, we can change the consciousness surrounding that event and help souls heal the guilt, pain and sorrow associated with that event. As we help souls heal from traumatic events in the past, the present and future changes in beneficial ways. This is a cooperative effort between us and the souls we work with.

We could spend a considerable time discussing the limitations of free will and how free will affects timelines, but for now, this is enough to contemplate. We will be back with you in the near future. This is the end of Part 2. We are the Arcturians.

My Beloved Ones, I greet you this day in eternal joy, as part of your planet is in the midst of spring and the other is in the midst of autumn. As the affairs of your world continue to be turbulent, I ask you to remember that without turbulence there is no change. Humanity must experience that which is undesirable before it can propel change. The collective consciousness of Earth is a group energy comprised of the energies of all the humans and life forms which live on the planet. What you experience in your world is a product of your collective pool of thought.

Because your plane has long been in the lower frequencies of fear, it is a karmic plane. As you have co-created with those of us in the higher planes to bring increased light frequencies into the Earth plane, it is now possible to live "without karma". This is possible for individuals who have raised their own personal frequency enough to transmute their own personal karma. It will not be possible for humans, as a collective consciousness, to live free of karma until it is transmuted on a collective basis as well. This is the process you are undergoing now, my Beloved Ones, the transmutation of the collective karma of Earth. Each one of you are assisting in this as you pursue the raising of your own frequencies as fully embodied consciousness.

The law of karma is a cosmic law. It is not one which is based on rewards and punishments, but one based upon the focus of thought, individual and collective. The law of karma exists upon the judgment of good and evil. As soon as one, or a group, begin to judge the polarities on which experience is based, then the one, or the group must experience both sides of the polarity. This cosmic law is also sometimes stated as "that which you resist, you will draw to yourself to experience." The only way to transmute karma is to respond to the type of experience which has created the karma in a different way; a way that is beyond fear and judgment.

This holds true for the individual and the collective. The only way your human societies will be transformed is by humanity responding in a different way to the same repetitive experiences that it has created time and time again. You, as individuals, are part of the collective; an extremely important part. You are the bearers of the Light frequencies into the Earth plane, and by transmuting your own karma within yourselves; you are making great changes in the collective consciousness as well. Many of you came to your human embodiments without karma. Did you know that? You chose to come here from the higher dimensions above duality in order to assist humanity in its ascension.

You created karma for yourselves, though, in your present embodiments, because Earth is a karmic plane. At the time of your arrivals here, it was impossible to do otherwise than create personal karma. When one takes embodiment in a plane of fear, where the standards of good and evil are embedded so deeply in the collective consciousness, one cannot really avoid creating personal karma. The influence of the collective is too strong. There was another important reason that you created karma for yourselves as well. You created it specifically for the purpose of transmuting it. You came to Earth equipped with the higher consciousness to be able to do that; to respond to the karmic experiences in a way which would not have been possible for the masses of humanity.

If you are following with me so far, you will remember that each individual consciousness is a part of the collective consciousness. As each one of you transmutes your individual karma by rising above fear and judgment, you are a powerful stimulus to the transmutation of the karma of the collective. When karma is transmuted, there is always change, upheaval, as the karmic patterns are broken. This will be true whether in your own life or with the events of your world. Since the evolution your world is undertaking now is an accelerated one, the karmic transmutation is also accelerated. For this reason, there are many turbulent events occurring in your world, and they shall continue to do so until the collective karma is transmuted.

There are still many of you who are very fearful about what is happening around you, and very concerned that the world situations are not improving. Gently, I remind you, my Beloved Ones, that it is your own fear and judgment that perpetuates the karmic patterns. Humans have lived in fear and judgment of one another for a very long time. That fear and judgment is what creates the situations of human against human that you so deplore. To judge and condemn another human, or group of humans will only create more of that which you do not desire.

There are a vast number of voices speaking to you, both from within your plane and without. Some of these voices are focused towards the empowerment of humanity and others are focused toward perpetuating the fear and duality. You will become very confused listening to these voices, as each one has a different story to tell. Some of them are telling you stories in order to serve their own ends, which do not include the transmutation of the collective karma of Earth. As Earth has entered the age of technology, the sources of information, of stories are virtually endless. To look for your answers and your truth amidst this huge amount of information is a fruitless task, one which will ultimately lead you around to the same karmic circles as in the past.

