The time has come, actually it has always been coming ... lol :P ... The time to unite as one earth tribe ... finding others like yourself and getting off the grid ... stop feeding a system which is going to crash any day now ... instead create your own village ... free from this insane world chasing illusions ... the time for big change is here now and its time for wisdom in action ... time for the renewal of spirit ... awakening as children of the great mother who speaks through all our words all our deeds ... we are the ones we have been waiting for and its of utmost importance to find the others you resonate with .... hence, this is an effort to galvanize this quest for paradise ... reaching out to our tribe out there to find a way to co-create a better reality for ourselves and generations to come ... The Hoodie may seem like a fashion trend in modern times, however it has a history which takes us back to Ancient Greece and Rome ... and across many other civilizations where Monks, Priests, Warriors ... all kinds of folks wore a robe with a Hood attached, which when donned would give them a sense of mystery and security remaining hidden behind their garb of choice.

The Hoodie seems to be making a strong comeback into the mainstream as many folks choose to remain more private and inclusive rather than being too loud and obvious. I feel the Hoodie does give us a sense of security with a hint of anonymity and intrigue, especially in crowded spaces where we are swimming in a sea of all kinds of energies and being sensitive to energy in such spaces can be draining at times for an Empath.

From skateboarders to musicians to athletes ... everyone seems to love wearing a Hoodie for more reasons than one ! In 1976, the release of “Rocky” added another layer of symbolism to the hoodie. The grey marl silhouette became a symbol of his hard knocks, work ethic, and reestablished the hoodie's connection to its working class roots, reaffirming its look into today's mainstream society.

In the 70s, hip-hop culture emerged in the Bronx, inspiring rap music, graffiti and break dancing. Wearing a hoodie at this time meant you were keeping a low profile, and with a design like a cobra hood it was worn to intimidate others. The hoody allowed unrestricted movement for the dance routines and concealed the identities for graffiti artists on the street.

In California, skaters rejected the mainstream culture, and with the closure of many skates parks skaters maintained their lifestyle however they could, legal or not. To feed the rebellion, music in the area gravitated towards hard core punk and hoodies became a staple of the culture.

2012 was a reminder that whether positive or negative, the hoodie can always be used to make a statement. Mark Zuckerberg caused a stir wearing a hoodie to meet Wall Street investors, which was ultimately seen as a power move. Whether or not this was a intentional tactic, we conclude it convincingly established an identity for Zuckerberg as a non-conformist rather than created a casual fashion statement.

One of the best videos you have on the internet about the Walk In experience which some of us might have gone through, while in a state of lot of confusion and chaos with no 'real' answers, just a deep inner knowing of following the signs being shown. There are many truths shared in this video which will confirm a lot of things for you as you watch it, especially if you are a walk-in too ... giving us cues as to how to pave the way forward and what is expected in our near future on Earth.


My walk in / awakening experience happened while dancing at a jungle party in Goa tripping on some LSD. A brief vision of the astral realms made me question reality at large and everything i considered REAL ! The difficult part was to assimilate this metaphysical experience in my world view with little understanding of this all encompassing spiritual reality we share. I am quite sure that these experiences are common with a lot of folks who experiment with psychedelics, however not everyone. I just couldn't go back to being my old self again for some strange reason. After watching this video by Susan I feel all the signs of a walk in experience match with what i experienced at that time. A withdrawal from my social circle ... a feeling of alienation from the rest of the world not being able to fully understand whats really going on ... with so many signs pointing the way. Thankfully, I was following the signs and soon after my blog, 'Psychedelic Adventure' came into being and a purpose emerged. From chasing my individual goals in life now i was flung into the vast abyss of space, trying to figure out the unknown .... bit by bit.

I did have some support from friends however no one could really comprehend what i was going through at that time. By interests changed drastically and gradually became less interested in worldly matters and more curious to expand my knowing of who I am and what's really going on. My purpose became clearer as time progressed with a lot of support from my dear wife who stood by me during this challenging period of life. While i continued to grasp spiritual concepts and ideas quickly, moving on from one thing to another, I became extensively immersed in my quest to know. My partner however couldn't keep up with all the stuff I was getting into. My world view changed drastically from being ego-centric to something deeply spiritual with an inner knowing that this is the path I need to take. My diet, my lifestyle ... all of it went through some sort of metamorphosis as I was gradually assimilating this knowledge being given to me.


I used to spend many hours in complete silence while pursuing my research online on metaphysical knowledge, which made me a different person as time progressed. I became more observant and sensitive to energies and vibrations around me, often having exciting experiences playing with nature spirits or orbs using my digital camera. The illusions of the material world became apparent as time progressed and I became deeply engrossed in my quest for the unknown. Others around me would listen to what I had to say, perhaps understanding somethings intellectually, but never being able to assimilate this knowing in their own lives. I realized not everyone is awake as yet and each one has their own journey to take. I always spoke my truth without any inhibition and the fear of being judged. There were times when I would get into difficult situations getting my perspective across to others often ending up in arguments which is never a pleasant experience. Its draining to say the least. With time I got to know who is receptive to new, challenging ideas shaking the status quo and who is not, which made me hold myself back from going all out.

I lost the connection with many friends and dear ones who were once very close to me, but what I found instead was the real connection, with everything, spiritually speaking. I realized that behind the masks we wear there is an eternal presence which when known, changes how one sees the world. All attachments became increasingly apparent and were brought to my conscious awareness to be healed or let go off. After being with my wife for 10 years and having two beautiful souls being born into our family, I feel grateful for all the experiences life has had to offer. Some magical and uplifting and some unpleasant and dark. Life comes full circle for all of us ... with time. I experienced the pain and suffering of being in a platonic love relationship, realizing that what I believed to be love was just physical attraction, never a deep soulful connection. Although I did try and revive this feeling in my partner trying to make her aware of certain deeper aspects of being together in a relationship and growing together, spiritually. However, in vain. When two people come together, they believe this thing called love will last forever. The only thing we don't realize is that with time people change and sometimes the masks fall off and the truth emerges. When you move towards being genuinely authentic you have little tolerance for false pretenses, FAKE people and become extremely sensitive to lies and bullshit. When we love in a worldly sense, we fall for outer experiences and rarely find a soul connection with our partners and that's because not everyone truly realizes that they are NOT this body but an eternal aspect of universal consciousness. The mistake we make sometimes is trying to direct someones path, especially when they are not ready to walk it anyway. I have been learning my lessons.

My journey the last year has been a continual lesson in letting go off what is not serving me on my path and the difficult part is to let go off your attachments, your desires especially when they are concerning your family and loved ones. Loving someone and simultaneously letting go of a loved one wishing them well can be utterly confusing as we always rely on someone outside of our own selves to complete us in some way, fill a void we create for ourselves by allowing another person to be the reason for our happiness. Not enough love for our self makes us seek love externally. We know somewhere deep down that all that we seek exists within each one of us ... but it takes time for this realization to come forth in our own consciousness. When we love ourselves enough we are able to extend this love to others, unconditionally and we continue to attract like minded individuals into our lives, building stronger relationships with mutual respect and trust in each other. The future of this planet is in our hands. Our own personal transformation affects the world we experience. Once you wake up there is no going back to your old self and your purpose starts to become clearer. We have a lot of work to do, but first we must heal ourselves in order to be able to heal others around us. The healing of Gaia is the need of the hour and as lightworkers we must endeavor to make a difference and be fearless in our actions, living courageously igniting the divine spark within us.

We may be spread far across ... but we know we are one and we choose to live a life of awareness, purposefully and with loving intent. We are one family of light, destined to reunite when this tyrannical empire comes to an end, finally !

Empaths are unique personality types, their sensory levels are always on high alert, they are incredibly intuitive and their awareness and sensitivity to the energy levels that vibrate around them are extremely high.

If an empath senses something, they are not often wrong. If they think someone’s lying or that something is just “not right” you can bet your last dollar that they are not wrong.

Therefore, a basic understanding of this mystical and quite magical creature is highly beneficial.

Empaths have quite a few little quirks, traits and characteristics that are worth knowing about, and gaining a better understanding of, so that any relationship that is formed has a strong survival chance and also so that it thrives.

Empaths can be deeply misunderstood. It can take a little time to get to know them before they fully unravel and until their true magnificent spirit receives the opportunity to shine.

Love with an empath will be intense as they are energetically sensitive, therefore they will pick up on everything and anything that is happening around them. Regardless of whether emotions have been outwardly expressed, empaths will experience their partner’s emotions as deeply as they feel their own.

It is impossible to try to hide true feelings when romantically involved with an empath as they will likely have figured them out long before the person feeling them has. Empaths are highly intuitive yet sometimes fail to trust their inner voice as too many people have previously tried to wrongly convince them that their gut feelings were wrong.

Being a little naïve and trusting at times, the empath has doubted themselves and pushed aside their intuition, causing them to lose faith in the power they hold within that alerts them to any perceived signs of danger. That being said, the little nagging voice in the empath’s head will not subside until the reality and truth has been fully uncovered.

