“Excuse me, I have the unfortunate urge to reproduce. Would you please accommodate me?”

Sex. It’s the driving force of nature; from the pollination of plants to the biological urge to reproduce in animals and humans alike. It’s therefore not surprising that most of our energy arises from our libido.

For Celebrators of solitude, sex is not a subject that is often discussed. While some Lone Wolves are quite sexually active, others aren’t at all. But there’s a secret force that lurks within your sexual desire that can be used to enhance your life. Few of us know about it.

Sex, essentially, is the essence of creation; from the birth of all life, to the birth of passionate and artistic expression. For centuries man has tried to channel this energy into more fulfilling areas and higher states of consciousness.

Apart from the Tantric and Taoist sexual energy practices, there are countless other references to the hidden powers within sex. The Kabbalah for instance, sees sexual desire as the deepest spiritual expression one can have. And in Yogic philosophy, our pure sexual energy is dormant until awakened in its highest form known as “Kundalini”.


Many esoteric groups also practice something called “Sex Magick”, which can be connected to Psychologist Carl Jung’s notion of sexual alchemy (similar to Freud’s sexual sublimination). This essentially says that, with enough will, we can transform the raw energy from our libidos into golden creativity.

Famous examples of practitioners of this transformation of sexual energy into creativity include Nikola Tesla, Gandhi, Richard Wanger, Dante Alighieri, Beethoven, Homer, Henry Thoreau and Leonardo Da Vinci.

From Sex To Intense Focus and Creativity

As part of your apprenticeship into shamanism you are often required to perform abstinence for prolonged periods of time. In my own experience, I understood this to be an exertion of commitment to the path, a trial in developing will power and focus despite ones natural instincts.

Sex during this stage of your spiritual path can be seen as a distraction, wasting the body’s energy and motivation.

During this time I noticed within me increased amounts of energy, focus and creativity. I was so fascinated by the intensity of these newly aroused qualities that I experimented with them for a few years.

My greatest personal growth occurred during this period of sexual abstinence, as did my deepest inner insights. I also experienced boundless levels of physical energy, and developed a mental focus that has lasted me up to now.

My experience of sexual abstinence has shown me that the admonitions regarding sex in so many spiritual scriptures, aren’t necessarily because sex is innately bad (if it was, none of us would be here!) I believe sex is discouraged because it can be your strongest distraction, your worst enemy that takes away your attention from intensely pursuing your spiritual path of fulfilment.

Sexual Over-Indulgence

As with everything else in our stimulation-seeking modern society, we abuse sex. And this may very well be due to the last few centuries of repression and stigma that has surrounded sex.

Now that sexuality has become more acceptable, however, we naturally react and over-indulge in it, as can be seen in the media, publicity, or the nightclub nearest to you.

You don’t even have to leave the comfort of your own home to witness sexual over-indulgence. The internet has played a big role in revolutionizing our excessive indulgence with; the promotion of masturbation and wastage of sexual energy, the amount of time wasted browsing porn sites, the dehumanization of women and men by teaching us to see them merely as forms of flesh to be used and discarded.

Of course this is not all bad, and the world is never black and white. Pornography also works as a catharsis in the release of built up anxieties, tensions and hysteria as well as a catalyst to explore our sexual guilt and denied sexual thoughts and feelings by learning to embrace more fully our shadow elements in the sexual domain.

However, when motivated by sexual desire, we develop vaster imaginations, courage, will power, persistence and creativity that we weren’t even aware of. Sometimes the sexual energy within us is so strong we are willing to actually die, hurt others or risk imprisonment to fulfil them. Image if we could harness this energy and use it towards other, greater purposes?

Harnessing Your Sexual Energy

Having a strong sex drive simply isn’t enough - you must also learn how to use it. Sexual transformation, or transmutation, means changing your energy and thoughts from physical expression to energy and thoughts of another, usually creative, purpose.

Truth is, we are all sexual beings. Period. The path of sexual transformation is not about rapidly indulging sex, denying sex, running away from sex, or even overcoming the desire for sex. It is about accepting sexual drive as part of your nature, as the base notes to your higher symphony. Yes we are sexual beings, but we are more than just that - sexuality is just once aspect of who we are.