My Beloved Ones, once again I encourage you to focus upon your own inner being and look to transmute your personal karma by rising above fear and judgment. Withdraw into the stillness of your own hearts to find your own truth and do not look to others to supply it to you. That truth that you adopt from outside of yourself will be incomplete and unfulfilling. You are the brilliantly shining Lights of this evolution of human consciousness. It is you who are in the forefront of transmuting your planetary karma. Embrace these changes that are happening in your world, as they are the precursors to the great change you seek and are longing for. By denying them and condemning them, you are merely binding yourself to the old patterns once again.

There is an extraordinary Divine Alchemy also happening with your planet and humanity as it experiences this karmic transmutation. The roots of a new human evolution are taking hold. Through the changes that will occur in your lives and in your world over the next years, a human society of Oneness will indeed be birthed. If there is no change, no upheaval which causes the old ways and systems to be evaluated and dispensed with, then no evolution is possible. As it is throughout the entire cosmos. The realization of desire is not made clear in the absence of that which is not desired. It is that which is not desired which defines that which is.

My Beloved Ones, that choice to move beyond fear and into your own empowerment has never been more important. By moving beyond fear, you will transmute your own karma, and also assist in transmuting that of the collective. I encourage you, each and every one, to begin or continue writing your own stories, rather than looking for your own power through the stories of others. You will not find it there, in the next group, cause, organization, agenda. You will not find it on the television, on the internet, in the newspapers, at the movies.

You will not even find it through your spiritual circles, because your own power can only be drawn from within yourself. You may find assistance and inspiration through your connections with others, but it is you alone that can make that choice to overcome fear and take your power. You have really not begun to write your own stories yet if you are still living in fear and looking for truth outside of yourself. You begin to write your own story from a place of power within. Unless you have begun to write your own story, then you will not know which of the other stories are in resonance with your own. The other stories will continue to confuse you and create fear within you.

My Beloved Ones, these times on planet Earth are about your own personal ascension, and from the ascension of each one of you, the collective will also be able to ascend. All you need concern yourselves with is your own ascension, your own moving out of the frequencies of fear and karma. As you do this, the collective will also reflect this transmutation of karma. There is no one more important to this planetary ascension process than "you" – the individual who is reading this message right now. Your own karmic transmutation is vitally important to that of the whole. There are no exceptions. Each one of you is key personnel and you are up to the job. I come with messages in order to remind you of that on many levels of your being. Your essence is Love, rather than fear, and you are loved, more than you can know.

Rick Strassman was permitted to embark on the first human research with psychedelic, hallucinogenic, or entheogenic substances in the 1990s in the United States after 20 years' intermission in the field. In the intermission period it has only been legally possible to research on animals.

Strassman's studies investigated the effects of N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT), a powerful entheogen, or psychedelic, that he theorizes is a substance produced by the human brain in the pineal gland and an active ingredient in the Ayahuasca brew. Ayahuasca is any of the various psychoactive infusions or decoctions prepared from the Banisteriopsis spp. vine, native to the Amazon Rainforest (which is also called ayahuasca). The resulting drinks are pharmacologically complex and used for shamanic, folk-medicinal, and religious purposes. Occidental ethno-biologists have noted a variety of 200-300 plants used in the different brews made by the Ayahuasceras. It is an open question whether Ayahuasca should be noted as one particular shamanic medicinal brew, or that it should be noted as an entire medicinal tradition alongside, for instance, Ayurveda or Tibetan Medicine.

During the project's five years, he administered approximately 400 doses of DMT to 60 human volunteers. This research took place at the University of New Mexico's School of Medicine in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he was tenured Associate Professor of Psychiatry. Strassman has conjectured that when a person is approaching death, the pineal gland releases DMT, accounting for much of the imagery reported by survivors of near-death experiences.

Strassman wrote about the research program in his book DMT: The Spirit Molecule. A documentary movie based on this book is currently in production.

Consciousness is a subject of increasing scientific inquiry in the West. One particular aspect of this research involves how psychoactive medicines affect consciousness. Western science has only begun to tap the vast resources of traditional knowledge regarding these plants and their effects. By bringing to bear multiple scientific, anthropological, and spiritual perspectives, we will pursue several important goals: 1) develop a more thorough understanding of these plantsâ?? psychological and physical healing properties; 2) explore the states they elicit, in order to gain a deeper and broader understanding of the range of human consciousness; 3) determine how plant-based psychoactive medicines affect consciousness; and 4) clarify the role these compounds, found in our own bodies, play in dreams, mystical and near-death states, creativity, and mental illness.