Empaths like truth. However hard it is to handle, they would rather be told things straight than told a lie, even if it is a white one. Although the truth isn’t always pretty, it is much nicer than spending days and nights trying to make sense of all the complicated energies and subliminal messaging systems that are going on.

If it’s one thing that empaths are amazing at it is dealing with a brutally raw and honest relationship. Although they can be rather delicate creatures on some levels, their strength in relationships is found where honesty, trust and loyalty come before anything else.

Empaths can be perceived as having hearts that are caged in. Although, this is only true when they have been deceived so many times they feel that their only option is protection. The true spirit of an empath wants to give and receive love in abundance, though they are only able to do this when they feel safe and secure that they are in a safe place to open the door and allow the love to flow.

One of the most tragic parts about the empaths character is that all too often the love is cast out in all the wrong places. Empaths feel the pain and sorrow of the whole world and feel that they want to heal and fix the world up and make things better for all concerned. This can be an amazingly powerful thing and this energy is exactly what the world needs. However, this can also be a deeply painful way to exist.



Not everyone sees the world the way an empath views it and because of this, an empath’s heart will be broken constantly and they will bleed endlessly for cruelty, injustice and inequalities. There will be many who will want to take the love, affection and the empath’s good nature with no care for giving any return.

Whilst this can teach an empath a lot about unconditional love and also an immense amount about self-preservation, it is also a deeply painful learning process.

An empath will fail to understand why others do not give out care, consideration and affection freely and why other people can so easily turn a blind eye to heartbreak and suffering when healing is what is required. Others may ridicule and belittle the empaths desire to reach out and make a difference, and this serves to add salt to their wounds.

When an empath feels hurt, what they need most is loving support and understanding so that they know they are not alone in wanting to use some of their powerful energy to heal and make changes in the world; if they receive this from a partner, a bond for life will very likely form.

Empaths will fall into the hands of those who want to take advantage of their somewhat naïve and caring nature. Again, this is another sharp lesson and one that can cause an empath to develop a sense of mistrust and what leads to protecting their emotions with barriers and brick walls.

It can also lead to an empath to feelings of unworthiness and also low-self esteem, as once they have depleted their energy reserves to such a low level by giving and not understanding how to protect themselves in the process, they can end up with a broken heart and with very little faith in mankind.

It is not in an empaths nature to take, they only know how to give, so to ensure the relationship is one of balance and is also harmonious, ensure the empath is shown love in the form of actions, so that the circle of love flows freely. Words will mean little to an empath, unless they are followed through. Their intuition will quickly pick up on something done with poor intent, or if a person’s words are inauthentic.


To love someone who is an empath means to recognise that they thrive when the flames are turned up, not down. An empath gives off a powerful and energetic fuel of love, light and radiance, though the fire only fully rages when an empath exists in a sacred place within which they feel secure enough to glow.

Empaths are soft, delicate and immensely vulnerable creatures on the inside, although, once burnt, on the outside they can appear incredibly strong. Once bitten, twice shy where an empath is concerned, they find it very difficult to forget deep wounds and to continue a relationship once foundations are rocked.

The best way to fully connect with an empath is by creating a safe and solid platform to build a future upon. If cracks appear through mistrust and deceit, it can become immensely difficult to repair them. Empaths thrive on trust, loyalty and dependability. Show them these things and the relationship will be very difficult to break.

As empaths are highly passionate people, they will often find a strong connection to a hobby or interest that others will find impossible to penetrate. Due to their creative side, they may find a resonance with music, dance, writing, art, activism, reading, Yoga, meditation, humanitarian causes or other similar interests. Whatever it is that has captured the mind of an empath will be become sacred in their hearts.

Empaths will immerse themselves in their hobbies and lose themselves completely and sometimes this can feel as though their interests are the only things that matter to them. Although they will have a deep attachment to their passions, it is far easier to understand that an empath loves all things at great levels of intensity and they need outside interests to survive and feel alive, this can sometimes be difficult for others to understand.

Space, plenty of space, and freedom to explore and submerge in their chosen activity is the easiest way to deal with this. Asking an empath to choose may not give the desired outcome that would be hoped for. The heart quickly gets connected to passionate interests, and once that connection has been made, the heart will be break if it has to be severed.

Respect and understanding for another’s alone time can make or break a relationship with an empath. An empath will not want or expect anyone else to dive as deeply into their interests as they do, however, an understanding that their interests are significantly important can really make life a whole lot easier.

There is no need to feel ostracised or unwelcome, while there’s a little chance an empath will let you fully in to their special interest, it is far more likely they will gain more pleasure when they are wrapped up in it by themselves. This is not selfish or inconsiderate, it is just simply how the empath’s heart and spirit operate.

If they have a connection to something, it is intense and they will very likely wish to delve as deeply into it as is possible. Passions are a great energy release and empaths will possibly feel as though they zone-out while immersed, and they will very likely lose all track of time. Allow them to take pleasure in it, and with the free time this has created, take up interests separately rather than allowing resentment or frustration to build.

It possibly won’t last for too long, as empaths are known to move quickly from one interest to another once the initial burning desire of connection eventually simmers down.

As empaths are sensitive to energy, their worst-case scenarios are confrontations and aggressive situations. Although under normal circumstances they are one of the least violent and aggressive characters, they can very easily lose their self-control if they become absorbed in the negative and toxic energy that surrounds them. Empaths are fight or flight characters who more often than not, will prefer to take flight and remove themselves from the weight that the energy is bearing down on them.

If situations like this occur regularly, it can eventually lead empaths to become introverted and homebodies as they prefer the safety of their own environment where they are not subjected to the rise and fall of other people’s energies. After attending any kind of social situation, they will need downtime to recharge and to balance out their own energy fields.

Places such as supermarkets, nightclubs, the cinema or anywhere where there is a large crowd of people, will be very draining for an empath. They are very sensitive to light and sound, so these things can also have a detrimental and draining effect on an empath’s psyche. An empath will likely need to hold on to their partner’s hand or arm during such occasions, finding that their partner’s energy forms a soothing welcome block and temporary release from the energies that surround.

After attending any social function an empath may feel completely drained and the effects can be temporarily debilitating, meaning that all an empath will want to do is sleep or rest, possibly alone, until the absorbing effects of the occasion have worn off.

All in all, it will take a very secure, confident and balanced person to form a solid mutually beneficial and rewarding relationship with an empath. The empath personality type is a unique and extremely enchanting gift to the world. As long as their wings are not clipped, and they have the freedom and space to fly, it has the opportunity to be a deeply rewarding, incredibly loving and spiritually awakening relationship for both involved.

A connection with an empath can be a blessing and one of the greatest gifts from the universe as it offers the opportunity to look at the world through the lens of a kaleidoscope. Everything that may have once seemed normal for a relationship will be turned upside down as a new understanding and perspective is learned and the unconscious mind is preened open.

At times it may feel like being in the company of a magically gifted being who has special powers that we have been led to believe do not exist within humans. This can be both a blessing and a curse. Nothing will get past an empath as they see, feel and connect with everything at all times.

The one thing I would strongly recommend is to peel back all the layers that society labels as “norms,” “standards” and “expectations.” We are then free to discover a brand new way of existing; giving and receiving unconditional love, being fully alive in the moment, connecting deep within the core of our primal being and reigniting all the superpowers that are inherent within man.

A relationship with an empath can lead to uncovering special gifts such as intuition, energy awareness, deep connection and a brand new level of understanding the fellow man without the need for speech. All the things the modern world has tried, for far too long, to convince us we should deny.

True love can be a very difficult thing for an empath to achieve, although with the right person, with someone understanding, grounded, free spirited and trustworthy, love can be an intimate, deeply bonding, healing, fulfilling, empowering and healthy addiction that neither will want to break.

"Indigo Children" is the name given to a very special group of beings who have chosen to incarnate on our planet with a specific mission and purpose.

The name "Indigo Child" refers to the soul color of Indigo, which indicates a Master Soul who serves as a teacher or healer. Every Indigo Child will undertake this mission of teaching or healing in some way, often merely by being who he or she is.

Indigos have been coming to our planet for a long time. Some argue that Jesus and Buddha were Indigos, since their mission, on a global scale, was to teach and heal, and to shift the consciousness of humanity.

In the recent past, Indigos began to incarnate on the planet in increasing numbers after World War II, in preparation for the global shift that we are now experiencing. They incarnated among the "baby boom" generation of the fifties and were born to the "flower children" of the sixties. However, at this stage there was not a sufficient number of them on the planet to create significant changes.

Then, in the 1970s, the first generational "wave" of Indigo Children arrived. These beings are now in their late twenties and early thirties, and are the real "warrior" generation who have begun the process of challenging and shifting old systems.

They were followed in the eighties and nineties by Indigos of increasing sensitivity and refinement, until the late 1990s and early 2000s when they were joined by the Crystal Children, a different kind of spiritual warrior.



How to Recognize an Indigo

I am often asked in the course of my work how to recognize an Indigo.

The obvious answer would be to check the aura color. But no, not all Indigos have dark blue auras all the time. The term "Indigo" refers to a soul state and not to an aura color, which in the average human changes from day to day depending on mood and interest. Clairvoyants who read soul states may be able to identify Indigos.