I have seen many who feel they should rise “above” their “lower nature” elements, and thus decide to flee from or ignore the sexual elements of their natures, considering them primitive or mediocre. Don’t make this mistake, the mistake of confusing the idea of spirituality with that of escaping or repressing aspects of your authentic being.

I’ve learnt that it is never good to repress anything in life. Repression is another form of postponing, in other words, whatever you repress will eventually catch up to you. Sexual energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed.

The following techniques I have recommended to men and women alike in the past, who have shown interest in experimenting with their sexual energies:

Seven Day Experiment: For a whole week try abstaining from any sexual activity - either alone or with someone else. After the week, explore how you think and what you feel. While some people will benefit immensely, others will struggle with built up negative energy (e.g. anxiety, frustration, grumpy moods etc.) This experiment will inform you of what areas need to be worked on in your life, and if you’re ready for an energy transformation in your present state.

Observe Non-judgementally: While abstaining from sex, allow any feelings that arise within you come, without any judgement. See them as they are, they are natural. Simply observe what these desires and feelings are telling you about yourself. Also try refraining from labelling them as “sexual energy”. Rather, treat them as a sensation, like when you experience something “hot” or “cold”, and experience them without any expectations of getting rid of them. Some people by simply observing, have orgasmic rushes of energy without any physical stimulation.

Keep Having Sex: I’m aware of how taxing becoming aware of your sexual energy can be initially (especially if you’re in a relationship). One way to overcome this is to have sex, but not reach the point of ejaculation or orgasm. This is an ancient Tantric practice, and you’ll immediately begin to experience the effects, such as increased energy, focus and inspiration. To engage in sex awakens your sexual energy that in failing to reach its climax, will remain within your body for a few hours at its peak state.

Sexual experiences are one of our first spiritual experiences in life. It’s that moment in time when we fill ourselves with a calm present awareness, completely absorbed in the now, through a sexual orgasm. I hope this article has shown you that we must embrace the spiritual power that exists within our sexuality, rather than rejecting or throwing it away.

Synchronicity: is the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated occurring together in a meaningful manner [to the observer]. To count as synchronicity, the events should be unlikely to occur together by chance.

If you believe synchronicity is simply coincidence, then you haven’t read any of the top experts in the field. The famous psychotherapist Carl Gustav Jung coined the term synchronicity in the 1920s to reference the alignment of universal forces with a person’s experiences.

These forces have been sought out for centuries in many spiritual traditions as a means of aligning with the “flow.” This usually takes years of disciplined meditation, study, ritual or by other means to navigate this journey toward a harmonic “individuation.” To some the search is inward for the self, yet for others it’s an outward search for spirituality.

My first experience with synchronicity was on March 21st at 3:03am which is the 3rd month, 3rd week, 3rd hour, 3rd minute or 3333, on the equinox and the moment of my birth. It was my alignment with the universal forces, the planet, space and time.

My awakening was also through no effort of my own and came by way of a supernatural encounter with an entity of light. It began my involvement with and research into the metaphysical nature of reality - I became “enlightened.” Because of this I have an inherent understanding of many esoteric concepts like the flow, the spirit, one-ness and even divinity.

My experiences are not entirely unique, but the way in which this window of understanding opened for me is. There was no journey, no explanation as to why - the knowledge was just revealed. Things that to many are never more than concepts and metaphors, I actually see as having real form. I’ve witnessed many paranormal phenomena unfold with me seemingly being the only connection. However, because of my earlier encounters I’ve never attributed much of it directly to myself. I’ve always sensed a presence around me. So unlike many others who seek the path, I feel that for some reason the source found me.

Being human however leaves me questioning: “Who or what is this presence?” Abilities like ESP, clairvoyance, telekinesis are all real along with the concepts of a sub-stratum or pre-space. But what is our connection?

In Jung’s book “An Acausal Connecting Principle” it is subjective meaning that connects us. Without an observer (YOU) there is no mind, no synchronicity, no meaning. Thoughts connected to events, mind connected to movements of matter, absent of a cause (acausal). Thinking something before it happens, remote viewing, telekinesis, where do these abilities come from? Since scientists don’t accept the mind as a cause. How then do we prove any of this?