The work I performed during the early-1990â??s at the University of New Mexico with DMT, a naturally occurring psychoactive, was the first new clinical research with these compounds in the US in two decades. Our founding of Cottonwood is intended to help revitalize the lagging pace of American research with this and other classical psychoactive compounds since my studies were interrupted in 1995.

We have already started our first research project. Our vice-president Dr. Steven Barker at Louisiana State University is developing a new ultra-sensitive method of measuring naturally occurring DMT and related compounds in the body. By doing so, we will be able to compare normal levels with those found in naturally occurring highly altered states and clinical conditions. We also held our inaugural fund-raiser in Taos, in which Beatriz Labate, a noted Brazilian anthropologist, presented her field research concerning the burgeoning Brazilian ayahuasca religions movement.

Our most enduring legacy will be the establishment of a thriving, independent research center in northern New Mexico structured in the manner of an institute of higher learning, with treatment, education, and research departments and activities. This campus will include living and dining accommodations, research, laboratory, and information technology facilities, a greenhouse, library, and classrooms. Integral to our vision is a vigorous exchange program with indigenous healers and teachers, which will inform our development of new models for the study and application of plant-based psychoactive medicines.

THE SPIRIT MOLECULE weaves an account of Dr. Rick Strassman's groundbreaking DMT research through a multifaceted approach to this intriguing hallucinogen found in the human brain and hundreds of plants. There is ongoing, documented contact with benevolent, spiritually and technologically advanced ultra and extraterrestrials at the Sattva Sanctuary in Trout Lake, Washington. This contact is an ongoing controversy that is met with a variety of responses. Hopefully, the information that follows will clear up some of the many fears and questions concerning the nature and purpose of these contacts and what our motives are in presenting it to you.

These extremely advanced intra, extra and ultraterrestrials have faced and transcended many of the challenges and fears in their past that we on Earth now face. The environmental and energy crises with all the competition, war and greed are all part of their history. They believe planets and civilizations are terrible things to waste and warn that continuing with our present course will result in social, economic and environmental collapse.

These benevolent beings have an omnipresent understanding of God that transcends the need to separate into structured truths with names, images and dogma. This is one of the main problems causing the fear, separation, division and war now plaguing Humanity and the Earth. They have found it is better to honor diversity and choose the Universal principles and understandings within each culture that are necessary for a healthy society and environment. Principles that support Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Prosperity for all and service to the Creator within all Creation.

These understandings, given to our forefather/mothers, were inspired by great overseers in the past and are the basic foundations for all religions today. Unfortunately, these basic truths have long since been altered by kings, governments and religious institutions that still dominate the social consciousness of Earth today. They do this by keeping people in fear, ignorance and dependent upon them for the basic life necessities of food, water, shelter, clothing, medicine and transportation.

The time has arrived where Humanity must come together as a collective to agree upon and live by the basic Universal Principles as the first and foremost priority. When this occurs, Humanity will have met the protocols necessary for contact and the exchange of knowledge and information can begin. We are meeting these protocols which is why we have been highly successful in contact and telepathic exchange with these benevolent spiritually and technologically advanced beings.

Rather than being called aliens, it is more appropriate to call them members of the greater family of man/woman. They are not here to be worshiped. They are not here to conquer Earth and it's inhabitants. They are not here to take our natural resources. The simple fact that they have not done so by now shows that this is not their agenda. They are here to inspire each individual to make their own personal God connection and live by the Universal Principles necessary for a healthy society and environment. They are here to assist Humanity in a birthing process into the Fifth World, or the 'Golden Age of God' spoken of in ancient prophecies in most every culture on Earth. It is a turbulent, rocky road with many personal and collective challenges. They are here to alleviate the severity of some of the events in the days to come. Some in the past have referred to them as Gods. Others as angels.

While there is a dark side within the alien agenda, it is a thimble full compared to the benevolent side. The dark side is being ushered out, finishing lessons that are now fast coming to a close. The days of tyranny on Earth and the Universe are ending. It is a cosmic plan so vast and powerful that those not able to flow with it will be energetically unable to sustain themselves. It is plan that no man can stop, implemented by beings with full use of the creational energies. We need to make way for the Light.

The greater family of man/woman has many forms. There is a vibrational continuum and they exist in many states of awareness and forms along this continuum. Some are pure consciousness. Some have magnetized light bodies, energy bodies and some are physical. There are also many advanced races with technology as advanced as their spirituality. What we today in our limited understandings call a miracle is to them nothing more than the science of using creational energy.