However, it is easy to identify an Indigo by their sensitivity, creativity, spirituality and general behavioral patterns.

As children, they look much like other children, although they are often physically beautiful with penetrating eyes. They are always highly intelligent and full of questions and demands. They are energetic and active and have strong wills and a strong sense of their own value and importance. They know that they are special and that they are here to do something significant.

They are right-brain oriented, and are generally attracted to right-brain pursuits such as music, art, writing and spirituality. They love crystals and reiki and meditation and yoga.

They are very passionate and intensely loyal to their friends, of whom they often have many. They believe in honesty and communication in relationships. They are often baffled by dishonesty and manipulation and other forms of selfish behavior deemed normal by their elders.

Their attitude towards money is either to reject it as unnecessary or to be very aware of its power and to seek, often successfully, to create affluence for themselves.

A key feature of Indigos is often anger. They will not be ordered around by so-called "authority figures". On a deep level, Indigos do not recognize "authority". They know we are all equal, and so they are enraged by those who assume authority and behave dictatorially, whether they are parents, teachers or bosses.

This is where they are important as teachers - they are teaching us to own our own power and to respect ourselves, by not giving away our power to those who demand it.

They are teaching us further to value our creative and spiritual selves and not to place so much value on material success.

1 Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2 Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3 Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4 Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.

5 Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.

6 Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.

7 Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race. Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)

8 Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. 8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides). Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning. 8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies. 8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9 Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".

10 Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.

11 Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.

12 Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.

13 A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing. Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.

14 Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.

15 Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

16 Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes -- sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

17 A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!

18 Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.

19 Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extroverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."

20 Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.

21 A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.

22 A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are prayers. There is nothing to fear.

23 Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.

24 A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.

25 A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.

26 "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.

27 You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here

28 You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.

29 Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.

30 Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!

31 Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.

32 Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.

33 Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire. Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.

34 Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.

35 Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.

36 Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.

37 A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

38 Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.

39 Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.

40 Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.

41 Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.

42 Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.

43 Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face -- past life or parallel life.

44 Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.

45 Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.

46 Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

47 Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.

48 Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.

49 Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)

50 A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable. Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....

51 Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences. Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.

Many in our world today are awakening to the true essence of Yoga and the benefits of practicing yoga regularly. The Truth, in many ways is emerging in our realities making concepts easier to grasp and put in motion. Starting Yoga at an early age has its own rewards and in this post we'll speak about some of these guidelines we could share with our children to help them build strength and endurance as they mature.

For beginners, Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj' meaning 'to unite' or 'to integrate'. In other words, Yoga symbolizes the union of Human Consciousness with Universal or Cosmic Consciousness. In some ways, practicing Yoga helps us dissolve the illusions of the Ego (An illusion of a separate self) and helps us awaken to our true nature in a non-dualistic way. Just so beautifully true, isn't it ... :)

Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. We usually don't think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are. The bustling pace of our children's lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy—and usually not for the better.

I have found that yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive. Fostering cooperation and compassion—instead of opposition—is a great gift to give our children.

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.

When yogis developed the asanas many thousands of years ago, they still lived close to the natural world and used animals and plants for inspiration—the sting of a scorpion, the grace of a swan, the grounded stature of a tree. When children imitate the movements and sounds of nature, they have a chance to get inside another being and imagine taking on its qualities. When they assume the pose of the lion (Simhasana) for example, they experience not only the power and behavior of the lion, but also their own sense of power: when to be aggressive, when to retreat. The physical movements introduce kids to yoga's true meaning: union, expression, and honor for oneself and one's part in the delicate web of life.




A Child's Way

Yoga with children offers many possibilities to exchange wisdom, share good times, and lay the foundation for a lifelong practice that will continue to deepen. All that's needed is a little flexibility on the adult's part because, as I quickly found out when I first started teaching the practice to preschoolers, yoga for children is quite different than yoga for adults.

Six years ago, I had my first experience teaching yoga to kids at a local Montessori school. I looked forward to the opportunity with confidence—after all, I'd been teaching yoga to adults for quite a while, had two young children of my own, and had taught creative writing for several years in various Los Angeles schools. But after two classes with a group of 3 to 6-year-olds, I had to seriously reevaluate my approach. I needed to learn to let go (the very practice I had been preaching for years) of my agenda and my expectations of what yoga is and is not.

When I began to honor the children's innate intelligence and tune in to how they were instructing me to instruct them, we began to co-create our classes. We used the yoga asanas as a springboard for exploration of many other areas—animal adaptations and behavior, music and playing instruments, storytelling, drawing—and our time together became a truly interdisciplinary approach to learning. Together we wove stories with our bodies and minds in a flow that could only happen in child's play.

The kids began to call me Mrs. Yoga, and I called them Yoga Kids. We continued to work and play together until our creations bloomed into a program called YogaKids. The program combines yogic techniques designed especially for children using Dr. Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. Gardner, an author and professor of education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, describes eight intelligences innate in all of us—linguistic, logical, visual, musical, kinesthetic, naturalistic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal—and emphasizes that children should be given the opportunity to develop and embody as many of these as possible.

In keeping with this theory, YogaKids integrates storytelling, games, music, language, and other arts into a complete curriculum that engages the "whole child." We employ ecology, anatomy, nutrition, and life lessons that echo yogic principles of interdependence, oneness, and fun. Most of all, our program engages the entire mind, body, and spirit in a way that honors all the ways children learn.



Taking the Practice Home

If you're planning to teach yoga to kids, there are a few general things to know that will enhance your experience. The greatest challenge with children is to hold their attention long enough to teach them the benefits of yoga: stillness, balance, flexibility, focus, peace, grace, connection, health, and well-being. Luckily, most children love to talk, and they love to move—both of which can happen in yoga. Children will jump at the chance to assume the role of animals, trees, flowers, warriors. Your role is to step back and allow them to bark in the dog pose, hiss in the cobra, and meow in cat stretch. They can also recite the ABCs or 123s as they are holding poses. Sound is a great release for children and adds an auditory dimension to the physical experience of yoga.

Children need to discover the world on their own. Telling them to think harder, do it better, or be a certain way because it's good for them is not the optimal way. Instead, provide a loving, responsive, creative environment for them to uncover their own truths. As they perform the various animal and nature asanas, engage their minds to deepen their awareness. When they're snakes (Bhujangasana), invite them to really imagine that they're just a long spine with no arms and legs. Could you still run or climb a tree? In Tree Pose (Vrksasana), ask them to imagine being a giant oak, with roots growing out of the bottoms of their feet. Could you stay in the same position for 100 years? If you were to be chopped down, would that be OK? Would it hurt?

When they stretch like a dog, balance like a flamingo, breathe like a bunny, or stand strong and tall like a tree, they are making a connection between the macrocosm of their environment and the microcosm of their bodies. The importance of reverence for all life and the principle of interdependence becomes apparent. Children begin to understand that we are all made of the same "stuff." We're just in different forms.

Think of yourself as a facilitator rather than a teacher. Guide your children while simultaneously opening your heart and letting them guide you. They'll no doubt invite you into a boundless world of wonder and exploration. If you choose to join them, the teaching/learning process will be continually reciprocal and provide an opportunity for everyone to create, express themselves, and grow together.

• Mother Nature's Child : A Film About Growing Outdoors

The shift in human consciousness which was rumored to make some sort of a magical climax in December 2012, is not a hoax or a fairy tale some of us gullible folks have falsely bought into. This evolution evident in the rapid DNA changes is testimony to the fact that we are progressing as a species ...

This is a telephone interview with Diane Cooper which took place just prior to Drunvalo’s travels to Europe in March 1999. Because Drunvalo was excited about so many things we chose to focus on one of Drunvalo’s favorite subjects... children.

Diane: So Drunvalo... who are these "Children of the New Dream" that you are so excited about?

Drunvalo: Well there are 3 different kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been able to identify.

• The first are called the "Super Psychic Children of China"
• 
  
• The second are called the "Indigo Children"
• 
  
• The third are called the "Children of AIDS"

The first one, the "Super Psychics of China", we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember, the first one was discovered in 1984 when a child was found who was psychic beyond belief. Researchers conducted every psychic test you could imagine and he was 100% correct every time. You could turn cards over in another room and that didn’t matter. He could perfectly know what was on the card.

So Omni magazine went to China and wrote an article on this discovery. They found one child and then another. When they went in 1984 they assumed it was a hoax so they did experiments like putting 100 kids in a room and taking a book and randomly pulling out a page. They would crumple it up and stick it under their arm. These kids could read every word on the page.

They did test after test, and the response was flawless. The phenomena didn’t stop there. These kids are not just in China. They have spread all over the world. I personally have been talking to parents who ask me, "...what do we do.. I have a kid who knows everything?" I believe Lee Carroll is calling the children being born here in the U.S. "the Indigo Children". I personally think the two groups are coming from the same source, however, I don’t know that for sure. There appears to be two separate groups, incredibly psychic and amazing.