I say that we are using a flawed science because it is incomplete. Physicist, Dr. William Tiller proposes that consciousness is what’s missing from the equation. It’s the unifying integrator of all the individual constituents. Bohm says there is a hidden variable implying that neither relativity nor quantum mechanics should be accepted as a conclusive nor exclusive solution.

My research began with Carl Jung but for millennia prior to Jung man has experienced synchronicity. Theoretically it begins outside of our space-time in the flow where all knowledge exits and our material reality takes shape. It then unfolds into our dimension only to return back to the flow. This is described by David Bohms theory of “the implicate order.” However prior to synchronicity, ancient humanity used words like sympathy, harmony and unity.


In the fourth century B.C., the Greek philosopher Heraclitus viewed all things as being inter-related, nothing is isolated and that all things are linked. Similarly Hippocrates said: “There is ONE common flow, a common breathing. Everything is in sympathy.” A bond - and even between inanimate objects. A form of “animism” or the belief that all matter has consciousness. This is a classic idea whereby separateness is an illusion.

Now what you should know is that Jung had a lifelong interest in and many experiences with the paranormal. Working with him was the Nobel Prize winning physicist Wolfgang Pauli who also had experiences with telekinesis. Catastrophic breakdowns of experimental equipment would inexplicably occur when he was around. It was often joked about, but other scientists feared his presence during experiments because it was commonly believed he was the cause. This is well known in physics as “The Pauli Effect.”

Together they helped pioneer the study of parapsychology. Others studying non-material or fringe science also advanced the field (sometimes unknowingly) by the very nature of their work. Pauli’s early work in quantum physics had a strong influence by changing how we think about matter itself.

A great example of good solid theory is Rupert Sheldrake’s “morphic fields.” He shows us how fields create relationships. Physicist David Bohm’s “Implicate and Explicate Order” as previously mentioned. Michael Talbot’s famous “Holographic Universe” or Physicist David Peat’s “Meaning and Form.” All of these hypothesize a substratum beneath our material and temporal reality. Much of quantum physics is competing theory and it’s the same with non-material science.

Consciousness itself cannot be scientifically quantified - there is no explaining it. Many believe it exists outside the brain, perhaps the Akashic field. Psi-fields, source fields, the flow, these are all conceptual dimensions bound together by abstract relationships. Where consciousness and matter are two aspects of the same thing. These are the domains of the trickster gods where Hermes and Loki conspire to fool us using mind, matter and meaning.


Ok, and although I’m in agreement with many of these theorists about some hypothetical matrix. What is the intelligence behind the curtain?

Since before recorded history humankind has recognized the existence of a greater intelligence. Ask any believer of any esoteric system and you’ll get many different answers. The spirit, God, the Goddess, Sophie, Allah, the Demiurge, The One. History’s greatest scientists came to this same conclusion. Einstein said: “Everyone who is seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the Universe - a spirit vastly superior to that of man.”

Also Max Planck the father of quantum physics said: “All matter originates and exists, only by virtue of a force. We must assume behind this force is the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.” Isaac Newton believed the universe was mechanical, set into motion by God and then left to run. There are others who believe that all existence is an emanation of God. Some don’t believe there is an external intelligence at all. This is not my belief!

What many of these theories and beliefs have in common, is that your own thoughts can alter the outside world in relation to you. Though, you alone are not the creator within the flow of the source field. You are simply part of the process. The biggest secret is not that there is a co-creator, but that it’s YOU! Ultimately there is a separate coordinating intelligence in control.

This is what causes events to coincide without your thoughts, like for instance, the moment of my birth: 3333. That’s why we pray or chant, recite mantras, sing praises and invoke - expecting a particular outcome. Deep down inside we’ve always known we were being watched, even in an empty room, we are never really alone. How many times do events align that seem so strange and statistically unlikely to have occurred by chance? They must originate externally. This means, that The Source or The-One controlling it all is out there and not within…

Here is an excerpt from one of my favorite books, Bringers of the Dawn by Barbara Marciniak about Crop Circles, Sacred Geometry and the evolution unfolding on our planet as we speak.