Unlike the spiritually corrupt elite on our planet that we allow to own and use our advanced technology, these beings are using it for the betterment of all people and all life. This is why there is so much confusion concerning contact with angelic guides and ascended masters or spiritually and technologically advanced beings often referred to as ETs. At some point, these terms become interchangeable.

There is a saying, "just because you are dead does not mean you are enlightened". This can be expanded to include, "just because you have technology and a ship doesn't not mean you are benevolent and have the highest and best good of Humanity and the Earth in mind". Every experience and connection needs to be tested according to the Universal Principles or Laws of Creation. Do they inspire your own individual God connection, Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Equality, service to the Creator within all creation? These are guidelines to use when receiving information, choosing any teachers or groups and for everyday life situations. If these Universal Laws are not being applied, it is time to find a new group, change the source of your information or make the changes necessary in your life to be in harmony with them.

The presence of UFOs, or IFOs (Identified Flying Objects), in this part of Washington state stretches back into ancient history with stories from the indigenous people. Scientific investigations and reports from noted scientists and researchers such as Dr. J Allen Hynek, Bill Vogel, David Akers and Greg Long bring undeniable evidence to the table of the ongoing IFO activity in this area since at least the late 1940's. The photos, 11 hours of video, over 700 eyewitnesses including astrophysicists, scientists, aeronautic engineers, air force, commercial and private pilots and employees in the aviation industry, the anomalous leaf growth and the two landings this year of two off-world craft that we have documented adds to what now can be only be described as extraordinary evidence.

In the past, the ships played a cat and mouse game with scientists and investigators. Almost all attempts to document their presence was evaded. Also during this time, many people living in the area reported having experiences with these beings, but the contacts would never progress beyond the person's own uncertainties and fears of the unknown. Even many of the Native Americans in the area feared and avoided contact with the "Stick Indians" that appeared to them. This, despite their own incredible legends of the "man with red eyes" with great healing powers who came and lived among their people until he died and his body was taken away by an object that descended from the sky and flew off.

Unlike the past, the craft and occupants are now showing a willingness and desire to be photographed and video taped. Many ask why? The reason is simple. We are meeting the protocols for contact and are rising to the occasion while leaving our fears behind. We do our best to live according to the Universal principles and are committed to service in the awakening and healing of Humanity and the Earth. This is the sole reason we are highly successful where others have failed. The photos taken by guests and investigators were taken by people with high integrity and pure intent. Some were highly educated and some were not. An open mind and loving heart and standing with impeccable integrity are the protocols for contact.

There are steps we must take in order to have Galactic Exchange. The first is documentation of the reality of extra, intra and ultraterrestrial presence and dissemination of the information as to their true nature and desires concerning Humanity and the Earth.

The second step is creating the foundation and environment necessary for Galactic Exchange, a Univer-City set up for contact and the exchange of knowledge and information that will assist in the awakening and healing of Humanity and the Earth. The possibility to heal the past, end disease, clean up the environment and use free, earth friendly energy technology all exist. It has already been disseminated to many, yet due to greed and vested interests, these technologies and therapies are suppressed. There needs to be an end to suppression and an independent assessment made without vested interests.



There also needs to be a stand down policy with the military concerning all aggressive action towards these highly evolved beings. It has been well established that military attempts to engage them have been primitive and barbaric that usually ends up with the occupants of these craft taking the high road, jumping into the next dimension or speeding off at phenomenal rates of speed, defying all our known laws of physics. There has also been the reports of the disappearance of military aircraft. It is nothing to send a craft back or forward in time to another place or dimension if you have full use of creational energy. Choosing ambassadors with pure intentions who have met the necessary protocols we have mentioned is the only way we will be successful in establishing international security and contact with these benevolent beings.

This is how a beneficial working relationship with this advanced Universal Family must begin. Then we can create an ongoing Galactic exchange center for opening the door to unification with the rest of the Universe. ECETI and the Self-Mastery Earth Institute are fully dedicated to these goals. We are working towards putting together a consortium of top minds in each field to embrace this new knowledge and disseminate it to students and the public at large. This unification and the other steps have all been agreed to by our benevolent, spiritually and technologically advanced brothers and sisters. It is up to us to release our fears, rise to the occasion and meet these protocols with impeccable integrity, choosing to live by the universal principles and understandings necessary for a healthy society and environment. This is an opportunity, a gift.