It is the third group that I am most interested in - the Children of AIDS. About 10 or 11 years ago in the US, there was a baby born with AIDS. They tested him at birth and at 6 months and he tested positive for AIDS. They tested him a year later and he still tested positive. Then they didn’t test him again until he was 6, and what was amazing is that this test showed that he was completely AIDS free! In fact, there was no trace that he ever had AIDS or HIV whatsoever!

He was taken to UCLA to see what was going on and those tests showed that he didn’t have normal human DNA. In the human DNA we have 4 nucleic acids that combine in sets of 3 producing 64 different patterns that are called codons. Human DNA all over the world always has 20 of these codons turned on and the rest of them are turned off, except for 3 which are the stop and start codes, much like a computer. Science always assumed that the ones that were turned off were old programs from our past. I’ve always seen them like application programs in a computer. Anyway... this boy had 24 codons turned on - 4 more than any other human being. Then they tested this kid to see how strong his immune system was.

They took a very lethal dose of AIDS in a petri dish and mixed it with some of his cells and his cells remained completely unaffected. They kept raising the lethalness of the composition and finally went up to 3,000 times more than what was necessary to infect a human being and his cells stayed completely disease free. Then they started testing his blood with other things like cancer and discovered that this kid was immune to everything! Then they found another kid with these codons turned on - then another one - then another one - then 10,000, then 100,000, then a million of them - and at this point, UCLA, by watching world-wide DNA testing, estimates that 1% of the world has this new DNA. That breaks down to approximately 60 million people who are not human by the old criteria.

Diane: Is this new codon activation found only in newborn children?

Drunvalo: Well, it’s mostly children, but now they are finding adults with it too - just like the hundredth monkey theory. Now all kinds of people are being affected by it and it’s spreading fast. Remember, it started just 5 years ago with almost no one and now it’s spreading - just like a disease. It’s like an outbreak and this is only the beginning.

The other part of this concerns the new book entitled "Cracking the Bible Code" - which has to do with running the Hebrew Books of the Bible through a specialized computer program. If you go to page 164 of this book, it shows where these researchers put the word ’AIDS’ into the program to see what would happen. When they did, the program translation provided words like "HIV", "in the blood", "the immune system", "death" - all the things you would think you’d see around the word AIDS, but down in the corner was this sentence that they didn’t understand and it said - "the end of disease", and that is what I believe is happening here.

Science has stated that there are so many people showing up with this new alien DNA that they now believe that a new human race is being born on the earth today and apparently they can’t get sick. Now what is really incredible - they believe that it is a very specific emotional, mental body response - a waveform coming off the body that is causing the DNA to mutate in a certain way.

I’ve sat with Gregg Braden who was one of the first persons to write about this and what we believe is that there are 3 parts to this phenomenon.

The first part is the mind that sees unity. It sees the Flower of Life. It sees everything interconnected in all ways. It doesn’t see anything as separate.

And the second part is being centered in the heart - to be loving.


And the third thing is to step out of polarity - to no longer judge the world. As long as we are judging the world as good or bad, then we are inside polarity and remain the fallen state. I believe these people (with the new DNA) have somehow stepped out of judging and are in a state where they see everything as one and feeling Love.

Whatever they are doing within themselves is producing a waveform that when seen on computer screens looks almost identical to the DNA molecule. So the researchers think that by the very expression of their life that these people are mapping with the DNA - resonating it - and are changing these 4 codons and in so doing become immune to the disease.

What they don’t know and this is where a lot of research gets to happen is so maybe they are immune, but is there anything else? They might be immortal, who knows. Maybe there are other characteristics that we haven’t even dreamed of. I often wonder if they are all linked together? Is there some form of telepathic connection that goes on?

Diane: Have you met any of these people? Are they accessible?

Drunvalo: Well, I’ve known about this for over two years and I have personally followed this path and I think I’ve moved into what they are doing. I have gone into the merkabah and asked my subconscious mind to change my codons in the same way and ever since I began to do this over two years ago, I haven’t been able to get sick. I don’t know if I’ve been able to change them or not. I guess the only way I’d know is with a DNA test.

However, I’ve been exposed to all kinds of things and when someone gets sick I purposely get close to them and try to get it. I’ve been trying to get sick - and I can’t. I feel something come on - it will last maybe an hour and then it’s gone.

What is interesting is that hardly any of this new DNA is found in the Super Psychic Children of China - almost zero. It is, however, being found in Russia and the U.S. There seems to be pockets of it and if what we are thinking is right - it has to do with a very specific response which is where most people in the New Age are headed for.

Diane: Do you think these people are creating the DNA changes unconsciously?

Drunvalo: I think someone has made the path - one child did it somewhere. Then he put it into the grids and it is now in the subconscious of the earth and is accessible to anyone. Once that happened I think somehow or another other people have connected to this on a subconscious level in deep meditation and prayer and made the change. A new race is being born and it is one of the most remarkable phenomenon that has happened on the planet! It’s incredible that no one seems to know about this until now!

Diane: Well, you are the only one I’ve ever heard speak about this.

Drunvalo: Well, I’ve been tracking this for about 2 years and I’ve waited to say anything because I wanted to make sure it was real. In the book called "The Indigo Children" there has been extensive research on these children. There are websites you can go to if you’re a parent where they begin to interview you about exactly what’s going on with your child. Like I said earlier, these kids know exactly what you’re feeling and what you’re thinking. You can’t hide anything from them. It’s really amazing! I see it as a phenomenon like the ET’s except they aren’t coming here in spaceship form - they are coming here in spirit form making it personal by coming into the earth’s evolutionary cycle and joining with us. I’ve often thought that when spirits come in on the right side of the planet - Japan, China, and Tibet for instance, the incarnating being takes on the psychic characteristics (of those people), and if they come in on the western side - the logical side (i.e., physical characteristics) - then the DNA comes in changed. But that’s just speculation on my part. I’m just looking at this and trying to understand what is occurring.

At the workshops I’m going to do in Seattle and Denver in June, I’m going to bring everything I’ve learned together and teach people to actually access this and make the change. I think I know - or I’m very close.

Diane: And that has to do with putting yourself in a certain state of consciousness?

Drunvalo: Yes, a very specific state of consciousness produces a change in your DNA - and I think it’s just the beginning of much more than that. The fact that it could be the end of disease is just a tiny bit of the total picture.

Diane: How would this particular kind of work and discovery affect the DNA activation work that seems to be popping up all over?

Drunvalo: Well, if you know your light body and you know how psychic energy works and if you understand the connection of the subconscious to all life on this planet, then you can go in and ask your subconscious. Your subconscious knows exactly which codons those kids have changed and if you ask for those things to happen through your light body and in the presence of God, it should occur. It also requires dropping polarity - no longer thinking in terms of good or bad, but seeing the wholeness and completion and perfection of life. It is a very definite mind, emotional and body response. The body response is the one where your body simply does not acknowledge good or bad, but sees that there is a higher purpose behind it all. We all know this stuff - everyone from Jesus to Krishna to Sai Baba has been talking about this for a long time, but this is the first I’m aware of where something actually is changing in the outer environment.

People’s DNA is really changing. Barbara Marciniak talked about going to the 12-strand DNA, and I’ve talked about chromosome changes. There have been many of us who have talked about this - but none of this had been seen by science. Now it has been seen and it has been documented.

Diane: So, if that’s the case, then what significance does that have on our lives today?

Drunvalo: I believe that all of us have the choice to follow this particular pattern that the children have set up or not. It is said that the children will lead the way. If we wish to and we trust these children, as I do - one of the side effects is the immunity to disease.

Diane: There are a lot of us who are choosing immortality. However, some people would say that to be immune to disease is also to upset the life/death cycle which has supposedly helped to keep the planet in balance. How would you answer that?

Drunvalo: Well, I just don’t judge it. This is happening and if it is going to upset the cycle and it probably will in some way - everything that is occurring in life has a reason and purpose for it. Perhaps these people who don’t get sick anymore - perhaps they won’t even die anymore and maybe their consciousness is so aligned with the original purpose of earth that ultimately it would mean an earth that is whole and complete and not one that is polluted and deadly and over taxed. We could easily live with 6 billion people or 20 billion... if... we live differently. There is plenty of space and it’s just that we are using our resources in ways that are killing the planet. If we were to choose to live in different ways, that might change. Maybe through these people the answers might become apparent.

For someone to move into a state where they are immune to disease is a very powerful indication that they are definitely in harmony with life somehow. We can equate this process with the mutation of bacteria and viruses. We attack their systems with pollutants such as penicillin for instance, and it kills them all except for a few. Those few get stronger. Now what’s happening is that these bacteria are getting to the place where they are immune to the poisons we are giving them. And have we not done the same thing? We are mutating to a point where we are not affected by pollution or viruses or by disease. And you know, there is another thing that happened last year - AIDS dropped something like 47% - the largest drop of a single disease in the history of the world. I believe that it had a lot to do with this very thing we are talking about.

Diane: That’s exciting!

Drunvalo: Yes, it is. I just let the earth prompt me where to go. Of course, it is important to know our light bodies and how to use them, but the children are very carefully saying - come this way - and see where this leads.

