Perhaps one of the most underestimated aspects of human existence is the power of our thoughts and intent. While some of us like to play victim to life’s experiences happening beyond our control, there are others who have awakened to the truth as to how we create our own reality, hence attract all that we experience in our lives, quite literally. Dr. Masaru Emoto is one such soul who shares with the world his groundbreaking discovery which clearly shows the affect of human consciousness on water molecules. We can understand this better if we can understand that all life forms , everything in the universe is inherently a vibration !


In his experiments, Dr. Emoto exposed music, words spoken, words typed, pictures and videos to Water. After it was crystallized the water showed some remarkable patterns. Positive words such as ‘Thank You’, ‘Love’, ‘Truth’, ‘Compassion’, and ‘Happiness’ gave the water molecule a beautiful crystalline structure contrary to the water molecules which were exposed to negative terminology and intent with words and phrases such as ‘hate’, ‘greed’, ‘you make me sick’ which made the structure all distorted and chaotic.

This is what Dr. Emoto has to say about his experiments with water … "It was 1994 when the idea to freeze water and observe it with a microscope came upon me. With this method, I was convinced that I should be able to see something like snow crystals."

After two months of trial and error, this idea bore fruit. The beautifully shining hexagonal crystals were created from the invisible world. My staff at the laboratory and I were absorbed in it and began to do many researches.

At first, we strenuously observed crystals of tap water, river water, and lake water. From the tap water we could not get any beautiful crystals. We could not get any beautiful ones from rivers and lakes near big cities, either. However, from the water from rivers and lakes where water is kept pristine from development, we could observe beautiful crystals with each one having its own uniqueness. Since our bodies are mostly water one can only imagine how our thoughts, words and intent affect our vibrational state. Some recent studies also suggest that water has memory of its own and can carry the memory of that substance even after it has been so diluted than none of the molecules of the molecules of the original substance remain. This is exactly what Homeopathy is based on.

 ‘Cymatics’, which is the scientific study of how vibrational frequencies affect physical matter also corroborates with Dr. Emoto’s discovery of water being affected by waves of intent and thought forms. The term Cymatics was coined by Dr. Hans Jenny which is derived from the Greek word 'kyma' meaning 'wave' or 'ta kymatica' meaning 'matters pertaining to waves'.

In his research with the tonoscope, Jenny noticed that when the vowels of the ancient languages of Hebrew and Sanskrit were pronounced, the sand took the shape of the written symbols for these vowels, while our modern languages, on the other hand, did not generate the same result! How is this possible? Did the ancient Hebrews and Indians know this? Is there something to the concept of "sacred language," which both of these are sometimes called? What qualities do these "sacred languages," among which Tibetan, Egyptian and Chinese are often numbered, possess? Do they have the power to influence and transform physical reality, to create things through their inherent power, or, to take a concrete example, through the recitation or singing of sacred texts, to heal a person who has gone "out of tune"?

After we’ve known this, the question arises as to what can we do to put this knowledge into practice. Well, its quite simple really. Be aware of your own feelings and work towards enhancing your own vibrational state to a higher frequency of love and compassion for all. To get to this state of being one needs to transcend the limiting beliefs of the old paradigm and make way for the realization of our innate spiritual oneness with all there is.

Clearly, our homes are not restricted to the concrete jungles we pay a fortune to get into and we must awaken to our individual contribution in keeping our home, Planet Earth clean and beautiful as its supposed to be. Its about time we go beyond these nonexistent illusory boundaries of village, state or country and live a life in harmony with nature, not treating everything as a resource with a price tag attached to it.

In a wonderland that is Goa, we have the opportunity to stay close to natural surroundings with clean rivers and lakes which we must strive to keep clean. Our individual efforts and our sense of awareness makes a world of a difference in our lives and those around us. Everything changes when we start emitting our own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around us, when we start imprinting our intent on the universe rather than receiving an intent from existence.

It’s about time we start beaming positivity and good vibes wherever we are … start becoming the change we wish to see in the world ! As solid as it may appear to our five senses, our realities are quite literally manifestations of our thoughts.