We are not here to debate, deny or continue living in fear and ignorance over the reality of UFOs and their occupants. We are not here to engage in petty bickering over religious dogma. We are here to serve those who choose a higher path, a sustainable life in harmony with Nature and the Universe. We are here for those who want to evolve beyond fear, denial and social consciousness and into a greater understanding of the Universe in which we live and share with our Greater Family of Mankind.

"Hey," yelled James Gilliland, pointing at the horizon. "There's something hovering there, just above the mountain."

There was a flurry of excitement and several UFO watchers hurried over to look. Gilliland pointed at a small prick of light.

"And it's flashing us!" he yelled.

About thirty of us were gathered at Gilliland's "Sattva Sanctuary," at the foot of Mt. Adams, in hopes of seeing something out there. We'd come to Trout Lake, high in the mountains of Southwest Washington, from Portland, Minnesota, California, Florida, and Canada to look for some sign that maybe we're not alone, and that our little blue-green planet might be worth a visit after all.

Many of those gathered at the Sanctuary were already convinced and only needed evidence. Others were less sure, but couldn't resist Gilliland's claims of seeing UFOs night after night--thousands of them over the past seven years.

Before we came outside for the sky watch, Gilliland had primed us with videos: A collage of jerking, grainy white dots against a dark screen, allegedly zigzagging across the sky, landing, morphing, and so on. The dots trailed across the black background, while Gilliland and his friends yelled like kids at the racetrack.

"Holy shit, man!"

"Boy, he really turned on the afterburners!"

Like frat boys at a strip club.

"Whoa, check it out, man!"

"Aw, yeah baby!"

The audience was impressed.

"That's the cheapest camera you can buy," Gilliland told us, bragging, "and we've totally outgunned NASA and SETI (The Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence). Totally outgunned them!"

The standards for peer review in ufology aren't as high as, say, astrophysics, but the videos were proof enough for most people at the sky watch. I could feel myself getting caught up in the excitement because in spite of myself--and in of spite the lack of actual evidence--I've always liked the idea of UFOs, the idea that our planet isn't the only spot in the universe where matter can look at itself and laugh and make art. The idea that we're not alone is so alluring and ridiculous and terrifying that my heart jumped when Gilliland said something was hovering over the mountain.

Squinting, I watched for the small white light to flash us. Every once in a while, it seemed to get brighter, then darker, and the colors changed a little. But on the whole it appeared to be doing what most scientists call "twinkling."

Still, everyone was enthusiastic. Mt. Adams was descending into darkness, and the night air was cold. So far there had been a few satellites and airplanes, but this "flashing" was our best prospect yet. We waited for it to power up and shoot across the sky at 11,000 mph. But it kept moving slowly, like a little star.

I went over to look through a ten-inch telescope that had been set up. Through it, the object looked like a slightly bigger star.

"That is not a star," said David, a big man with a wild mane of hair and some wild ideas about spontaneous human combustion. "That is a UFO masquerading as a star. It looks like a star, but I assure you, that's a UFO."


THE NUTTY NORTHWEST

The Pacific Northwest has long been a place of extraterrestrial interest and has been the locale for some seminal events in UFO history. One of the first and (allegedly) most authentic UFO photos was taken by a farmer in McMinnville. In the 1970s, Marshall Applewhite, the future leader of "Heaven's Gate," passed through Waldport, Oregon and convinced 20 people to sell all their possessions and follow him into space. They went to Colorado instead.

But the most famous of these events took place on June 24, 1947, when Pilot Kenneth Arnold was flying over the Cascades and saw a chain of nine "peculiar looking aircraft" flying "like a saucer would if you skipped it across the water." He timed them going between Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams in 102 seconds--more than twice the speed of sound and faster than any known aircraft. That same day there were a rash of sightings over Oregon and Washington. And just 10 days earlier, a man in New Mexico had stumbled across some odd wreckage on his ranch outside Roswell.

Arnold's sighting inaugurated the era of the flying saucer and, since then, UFOs have sunk deep roots into our culture. Despite the best scientific efforts to dismiss them as swamp gas, ball lightning, mass hallucinations, or wishful thinking, the idea is too powerful. According to the Mutual UFO Network, over 70,000 sightings are reported worldwide every year. (China alone has 400,000 subscribers to the Journal of UFO Research.)