Diane: So is this what your future workshops will be focused on?

Drunvalo: Yes. I will be putting everything I’ve learned in the last two years from my research and the Earth/Sky work, into a simple response where anyone can move into the place that the children accessed. I’ll do my best!

Narrator: How does the universe work? Does good and bad exist? Do we really know all of humanity's history? How did the Human Being appear? Does God exist? What is the Spirit? What is going to happen in 2012? Who are the Indigo children? Did Atlantis exist? Where do we come from? Where are we going? What is the meaning of it all?


Imagine there were an explanation to all these questions, for all that happens. An explanation that unites science and faith that could explain both, physical and spiritual. Imagine that someone begins to remember that conception of the Universe and that person remembers his life and other lives before being born. He remembers people, remembers beings, remembers missions and aims, and remembers the structure of everything we know, think and feel as the Universe.

This is a summary if the basic concepts of our existence, how we are made, how our context works, the truths and structures of the things we think we understand about the great importance of things we ignore in life.

First Part: Someone Who Remembers

Who Am I? My name is Matias De Stefano, I am 22 years old and I'm from Venado, Tuerto, Argentina and my purpose is to remember.

Since I was 3 years old, I began to remember things before I was born to help me organize people. We are able to remember when we activate a part of our brain that unites us with all of the Cosmic memory. Everyone can do it, but some of us are specialized in it. We are allowed to remember historic events that have occurred before what humanity knows and all the Universal memory to understand, today, the processes of the planet and humanity.

At the beginning, the memories were mild, which I used to show and tell stories to my friends for them to enjoy. But after, the remembering process began to be harsher because I started to have a lot of headaches up to the point that I had to bang my head for the pain to go away. One image after another would appear, such as sentimental memories and pain. I would write about this information and these images through pictures and notes the way many Beings, who I could see, told me to do.

These are beings that are with all of us but some of us have the capacity to see them and they helped me to organize this information, to know how to use it. Really, I always took it as Matias De Stefanosomething normal. I didn't see it as anything strange until I was about 14 years old when I realized I was conscious of things that the rest of the people didn't realize and in my context, the people didn't really know it because it was something normal, until I was about 13 or 14 years old.

The only person I shared this information with was my Mom. She knew everything that was happening, although she didn't understand anything I was talking about because in my family, nobody understood anything about this. She comprehended me, she accepted that this was happening to me and she was the most important support I had to be able to not suffer the remembering.

Really, at the beginning, the aim wasn't very clear. I even used to doubt if I was schizophrenic because of all the things I could remember, because sometimes it didn't have a lot of meaning. There were a lot of loose memories and I thought it was to allow me to tell stories, to write, live and eat from selling books. I didn't understand very well what it was for, what I did know is that it used to drive me to desperation, and it had a lot of relation with something that was going to happen in my future life. Although later on, when the information started to organize itself in my mind when the information started to organize itself, I started to realize that it was going to allow me to help other people to organize their information, …Cosmic information, terrestrial information, spiritual information... everything matched together, and a lot of things could be explained through simple things I could remember.

Narrator: Amongst many other things Matias can remember, Sayonic, which is a language which he has been allowed to remember to explain, and understand the cosmological history in a close and familiar way to the people who once spoke about these subjects.

Its origins goes back to the year 9000 BC and was organized by priests who lived on the current Egyptian coast, with the aim to make people from different languages, beliefs and cultures able to understand each other in a nation of freedom.

My Mission

What I have come to say with my memories, the message for the people, is not really a message.  The only thing I can tell them is to calm down because we are on the right path. What I can tell the people in the best way possible is to organize their information, without saying really anything new, although for many, it's very new, without all the complexity of the Human knowledge, in a more simple way... in an easier way of understanding, through simplicity. Explaining clearer, the historical events, destroying the myths that make humanity live in desperation at the moment.

The reason why I can remember is because of my position before I was born. Actually, many of the children that are born now are able to remember although they are not able to remember most Akashic Recordsof the things... the general knowledge of things. They can remember their previous lives, where they came from, from which sun, why they came, etc... But I could remember the general knowledge of things, of history, cosmology... because I used to work in what is known on earth as the Central Akashic Records which I used to call, when I was a boy, Thamthiorgah.

Narrator: Thamthiorgah, in Sayonic language, is the place that all call Central Akashic Records. The records of information is what Matias calls the "Spinal Cord of God".  Akasha is a word with Sanskrit origins which is used to refer to a Cosmic Plan which works as a file where all events, situations, emotions and actions of a Being are recorded. That's where all the history of the planet is registered, as well as all the personal history of each of us. In these files, the purpose of life and the program of our destiny according to karma or learning experiences are registered.

My job was to work with large amounts of information, that’s why it didn't affect me that much to remember. Many who begin to remember when young, may end up autistic, schizophrenic or may even die before 13. But because I knew how to work with this information, they allowed me to remember more and more and although I suffered a lot from the age between 13 and 17, I was able to control and organize it.

My Memories

The things I could remember at the beginning were my previous lives, but soon they began to expand a lot. And some of the things I have come to organize and speak about goes back even to the beginning of the souls, back to the creation of what we know as God, the different humanities from the stars, talking about the Confederations of the Galaxy and all that, the waves of souls that were born in the different worlds, how reincarnation works, which are the systems, the Laws of the Cosmos. Also about the history of humanity, especially the unknown history.

Lemuria ... The history about Atlantis, Lemuria, the races that influenced the creation of humanity, why did they influence all of the historical processes of the Ages, until reaching Aquarius and to understand the recent process of Aquarius, all the new souls getting born in this period and why. And how we need to learn how to live on this planet and what are the procedures to follow from today and the next 200 years.

Narrator: Our environment, including things and people, the events that happen, the culture, the races and many factors of the physical life are known on earth as that which we must know, experience and discover, all to be able to live in society. And this is the ENVIRONMENT AS A MIRROR. Everything you can find outside are reflections of what we have inside.

All this information can be used by the people to organize their context, to compare the context which in they live and move around, in a moment of No-Time and No-Space, this is to understand ancient history, where we came from, where we are going and why we are here.

So to understand the context, those who need to, will help them find themselves with their own mission, their own evolution path, understanding why they are here with their own mission, their own evolution path, understanding why they are here and to know what is their script in this whole process. Always from a general point of view because to find out why each of us is here is our own problem. I'm not here to tell each person their mission, only to show the general mission of the group.

Narrator: We must learn how to make the difference between what belongs to us and what doesn't and what affects us, not because it's immoral, ugly or beautiful but because of our feeling within a relationship with other things. This process within may be done through meditation. This helps us, while closing our eyes in silence, to find not what is spiritual, but what is inside to discover ourselves.

All this information goes beyond just informing people about things that happened, about things that existed, just to have it filed in their library. It has to be used more to make people understand what is their function today.

Second Part: Another Conception of the Universe

Life can be divided into two periods to understand how it all begins. It can be explained on the etheric plane or in the physical way. Of course, when the Etheric began, the Physical didn't exist and life was interpreted another way. It was interpreted as the Essence. The Essence is run at the Spiritual level.

Narrator: The Spirit is the Essence, sparks of God's body, his Electrons. The Spirits don't have any form, they are made of pure light. They contain all the knowledge from the Origins.

solar plexus chakra ... The spirits are born from what is known here as the Source, which could be described kind of like the solar plexus chakra of God. Where all things come from, the Spiritual level is a very subtle level that doesn't even have an energetic vibration. This means it doesn't have an energetic or etheric density. It's just pure light. This pure light expands itself throughout the Universe and when it condenses itself, it become molecules, compact energy. When it compacts itself, then matter begins to form. This matter forms itself because a chaos of densities begins to happen in the Cosmic walls that generates what's known as Chaos.

Narrator: Spirits are born with 2 main functions:
1. to make all that became dense go back to the pure light...and
2. to integrate all of the experiences of the Cosmos to understand what is already known and allowing each of them to become a new God.

It expands and contracts, and in this expansion and contraction the spiritual essence has to make the matter subtle again to bring it back to its Source. That subtle process is what we call reincarnation.

The reincarnation process is to allow the Spirit to be in the matter and to bring the matter back into pure light. This means that we have to break the idea that matter is impure and the Spirits have to return to the source.

Matter is also pure and we, as Spirits, incarnate so the matter can become light again. This process is what was called, "DHUATER TUMTI KEI DHU URNUS ATERTI, which means, "Bring the Sky to Earth and give back the Light to the Sky". That phrase involves everything we are living. The process of reincarnation demands us to evolve because this whole process reaches the integration of all things.

So, all Souls and Spirits, actually Spirits, need to understand that everything happens in the Universe to be able to become another Universe.

All Spirits have to incarnate. How do they do it? Through another dense energy which is known as the Soul.

Narrator: The Soul is the closest dense vehicle that Spirit has. This is composed by different energies, that's why it's dense because it's not ONLY pure light. Its body is well known as the Chakras: Base, Sacral, Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. These are the energetic glands that allow the Spirit to connect with the maximum density: Matter. Each Chakra corresponds with each gland in the physical body.