At one time, the planet was sealed off and put into quarantine because there were forces that fought here. There have been incredible wars upon this planet, and some of the vestiges of these wars still exist as very barren areas upon the planet. This was the time of chaos and confusion when creator gods fought creator gods. During the most recent wave of wars, about ten or twelve thousand years ago, Earth was sealed off because those beings who operated with Light lost the battle. Light does not always win, you know. Light is not always the victor as you think of a victor, for Light must learn to integrate with all portions of itself. Prime Creator is within all things, and Light and Dark are part of the Creator. Therefore, Light must incorporate with the Dark portion of itself.

Time has orchestrated and brought events together. A number of cycles were set to pass since the last wars, after which time the energy portals into the planet would again be opened so that Light could enter. This is that time period. Light is being orchestrated to once again come onto the planet, and it is increasing daily. In order for energy to work its way through your consciousness, it must house itself on the planet.

Intelligence penetrates in the form of waves making geometric shapes on Earth. It is not that a spaceship comes down, makes crop circles in the night, and then takes off. Although some circles have been caused by ship landings, intelligence can take the guise of any form it wants, and very often intelligence comes in the form of a wave. A time will come when there will actually be a wave of Light that sweeps Earth.

Intelligence is beyond the spoken word and beyond the written word, for it is frequency that sometimes comes in geometric shapes. Pythagoras had a beginning grasp of this, but his geometry was not understood by others. Geometry is an evolved intelligence, a collection of experience that can communicate huge amounts of information. Actually, crop circles all over the planet are put there by sounds above human frequency to implement these language shapes. Many times, in the beginning, these shapes are circles. They will evolve into triangles, lines, and many other things.


The crop circles have been most prevalent in England and throughout Europe. However, they are also in the area previously known as the Soviet Union and in South America. They are even in the United States, although some people are doing a good job of pretending they are not there. We understand that some of your news broadcasters are planning upcoming shows about these crop circles. We will see how much they pretend they don´t know about them. It is going to be interesting.


These geometric shapes are like hieroglyphs. The hieroglyphs and pictographs carved in stone on this planet are a similar generation of intelligence. In other words, if one were to read the hieroglyphs based on the Rosetta Stone, the hieroglyphs would communicate one thing. If one were able to remember the secret language of the priests, the hieroglyphs would tell another story. And if one were able to understand the language of the creator gods, they would say something entirely different.

Now, the circles and shapes being put on Earth are here to assist you in holding and managing your frequency and having the courage to live your Light. They make frequency information available in a very subtle way, and no one can figure them out yet. These shapes are all connected to one another, and if they were all written out simultaneously on some farmer´s field, something would happen to them immediately. They are spaced from one continent to another, and they move a frequency band around the planet that will help activate Earth´s gridwork. They will allow you not to feel so weird with what you know and to feel more comfortable with the changes in frequency as they occur.

One of the best videos you have on the internet about the Walk In experience which some of us might have gone through, while in a state of lot of confusion and chaos with no 'real' answers, just a deep inner knowing of following the signs being shown. There are many truths shared in this video which will confirm a lot of things for you as you watch it, especially if you are a walk-in too ... giving us cues as to how to pave the way forward and what is expected in our near future on Earth.


My walk in / awakening experience happened while dancing at a jungle party in Goa tripping on some LSD. A brief vision of the astral realms made me question reality at large and everything i considered REAL ! The difficult part was to assimilate this metaphysical experience in my world view with little understanding of this all encompassing spiritual reality we share. I am quite sure that these experiences are common with a lot of folks who experiment with psychedelics, however not everyone. I just couldn't go back to being my old self again for some strange reason. After watching this video by Susan I feel all the signs of a walk in experience match with what i experienced at that time. A withdrawal from my social circle ... a feeling of alienation from the rest of the world not being able to fully understand whats really going on ... with so many signs pointing the way. Thankfully, I was following the signs and soon after my blog, 'Psychedelic Adventure' came into being and a purpose emerged. From chasing my individual goals in life now i was flung into the vast abyss of space, trying to figure out the unknown .... bit by bit.