What's more interesting is that not all those interested in alien crafts are flaming nutcases. In 1998, Peter Sturrock, a professor of space science and astrophysics at Stanford University, led a panel of international scientists that concluded UFOs needed further official study. In 1999, the French Government commissioned a study called "UFOs and Defense: What must we be prepared for?" which said the physical reality of unknown aircraft under the control of intelligent beings is "quasi-certain." And most recently, a group led by ufologist Steven Greer (called "The Disclosure Project") claimed to have 450 ex-military and industrial officials hankering to tell Congress about their covert dealings with UFOs and the little gray men who drive them.


A MIGRANE, OR ALIENS?

Outside at the Sanctuary, it was getting colder and getting late. A few people had gotten excited by what was clearly a satellite. But otherwise it had been quiet, and we'd seen nothing but a sky full of endless suns.

A guy named Mike came over and introduced himself. He looked around and confided that he thought James Gilliland's twinkling light was Venus.

"Yeah," I said, "and James says ETs from the Pleiades have a base under the mountain."

"That's true," said Mike, and after a furtive pause, he went on. "The only other person in contact with the Pleiadians is this guy named Billy Meier." He started telling me about Meier, a one-armed Swiss guy who rode his moped out to take photos of the Pleiadian ships. But Mike's rambling got more frantic as he talked about ancient cuneiform references to UFOs, and how Venus wasn't an original planet, but had come into orbit around 8,000 B.C., and how it caused all kinds of havoc on earth, just when Moses was crossing the Red Sea.

"and this crap about Moses banging his stick and parting the sea, that's bullshit, because all hell was breaking loose everywhere. It's been fully documented"

Mike was so excited by these revelations he sputtered out of control. After about ten minutes, getting abducted started to look pretty good.

This must have registered because, as abruptly as he started, Mike stopped and said, "Well, I'm just a guest here," and walked off.

The night was getting long and the end of Mike's speech seemed like a good cue to leave. But just then, Gilliland pointed straight up. He was getting the pressure in his head that meant the aliens were near.

He pointed at a stationary light flashing at odd intervals. It was as bright as the stars around it, but would disappear completely and reappear in the same place.

That would be the closest encounter of any kind for the night.


THE INTERDIMENSIONAL MIND

James Gilliland was once a successful California real estate salesman, deep in the material world, with few mystical inclinations. But that changed one day when he went body surfing and got swallowed by a sneaker wave.

In the time before he woke up puking on the beach, Gilliland says he shot through a dark tunnel to meet what he calls, "the source." It gave him a choice: go on or come back. He chose the latter, but when he returned he found he had changed. He didn't really care about real estate any more; he'd become a spiritual seeker.

"It blew me wide open," Gilliland says of his near-death experience. "It shifted me up into what I call the inter-dimensional mind."

It also shifted him up to Santa Cruz, where he opened a meditation center and lived for six years until he started to have visions of a place surrounded by mountains. In 1986, he happened to come to Trout Lake, Washington. When he saw Mt. Adams he knew instantly that it was the place of his dreams.

Gilliland bought some land and started the Sattva Sanctuary, which he thought was going to be a retreat for spiritual healing. For eight years that's what it was, until one day while meditating in his home, he heard a voice in his head that said it was coming "from a ship."

When Gilliland quit his meditation, his sister ran inside shouting about a UFO hovering over the house.


INTERSTELLAR ENVIRO-MARXISTS

The theories Gilliland's developed since then are intricate and hard to follow--a blend of science fiction and new age, but with a message underneath that is deeply humanistic.

"It's real simple," Gilliland says with an air of nonchalance. "Basically, their message is to stop warring on each other and to stop warring on the planet to be kind to each other and the planet, because we're headed for major environmental collapse.

"And they've also expressed deep concern about the leadership of the planet. They've made it very clear: You're being led by the oil industry and the war industry."

Who exactly are these interstellar enviro-Marxists? According to Gilliland, the base under Mt. Adams is used by a consortium of benevolent ETs. The ones he's been in touch with come from the Pleiades. Others come from Andromeda, Orion, Sirius, and Arcturus. The more malevolent ETs (like the "grays" and "reptoids") use a porthole near Mt. Hood.

For many years, as Gilliland tells it, the earth was under quarantine as a hostile, backward place. But since we started poking our nose into space and detonating nuclear weapons, there's been increasing interstellar concern over what we might do to ourselves and others. You see, he explains, Earth was colonized a long time ago by beings from the Vega system and then abandoned after a war between Atlantis and Lemuria. We are the descendents of the survivors.