The Soul is created in the cells of what we know as God and they are Etheric accumulations which are capable of vibrating with the level of the matter. This allows the pure light to go into the matter to evolve and understand all the existence in the Being which we call God… to be able to be another God. And this is possible through experience, the experience of living what exists in the Universe in all its aspects, in each of its dimensions.

In this moment, we are going through the 3rd dimension, so we are integrating the experience of living in the 3rd dimension. We have this experience thanks to the organization that has been created in the Universe which is through matter and the decomposition of matter. The deterioration of the matter is what allows the experience in the Universe, and we call this the deterioration of time.

Time is an essence that exists to deteriorate the matter, so it only exists in the physical world. This experience can last for years or millenniums, depending on what each Soul and Spirit needs to learn as a whole.

Evolution

Narrator: The evolution has a wide history which can be found in the Soul, and can be used by the Spiritual Beings to practice in the physical worlds. There are various steps to become what we are today.

There are different types of incarnations. We know the human one the best. But actually, the different incarnations begin in the energetic levels.

First a Spirit has to practice the energy and incarnate in what's known as a Soul. First adapting itself to the features of a Soul, and to learn how to manipulate what a Soul Being is.

After that, it starts to practice the incarnations in the molecule and gas level.

Narrator: As Spirits, we must first practice the least dense to incarnate and this is the adaptation to a Soul. The densification of things allows us to understand the fluidity of the physical things inside the dense worlds.

The maximum density allows us to know how matter feels and to recognize our limits in the physical world. Plants allow us to understand the channeling of divine light and how to anchor into the earth. For this to happen, we must practice the photosynthesis process for a long time and integrate it day by day.

Being animals allows us to learn the movement and control of our body, decision making, instinct, interaction with the rest of Beings and communication.

Being rational animals allows us to practice spirituality, meditation through recreational activities, culture and the sense of family.

Human Being:

After it's the moment to learn, through approximately 70 lives, the unification between Earth and Sky, taking into consideration all of what we have learned before. This is the last physical level, together with the extraterrestrial.

Angels & Beings from the 7th dimension:

In this level, the evolution changes. Here they work in service of the physical worlds, using their experience to guide who is going through physical density.

After the 7th dimension starts another type of evolution, which is more etherical. This means that the Beings who already went through the physical levels start to incarnate in etheric levels because they were able to illuminate their matter and ascend through matter.

When one ascends through matter, a new evolution process begins because his body has already become light. Now, their process is to help who is lower down, to say it somehow, and to make them understand the process of illumination of matter like the ones we know as Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad and many others that were born and are not so well known in our society.

But their evolution continues going up until they reach the 15th dimension where they incorporate all that essence in the different dimensions to understand the integration of that essence.

All this process takes us to what I called in one of my writings as Lumina, which is the Etherical level par excellence of pure light. This process is difficult to describe with words because it does not correspond with our evolution level or our dimensional level. So, the only thing I can say about this is that it exists but we must not worry about it.

THE DIMENSIONS

The first dimension we know is the initial point. They are all of the little dots we see in the sky which we call Prana. They're dots of light that shape and create all things.

The 2nd dimension is the projection of those dots of light. For example, something visible for us in the 2nd dimension are shadows.

After the shadow multiplies itself to the sides, that creates the vibration of 3rd dimension with depth, and this is the plane we live in today. This is based especially in geometry.

The 2nd dimension can be understood as the drawings in numerology, in the mathematical level, and the 3rd dimension can be understood as geometry.

After the 4th dimension is sacred geometry. This means the application of geometry in a vibrational level. It's a moment where matter starts to understand that there is no time or space. The only thing that exists is the here and now.

The 5th dimension goes further than sacred geometry because it understands the essence of sacred geometry. This means the understanding that each geometrical block completes another form of a Being. This means that each of us forms another.

Although today in the 3rd dimension, we have the understanding or theory of that we have still not reached the assimilation of this.

The 6th dimension is a projection of all the totality of existing things in the integration level. How is this understood? The 6th dimension is where everything is possible. This is the next level where the minds of the autistic live in, for example. It is a level where one creates its own reality, where one can create their own geometry.

The 7th dimension is the integration of that geometry in pure light. It's a level where the Beings lose their faces, to become, simply, a guide and they go to a christic level. A christic level of vibration that goes up to the 10th dimension, more or less. In these planes is where, what's known as, our Cosmic Fathers or Pleiadian extraterrestrials live. They are beings that can go from one dimension to another easily. They are beings that can go from one dimension to another easily. In those dimensions one can do this, being visible in the 3rd or 9th dimension.

The rest of the dimensions are difficult for the human mind to understand. For example, the 11th dimension is where everything moves around like placentas. All the vibration moves like a swell of energies that make up everything.

Narrator: In the universe, the orders, judgments, archangels, seraphs, guides and many other Beings from high dimensions in a subtle way, carry out the function of politicians. They are the ones that control the order of the people, of the worlds and help their social welfare to direct their economy, allow them to freely learn, they move around the worlds to help the community and its evolution.

Beyond those hierarchies, this does not necessarily mean that they are superior. To be in higher dimensions does not mean to be superior nor above anyone or anything like that. What it means is different types of vibration, different vibrational levels. There are many Beings from the 15th dimension that need to learn things from the 3rd dimension. This means they are not integrated yet. This does not mean they are superior, it just means they are different.

In the Universe, there is a dimensional hierarchy that moves this way but this is just to organize the patterns of the universal function. Actually, all of them exist in the same level. This means that here where my hands are, all the dimensions are happening at the same time. But my conscience only allows me to see the 3rd dimension.

GOOD AND BAD

This does not mean better or worse.

Narrator: In the sky, the economy is energy-given and simple. This is understood as the fluidity of energy and information. This is the exchange of essences, Karmic agreements, borrowing of history and the exchange of energy all in such a subtle level that is practically imperceptible. What we know as evil, which is not really evil, can even reach higher dimensions like the 18th, for example, to keep the balance between Giving and Receiving.

Every energetic system works by not leaving a single empty space. If someone gives, he has to receive immediately and is now seen as something negative and dark by humanity. This takes us into the next theme:

GOOD AND BAD

The Light Beings established the economy in the physical worlds so the Souls could move around and survive with the exchange of needs. It does not mean evil, it's just another was of working, another way of evolving.

Light evolves through freedom, self-control, free will and support, and allows a lot of time for the process. On the other hand, "evil", or darkness, is another way of evolving by establishing deadlines.

Quick deadlines: You have to learn this in a year. If you don't, something bad will happen. So, it's just another process to evolve and because humans understand things through morality, it's not a very understood level on Earth, but it's another way of evolving quicker and many people decide to choose it.

Third Part: THE UNKNOWN HISTORY

Narrator: In school, we are taught that history started in 3000 BC. The way we know about history is through sources that have survived through time. But even things we thought we knew 40 years ago, now are found out to be lies. How do we know that the historians knew what happened in 3000 BC?

THE CREATION

Inside this whole dimensional process of evolution, we can find the historical process inside the 3rd dimension. This process starts about 6000 million years ago, but for humans, it's more recent...about 30 million years ago.

The process of the creation of humanity was programmed first through genetics by the beings who transmute the genetic information and evolution. These are the Beings we call Eternal Beings or Nature Spirits.

These Beings project all the forms that emanate from God in the physical worlds. So, really, Darwin's theory is true, although there is a detail that is missing.

There are many races on this planet like vegetable, animals and also humans which are not originally from this planet, but are mutations or historical additions on this planet. All these Beings were brought here for an evolutionary need.

Human's history begins on this planet around 24,000 BC., when the 1st prototypes of humanity were created, who are known as Adam & Eve, although Eve was not the 1st woman, it was Lilith. But there were already humans on Earth. They were not actually the first. They were the 1st prototype of the humans we know, the ones that were most similar to us. They were quickly created because there was a cultural addition, to say it somehow, from other planets that helped the human race to become what it is.

Why did they do it? It was not a random event. It's not that humans were made by extraterrestrials and not from God, like some people say but the Divine Plan from the Angelic Level was in contact with the Beings from the 9th dimension, who are also extraterrestrial, and they passed over the Angelic Plans to the physical worlds through Beings who are connected through the spiritual world. And they followed the Plan according to the needs of the Cosmology.

Narrator: Behind the history of humanity, a story of conspiracy started to unfold, both terrestrial and extraterrestrial, about the control of this widely rich and varied world, known today as the stories of the Reptilians, Rigelians and Illuminati, amongst many others.

Planet Earth was going through important changes with invasions of other races which were not positive for the planet like the renowned Reptilians. These Reptilians were negative for the Earth's evolution, so the Galactic Federations, who are the Beings who have a close relationship with the Beings from Angelic levels, projected over humanity, which was growing a new humanity, creating what we know as the human prototype who we are today.

This human prototype is a copy of the Angels idea from the etheric emanation, on the Earth through the extraterrestrial. This is where our history begins.

HUMANITY'S HISTORY

Narrator: The problem is that history and time are circular. This means that events repeat themselves differently but with the same patterns. History should not be taken as a list to know what happened until our days, it should be understood as a complex camouflaged order that shows us the mistakes that can repeat themselves.