I did have some support from friends however no one could really comprehend what i was going through at that time. By interests changed drastically and gradually became less interested in worldly matters and more curious to expand my knowing of who I am and what's really going on. My purpose became clearer as time progressed with a lot of support from my dear wife who stood by me during this challenging period of life. While i continued to grasp spiritual concepts and ideas quickly, moving on from one thing to another, I became extensively immersed in my quest to know. My partner however couldn't keep up with all the stuff I was getting into. My world view changed drastically from being ego-centric to something deeply spiritual with an inner knowing that this is the path I need to take. My diet, my lifestyle ... all of it went through some sort of metamorphosis as I was gradually assimilating this knowledge being given to me.


I used to spend many hours in complete silence while pursuing my research online on metaphysical knowledge, which made me a different person as time progressed. I became more observant and sensitive to energies and vibrations around me, often having exciting experiences playing with nature spirits or orbs using my digital camera. The illusions of the material world became apparent as time progressed and I became deeply engrossed in my quest for the unknown. Others around me would listen to what I had to say, perhaps understanding somethings intellectually, but never being able to assimilate this knowing in their own lives. I realized not everyone is awake as yet and each one has their own journey to take. I always spoke my truth without any inhibition and the fear of being judged. There were times when I would get into difficult situations getting my perspective across to others often ending up in arguments which is never a pleasant experience. Its draining to say the least. With time I got to know who is receptive to new, challenging ideas shaking the status quo and who is not, which made me hold myself back from going all out.

I lost the connection with many friends and dear ones who were once very close to me, but what I found instead was the real connection, with everything, spiritually speaking. I realized that behind the masks we wear there is an eternal presence which when known, changes how one sees the world. All attachments became increasingly apparent and were brought to my conscious awareness to be healed or let go off. After being with my wife for 10 years and having two beautiful souls being born into our family, I feel grateful for all the experiences life has had to offer. Some magical and uplifting and some unpleasant and dark. Life comes full circle for all of us ... with time. I experienced the pain and suffering of being in a platonic love relationship, realizing that what I believed to be love was just physical attraction, never a deep soulful connection. Although I did try and revive this feeling in my partner trying to make her aware of certain deeper aspects of being together in a relationship and growing together, spiritually. However, in vain. When two people come together, they believe this thing called love will last forever. The only thing we don't realize is that with time people change and sometimes the masks fall off and the truth emerges. When you move towards being genuinely authentic you have little tolerance for false pretenses, FAKE people and become extremely sensitive to lies and bullshit. When we love in a worldly sense, we fall for outer experiences and rarely find a soul connection with our partners and that's because not everyone truly realizes that they are NOT this body but an eternal aspect of universal consciousness. The mistake we make sometimes is trying to direct someones path, especially when they are not ready to walk it anyway. I have been learning my lessons.

My journey the last year has been a continual lesson in letting go off what is not serving me on my path and the difficult part is to let go off your attachments, your desires especially when they are concerning your family and loved ones. Loving someone and simultaneously letting go of a loved one wishing them well can be utterly confusing as we always rely on someone outside of our own selves to complete us in some way, fill a void we create for ourselves by allowing another person to be the reason for our happiness. Not enough love for our self makes us seek love externally. We know somewhere deep down that all that we seek exists within each one of us ... but it takes time for this realization to come forth in our own consciousness. When we love ourselves enough we are able to extend this love to others, unconditionally and we continue to attract like minded individuals into our lives, building stronger relationships with mutual respect and trust in each other. The future of this planet is in our hands. Our own personal transformation affects the world we experience. Once you wake up there is no going back to your old self and your purpose starts to become clearer. We have a lot of work to do, but first we must heal ourselves in order to be able to heal others around us. The healing of Gaia is the need of the hour and as lightworkers we must endeavor to make a difference and be fearless in our actions, living courageously igniting the divine spark within us.

We may be spread far across ... but we know we are one and we choose to live a life of awareness, purposefully and with loving intent. We are one family of light, destined to reunite when this tyrannical empire comes to an end, finally !