There comes a point when talking to Gilliland--usually early on--that a part of one's brain hits a wall. It might be when he mentions the light beings, or the hollow earth, or the chem-trails streaming out behind airplanes to poison us. Wherever it is, it's the point at which the plausible ends, while his theories go on, becoming ever more elaborate and inter-linked, like pieces of an intricate puzzle.

This is the self-enclosed labyrinth of UFO subculture.

To enter it you have to step over a certain line, then another and another until the pieces start falling into place. It's a place where there is no boundary between the possible, the probable, and the true, and no attempt to sort out which is which.

Most of the aliens around Mt. Adams may be illegal Mexican farm workers, but there is something odd about the mountain. Because on the Yakima Reservation just north of the mountain, people have been reporting strange lights in the sky for at least a hundred years. And since 1972, electrical engineer Dave Akers has been conducting a more hard-nosed investigation into the "nocturnal lights." That was the year Fire Control supervisor Bill Vogel asked the scientifically-minded Center for UFO Studies to look into the lights. Akers has been doing the field work ever since.

"It's a complicated problem," says Akers from his Seattle home, "and there are lots of theories. The only thing that I'm convinced of is that they're there, whatever they are." The lights, he says, could be the results of fault line activity or of changes in the water table.

"About 5% of the observation reports are what we would call 'good reports,'" he says. Of those, about 80% are what Akers calls Anomalous Luminous Phenomena (or ALPs; he doesn't use "UFO" because of its alien implications). Another 20% are daylight sightings and a very few are "critter reports" of humanoids and other things.

As for what any of these are, Akers reserves judgement. I asked him about the ET theory.

"I think it's a little too pat, really. I'm not convinced of anything at this point, other than the fact that these things are quite real, and that on occasion they seem to exhibit what you would interpret as intelligent behavior. But extraterrestrials is a bit too much of a leap for me at this time."

In the end, whether you see the UFOs or ALPs comes down to a question of belief. Because even when you see a light in the sky you have to ask what you believe is possible, what you believe is probable and what you believe is true. And most importantly, you have to ask what you want to believe.

That, more than anything, will determine what you will see.


ET PHONE THE COYOTES

Me? I wanted to see UFOs lots of them. Big pulsing red ones. Little darting white ones. Shiny silver disks. Giant black triangles. I wanted to see them shoot us with pulse lasers. I wanted to see Star Wars. I wanted an intergalactic air show. I wanted to see them zoom in, pick up James and zoom off, like he said they had. I wanted to see ET. I wanted to see pasty little grays, glowing white Pleiadians, and lizard-skin reptoids.

I wanted to see V.

I had to go back.

A few weeks after the first sky watch, I went back to the Sanctuary. When I arrived in the late afternoon, it was nearly empty. James was watering some trees and Paul, who works with James, was chopping wood to heavy metal music. A Canadian couple was cooking dinner near their tent. I introduced myself to them and asked what they'd seen. They said they'd come down for the week and had seen UFOs every night. The day before, they'd watched a white-gray ship circle a small airplane.

I walked around the Sanctuary while the Canadians ate dinner and James and Paul finished their yard work. After a while James came and joined me on the viewing platform and filled in the holes in his theories. The talk meandered through the shapes and sizes of the different ships, the agendas of various ET groups, and how humans are destined to join the rest of the universe.

When it finally started to get dark, Paul and the Canadians joined us. The air was warm and full of the sound of crickets and wind in the trees. The sky was clear.

For an hour or so, there wasn't much activity, but at 10:05 (as predicted by James) several lights came from the north and seemed to converge. These looked suspiciously like some of the 8,300 satellites in orbit, but James had the pressure in his head that told him they were UFOs masquerading as satellites.

For an hour or so, we watched similar lights going across the sky. Some flared up in places. Others were steady, but dim, and some a little brighter. A few stayed in one place, flashed intermittently, then disappeared. Some seemed to be going really, really fast (20,000 mph, according to James).

James had his cheap video camera out and recorded a few of these, but they were all a little boring.

"Okay," he said, looking up. "We just need one big zinger so I can go to bed."

We sat quietly in the dim light of the night sky. The Milky Way was as bright as I'd ever seen it--a thick white band of billions of stars.

Then, just before 11 pm, the Canadian woman spotted something. Almost directly above us, two lights were flying south in tandem, with a third, out front. James homed in on the triangle and tracked it across the sky.