Obviously, it's very different than the way it's taught in class, although it has already started to come out. The problem of this history is that it can be read over and over and it's very sensationalistic and rigid in some points. This was like this, or like this, and there is NO other opinion. Or there is a conspiracy or a plot behind humanity.

In reality, it is not exactly like this. We should not create a schizoid persecutory delirium with humanity's history. Humanity's history happened this way because it had to happen this way and all the problems that have been created happened to allow the change of humanity and the evolution of consciousness in humanity…and created specific work in an area. That’s why humanity is governed because of the constellations, which began from the Ages, which lasts for about 2,160 years.

THE AGES

Narrator: Earth spins around the sun in a process which lasts about 365 days, but at the same time, our Sun spins around another sun which is a lot bigger, called Syria, about every 26,000 years. As a year on Earth, the Sun's year has its seasons, equinoxes, solstices and ages, too. This has an influence on the historic events on Earth.

The Solar year we are going through began approximately 21,210 BC, with the Age of Capricornia.

The 1st prototypes that were created were the ones we know as Lemurians, which I call Lomiom. Lomiom belonged to the whole Pacific. It's a race that created lemuria, how we know it today... well, how some know it.

After many historical problems, Atlantis started to develop in the Atlantic, which, since I was small, I called Gefislion. This country extended itself through the whole Atlantic Ocean and created, on the warm part of the planet, loads of civilizations and colonies which helped to organize the planet and kept it in the direction of the Cosmic Plan.

Narrator: How did some civilizations begin to write with complexity overnight?

How, after only 1,000 years of human civilization, the Egyptians began to build monuments so spectacularly calculated and designed from mathematics?

In only 10 years, how were so many Gods created to worship?

Why are there pyramids all over the world, including ones in America and Japan which are very similar to the Egyptian ones, if in theory, they did not go past the red Sea and the Mediterranean?

Why has the Sphinx shown degradation for over 9,000 years, when the Egyptologists say it was built only 5,000 years ago?

All these civilizations that went from 13,000 to 6,000 BC, tried to apply a system of terrestrial balance and human information. This is how the whole plan of building the pyramids and the old temples, began, and today, there are only a few remainders left.

The pyramids are thought to be tombs but were never tombs.

Narrator : The first civilizations, such as Lemuria, Atlantis, Mayans and Doors of the Sun, are the ones from which many other civilizations were created in 10,000 BC.

Later on, humanity had to go through another type of evolution which was not so much stellar than having to work the Earth and humanity in itself, the cultures and the rest. That's why, since Taurus, 3000 BC, the history that we are allowed to remember began.

Humanity's history, the beginning of "Civilization" for the many teachers. This began in Egypt, where humans started to practice spirituality through society. Having it clear that the history we know goes through Taurus, Aries and Pisces, the Age we are going through now, we can understand that the history develops itself according to the energies that flow from the Cosmos to the planets, in our case, Earth.

This energetic pressure that comes from the stars guides the events that happen on Earth, mainly because everything is interconnected.

Narrator: The energy of the Cosmic environments are factors that might mold the energy of the Soul so that it holds on to the Physical body with one intention: to learn and fulfill its mission in this specific moment. This is why the Cosmic Order determines our steps to take, our history, our map and route, our feelings, relationships, gifts and so many other aspects to create the necessary mechanisms to allow us to learn and carry out what we had agreed to do before we were born.

Once we arrive at the dawn of the sun, what we know as 2012, the intention of the Ages in the cycle changes so all the vibration of the worlds, that are those stars, also change.

What does this mean? It's like when the spring begins. So, everything that has been worked through the "known" history starts to open to a type of history which is totally unknown. Not because the world is going to go through a horrible change, but because there is an increase in the vibration and the energy coming from the sun. And this makes the Earth transform its energetic vibration.

Indigo

When this energy level changes, it vibrates in a different way. When it vibrates in a different way, it changes color. The vibration level of a planet creates a different color due to the emanation of the heat. And all the Souls have to adapt to that color. And the color that is vibrating today on the Earth is what is known as Indigo.

Today, people talk a lot about the Indigo children. It's not a group of Souls that come with an indigo suit or some sort of indigo spiritual level. They are just new souls that are coming to work on Earth during this period, and to be able to be born on the Earth they need this indigo color to be able to work within the vibration of the Earth.

Demystifying the story that many books have created about "special" kids, "indigo" kids, and nobody else is indigo than that percentage of indigo children. It's not this way, really, it's Earth that is vibrating in indigo.

What does this indigo color mean? Indigo is the color of the 3rd eye, which we know as the eye of visions.

Narrator: This color is transmutation, and the Souls have come to create in the way that adapts best to each of them. If their context is aggressive or very passive, they will create changes through aggressiveness and by breaking ideas in the family level. They will do it through sexuality, politics, vandalism, art, indifference and tribalism, even though pure and possessive love. But they will change everything because it's their mission: change things to create the context that is needed.

They also transmute the vision of what is, transform the vision, create ideas, creativity. So they work in these levels: creativity and idealism, but changing this creativity and idealism, because they transmute. So everything that is born on planet Earth starts to transmute.

This transmutation happens through different ways... through aggressiveness, conflicts between societies, transformation through kicking or tranquility. Through action and non-action, both are very useful for their universe. So this vibration makes everything that comes new into the planet, vibrate with it.

Any soul being that comes to Earth, when the curtains start to shift in the 1980's, becomes indigo. This means every tree, stone, animal and human that is born from the 80's is already indigo. It's not a special group. The "group" that is seen as special depends on the vibratory level that one has when coming to Earth, but not because that it is indigo, but because of the specialty that each one has on that level, this is what makes each human different. This is why some of the Indigos are warriors, others creative, some totally peaceful and others just ignore everything.

For example, they don't necessarily have to believe in God or talk about the Universe just because they are indigo. Indigo is a vibration that transmutes, an indigo could do it through the economy or politics without believing in God.

Narrator: It has nothing to do with spirituality; it has to do with vibration. The classification of Souls has to do with the vibration, and the amount depends on their types of vision. All of them have agreed what they have to achieve in this world, but the only thing they depend on to achieve their mission is for the adults to stop worrying about their well-being and education. The best way that they can help them is by forgetting about them and to start listening to themselves.

The Crystal, in comparison to the Indigo, is a being that comes from the Christic levels... they are the hundreds of thousands of little Christs that have come to fulfill the mission of unconditional love. And they are the generations that started to come since 2000.

The Souls that practice more spirituality are the Crystal children; they have also come to this Age as a group of Avatars, as they are called today.

They are a Soul group that has come here to work spirituality through harmony. This means a spirituality that does not have to relate to God or Angels, but with the harmony of societies and the person within.

Fourth Part: THE NEW TIME

Narrator: The education, no matter how many changes it has gone through in history, it always had the essence to teach how to learn on Earth, PHYSICAL EDUCATION: to adapt to the physical world, PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY: to learn about the formation of things, ECONOMY AND NATURAL SCIENCES: to manage resources to survive, MATHEMATICS AND TECHNOLOGY: about the logic of God's body, LANGUAGES: about the communication between Beings, PSYCHOLOGY AND ETHICS: about the relationship with Beings.

Education should help us to adapt to the world, to consciously learn how to live with the world, to learn about ourselves and the rest as a whole.

The problem that society is having now is, "what must I do with these indigo children?" Should we close them in school, let them destroy the world? What must adults do with the indigo children, and what must the indigo children do with the adults?

The indigo children have come to transmute whatever they can, so they are going to do it at the beginning, through what we think is non-action. What non-action really does is to stop the social flow, stop the movement; it's like a counter-action of what one expects as an indigo revolution. The idea of having to create something new is not the first reaction of an indigo. The first reaction is to sit down and do nothing that promotes a system. So to create an education and society for an indigo child is very difficult. This difficulty is something that the adults are going to have to face for at least the next 2 decades.

When people start to see that any type of teaching system they try is going to fail somehow, because the indigo have not come to stay on the planet, the indigo vibration changes the context for what's going to stay after.

So what has to be done is to allow them to express their creativity of change in the best ways possible. It has to be totally flexible for their generation, for their creation and work on planet Earth.

Narrator: For this to happen it is necessary to break the education systems we are used to, which is based on memorizing, competition, abuse of authority, lack of creativity and imagination. The importance of what's mental over what comes from the emotions. A new system should base itself on the emotions, learning through experimentation and discovery that encourages integration.

This is what can adapt best to an indigo's vibration, because it hasn't got a system that directly conducts the learning of the person. It's a wide system that accepts any type of system, ancient, modern and even future. It allows an extension of the vision of learning that goes further than just educating. It goes towards the integration of the Human Being, from when one is born until one dies.

It allows every pedagogical system to unite and debate, not to create a new school, but to create a new way of learning. It goes further than what any of us have had to come and work for in the education. This is actually why us indigos and crystals have come here for: to learn and to help learn. To learn and to help learn, and nothing else.