"That's one of those Andromedan ships!" said James. "Look how you can see through the middle. That's because it's inter-dimensional."

It might have been that, or it might have been a set of satellites called the NOSS Triplet that fly in formation. Above us, the three lights turned east, then disappeared behind some trees. As soon as they were gone, coyotes started barking all around us.

"You hear that?" asked James. "The coyotes are going crazy. They always do that when the big ships fly over!" He looked at the camera. "No one's got the triangles on tape. This'll really freak the Greer folks out!"

It wasn't going to get any better than that. This was a real coup for the Sanctuary. James decided to call it a night and went back to the house to bed, and soon Paul and the Canadians followed. I went to my car and got a sleeping bag, brought it back to the platform and crawled in.

For a long time I stared up at the sky, until finally, alone under the stars, I drifted off to sleep.

"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier ( Born on February 3, 1937 ) a citizen of Switzerland, is known to most in the UFO / Paranormal community as the first human contactee of the Pleiadians / Plejarans (Play-Yar-Ens) { James Gilliland from ECETI being the only other known contactee }, who are from an extraterrestrial civilization which is very human like in their appearance and the only marked difference would probably be their big ears. Meier reports regular contact with extraterrestrials in person or through telepathy, who impart spiritual and philosophical wisdom. On his trip all around the world he also came to India and also clicked some pictures of Pleiadian Beamships hovering over the New Delhi Railway Station.


Billy Meier produced a number of photographs which he said were of Pleiadian Beamships, as well as sketches that he said were of Pleiadians themselves. Meier's Pleiadeans were said to be spiritual and in touch with nature, and they became a component of the New Age movement during the 1970s, where they were depicted as being a peace loving race of Space Brothers which was said to be warning contactees that humanity was heading towards self destruction, and offering them alternative philosophies to avert such an eventuality.


Contact Beginning in 1975, Meier began his official contacts ("official" in that evidence was to be provided publicly, unlike earlier contacts), communicating both directly (face-to-face) and by telepathy with a core group of the Pleiadians/Plejaren, or Errans as he also refers to them (Erra being their home planet), who gave their names as Ptaah, Semjase, Quetzal, and Pleija, among numerous others. According to Meier himself in the video documentary 'Contact', he says that his first contact with extraterrestrials began on January 28, 1975. These visitors reportedly hail from the Plejares or Pleiades star system which is beyond the Pleiades and in a dimension that is a fraction of a second in the future from our own (an alternate timeline). These Plejaren have allegedly afforded Meier a more interesting sampling of evidence than derive from most such encounters, including highly detailed photography, videos, multi-toned sound recordings, the temporary use of a weapon which he employed for trial on a nearby tree, and metal alloy samples. Here's a video of the pictures Billy has of his adventures to neighboring planets, distant galaxies and also millions of years back in time when Terra or Earth as we know it had 2 moons and he could see Dinosaurs roaming the face of the planet.

When the world replaces reverence for all creation with greed and absolute corruption of power, nature takes it's course to bring about the renewal of human consciousness with the emergence of truth in our waking lives ! Satyam is Sanskrit means 'Truth' and finally after years of inflating revenues and manipulating accounts the Satyam founder, B. Ramalinga Raju admitted to committing Fraud stating that he is prepared to subject himself to law of the land and face consequences thereof. In the regulatory statement, Raju said that the company had fraudulently incorporated a non-existent cash component and inflated the bank balance to reflect Rs 5,040 crore (Rs 50.4 billion) as against Rs 5,361 crores (Rs 53.61 billion).

" No board member had any knowledge of the real situation. Accrued interest of Rs 376 crore in books is non-existent. About Rs 1,230 crore was arranged to Satyam, but was not reflected in the books," he said.

"It was like riding a tiger, not knowing how to get off without being eaten," Ramalinga Raju said in a letter to Satyam's Board of directors, wherein he listed major financial wrong doings over the years to inflate the profits.

I believe this is a positive step forward by the Satyam chief as he had little or no choice left but to own up in these rapidly changing times of 'Instant Karma'. The Satyam Fraud is just one of the many cases of Corporate Greed that flourish on inane laws of a quickly crumbling global financial system. In the months to come we should prepare ourselves to see the world reshape, realign itself while we consciously make choices that affect us and consequently the larger gamut of things. It's time to be the change and take responsibility of ourselves and the Planet. We are always more than what we can imagine and collectively we will make the world a better place.