Narrator: Where did we learn about the ecosystems? Visiting a forest or with a photograph in a book?

Where did we learn about how to use our bodies? Dancing and playing or in a notebook with complex words?

How do we learn a language? Writing and reading or communicating ourselves with a group?

How do we learn the Theorem of Pythagoras? Memorizing the formula or discovering it the same way Pythagoras did?

We know that the Earth spins around the sun, but do we ever look up at the sky trying to understand why?

So learning happens through practice and experience, not theorizing. The theory is only useful to understand a part of what's important. Some tools with which one can work with an indigo child: well, more than work, is to help guide so they can fulfill their mission, is that everything they teach, that is useful, for example, things they have to do at home, school or in society, must be applicable inside the school, house and society. They mustn’t teach useless things like learning every bone in the body, every element in the cell or complex mathematics.

We are Beings (indigo/crystal) that come from the 6th to 13th dimension, to try to promote the 4th and 5th dimension inside the 3rd. If they close us in a class to teach us mathematics of the 2nd dimension, when we are promoting the 5th, it's a bit difficult. So everything that is taught should be applicable to the everyday life, because that is really where our job is, where we must all work.

Now the world can be seen in the 4th dimension, it's wide and circular towards all directions. So to use a blackboard to give the information is not a positive thing, but it would be to use the walls, it's a tool, all the kids now write on the walls. What they use the least is the blackboard of the class.

Also, they must be taught to not feel afraid of nature, the dark, thunder, wind... this would help them a lot to move in the integration of things and not in the polarity of things.

But the most important thing to manage this is obviously the parents and teachers. They are the first ones that have to change their vision, and the first ones that have to break with their concepts about sociability. This means, the parents for us... stop being parents. Parents really should start to be guides. Guides of life, not to tell us what must be done and how. They should give advice about what is best to do, so to be a guide or companion.

The same with the teacher, he shouldn't be someone who tells you what you have to learn. The teacher should be someone who learns with the student, a learning companion. Someone with who you can reach an argument to learn, and it doesn't matter how much one thinks they know about something, there is always something new to understand. And it must be learned together.

So to take into consideration that the parents must become guides, and the teachers must become companions.

2012

Narrator: According to the Mayan calendar, time divides itself in cycles which have a beginning and an end. Also, other cultures have calculated the cycles within which humanity moves. All of them have calculated the exact dates when an Age would change. The Age we are in now, according to the calendars, finishes on the 21st of December, 2012.

Indigo children, indigo, atlantis, 2012, Spirit, Matias De Stefano, Matias, De Stefano, spiritual, Akashic Records, Aquarius, chakra, Spirit, ascends, vibration, 3rd eye, a Soul group, Soul group, Angels, December 21st, December 21, December, 21, 21st, Age of Aquarius2012, a year that people are speaking about so much, December 21, 2012, especially, is an equinox.  It's the Sun entering its Spring. Earth enters into Spring on September 21st in the southern hemisphere. On December 21st, 2012, its the Sun that goes into its Spring, so it starts to blossom.

My advice to everyone for 2012 is to stay totally calm because there is no need to fear what may happen. There is no need to be catastrophic or a sensationalist. It's just an equinox. The changes can be felt days before and days after. Spring begins days before "Spring", flowers start to bloom weeks before the spring equinox. Also, there are still cold days after the Spring equinox.

So we must not think that 2012 is an absolute "day to night" change. It's just an equinox, where many things can happen. Things that so many prophets and people have been talking about, but it depends on each of us to live that reality.

He he wants to pretend to live the apocalypse, which so many people are talking about, will see it. He will live it and feel it.

He who is balanced in their conscience, heart and especially in their stomach, which is the "I am", he won't live that apocalypse, not because the extraterrestrials will take them from the planet, because he won't see the apocalypse as something destructive, but as a possibility of change.

It's just an change. Even the word apocalypse means this it's something that comes after... It's a change, so don't feel scared. Don't be afraid. Don't believe in the natural disasters that people say are going to happen because you are already living them, it has already begun.

And nobody says it's the end. The process is already happening. It's just a change. It's a moment where a period of time comes to an end. The Sun's night ends and it begins its Spring, dawn starts to break. the day begins.

This involves a huge change because the vibration changes, along with an electromagnetic change. Our brain, bodies, planet Earth and ll the systems we use like a computer, the video... work electromagnetically. Also, the Sun works through electromagnetism, so the light of the Sun may alter during the dawn of the Sun.

Why? To be concise, when one is awake at night and sees the dawn, you can feel a breeze and the birds start singing. It's a totally different atmosphere. The temperature goes down and then it suddenly goes up.

What is happening? During the dawn, everyone starts to go through a change, a regeneration. The Sun is going to go through the same process, that same breeze begins, but that breeze is electromagnetic because of the fire that the sun creates.

So it's not humanity's fault that all this is happening, it's just a cycle, a natural process of the Earth where we have all chosen to be born and to experience and help everyone who doesn't understand this change. Don't be afraid of any electromagnetic changes inside your body or if you feel dizzy. Don't worry, you are not going to explode.

Maybe you will perceive things beyond the normal vision. Maybe you will feel a lot of sudden changes in your physical and emotional structure. Some of the changes can even result in schizophrenic deliriums, but its nothing that you should worry about.

Also, these 3 days of darkness that people are talking about... if we have an electromagnetic overload, then of course the electromagnetic systems are going to fail. So yes, maybe the lights go off and there will be darkness for a period of time.

But what is the problem? Is it the end of the world? The problem is the mass hysteria. That's why we must stay calm and tranquil. That's why my advice is to not stay in big cities with a lot of people. It's not that there are going to be more disasters where there are more people because God says so... but because the people, even if nothing happens, are going to get nervous just because it's 2012.

So my advice is to stay calm and during this period, don't try to do anything else than trying to stay calm and being present on the Earth. Stay completely anchored on the earth, with your feet as though they were deeply in the ground because really, it's the only thing that is expected from us in this process.

If the wind comes, we must stay very straight so it can't push us around. It's the only thing we should do for now: stay calm.

THE DAY AFTER

After 2012 and for the next 50 years, important changes are expected to happen in economy, politics and in society, where the intention of creating things in the world is going to have to change.

There is going to be a lot of migration due to changes in one's own economy and food supply. People are going to have to move to new cities. The Poles are going to end up melting, as many people are saying, so the water levels of the oceans are going to rise. Not only the coasts, but also the inland lakes are going to raise their water levels.

Politically, there may be a bit of social disorder where we are going to have to manage the politics... and not just one politician on his own. And maybe political the climate changes are not going to allow society to restructure itself for at least 30 years.

The next 50 years are going to be the transition process.

And for those who say that in the year 2012-2014, an era of love and peace is going to begin, this is not true.

And for those who say that an end of chaos and total destruction is going to unfold, this is not true, either.

Simply, there is going to be a change, each person will see what they want to see. But we must take into consideration these factors that society is going to change a lot, not because the Universe has said so or an Angel has come to say it will be this way, but because there may be a shortage of food and water and this will make things change. The factors that will provoke the change during this transition will be very human.

Don't despair if you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel because all of us came here to live the transition, and we decided to come to experience this transition. The light is for our children and grandchildren, of the indigo generation...not the adults' generation.

Later on, things will start to organize themselves and the crystal, golden and platinum children will start to organize the new structure from 2040-2050 and will have it placed for 2080-2090, and these are the years that we will fully be in the new Age we call Aquarius.

Aquarius has already begun vibrationally, but hasn't begun geologically nor astrologically yet. We shouldn't expect a sudden change from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius.

Another thing we have to take into consideration for the future is that no one is going to want to form groups, everything is going to be very individual. So don't get frustrated if you want to create a new society in the future, because everyone is going to go their own way. This is how the Age of Aquarius works. The evolution is internal and it's not external anymore.

In the next 100 years, the transition process is going to demand an internal and individual process for each person. What one will see outside will just be the reflection of what's inside.

Narrator: In the bible, Luke 22:10, Jesus says to his disciples, "As you enter the city, a man carrying a jar of water will meet you.  Follow him to the house that he enters..." This passage clearly forecasts the transition between the Ages of fishing men (The Age of Pisces), to the Age of the water carrier, the Age of Aquarius.

The Age of Pisces characterized itself for the need of having guided groups by a person who knew or understood the path. Today, during the transition, many are expecting a Messiah to come, someone to guide them.

But during the Age of Aquarius, one is guided by oneself.  Each person will find all their answers inside themselves.

There are no masters to follow.  Nobody should tell us where to go. Now we have to guide ourselves, but how?  Who are the best "teachers" to show us how to do this?

These are the masters that have never spoken and that's why they are the best masters, the TREES. The trees are the ones that can show us the best way to live on this planet, with deep roots into the ground, a straight trunk to channel all the light from the Sun towards the Earth... and providing oxygen for everything around them so that all Beings can live with it.

Just by meditating, without closing your eyes and looking at a tree, you will understand what I am talking about. They were the first ones that came to anchor the light and that light has to consciously come back to the planet.

So be like TREES and bring the Sky back to Earth.