For most part our society thrives on labels, which tend to act as a reaffirmation to the illusion of separation. We often use phrases such as "think from the head" and "feel from the heart" which implies that the brain does all the logical thinking and our heart is where we respond from emotionally. The logical mind often takes control over the best of us and very rarely do we understand the power we hold within our hearts.


The Human Heart is now documented as the strongest generator of both electrical and magnetic fields in the body. Important, because we've always been taught that the brain is where all of the action is. While the brain does have an electrical & a magnetic field, they are both relatively weak compared to the Heart. The Heart is about 100,000 times stronger electrically & up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain. Important, because the physical world - as we know it - is made of those 2 fields: electrical & magnetic fields of Energy. Physics now tells us that if we can change either the magnetic field or the electrical field of the atom, we literally change that atom and its elements within our body and this world. The Human Heart is designed to do both.

In The Heart’s Code, psychologist Paul Pearsall (1998) maintains that, energetically speaking, the heart–rather than the brain–is clearly the center of the psychological universe. The Heart’s Code points the way to a new revolution in our thinking. Metaphorically, the heart is the sun, the pulsing, energetic center of our biophysical “solar”system, and the brain is the earth, one of the most important planets in our biophysical system. One implication of the energy cardiology/cardio-energetic revolution is the radical (meaning “root”) idea that energetically, the brain revolves around the heart, not the other way around.” (1998, p. xii)


The heart is the largest source of biophysical energy in the body and within our psychological life. The heart involves energy and information that comprises the essence or soul of who we are. The idea, that the heart is the center of the psychology of the individual, instead of the brain, would indeed revolutionize our understanding of normal and supernormal psychology. Adopting this view would be analogous to the Copernican revolution, wherein scientists realized that the earth, rather than being the center of the universe, traveled around the sun within the solar system. The egocentric attitude of humans was shattered. Likewise, the acceptance of a deeper conceptualization of the heart, consciousness and the nature of Self would constitute a revolutionary development in modern psychology, philosophy and the life sciences.

In the following video, Graham Nicholls, the author of "Navigating the Out of Body Experience" & "Avenues of the Human Spirit" speaks to Lilou Mace about his exploration with OBEs and other spiritual concepts that he came to understand deeply over the years.

These areas began when as a twelve year old boy he had a series of fleeting experiences of floating a few feet above the ground. Around a year later he heard the term 'out-of-body experience' for the first time. This led him to buy a scientific book on the subject and six months later intentionally leave his body for the first time.


Shortly after, as a part of his growing interest in spirituality, he became vegetarian, having already committed himself to abstain from tobacco, alcohol and recreational drugs at the age of just ten years old. A few years later he traveled to India for the first time and explored the practice of yoga and came into contact with Jainism, which with its focus on non-violence left a lasting impression on him.

Out of a desire to express his ideas Graham decided that art may be an avenue that would accommodate him; he decided to apply to art school and despite having no formal qualifications was accepted to Central St. Martins College in London, becoming the first in his family to go to university. While still studying he gave his first public lecture on a metaphysical topic at Oxford Town Hall, aged just twenty-two. The following year he was given his first solo art exhibition, which took place in Soho, New York City, USA.

Graham's artistic projects are actually multi-sensory environments that use audio recordings to take the participants on inner meditative journeys. Immersing them in a powerful and unique experience. Many participants have described being deeply moved by these hypnotic experiences. In May, 2004 he created a new kind of immersive environment using Virtual Reality computer technology called The Living Image, which was displayed at London's Science Museum. The project was designed to take the viewer into a psychological state akin to meditation or trance. The Living Image as well as much of his work has received praise in the press, including the BBC and the Telegraph as well as other magazines and websites.

Due to his growing awareness of science and technology he also began working with areas that examine psychical experience in an objective and rational way. This led him to become a member of the Society for Psychical Research and to correspond with Dean Radin, Tom Campbell, Dr. Peter Fenwick, Dr. Jeffery Long and others. He has also organised and conducted a series of telepathy experiments with author and biologist Rupert Sheldrake.

In 2010 Graham Nicholls completed work on his first book, Avenues of the Human Spirit, a compelling true account of his hundreds of out-of-body experiences and the spiritual insights they have revealed. Within a month of signing a publishing deal on this first book he was commissioned by Llewellyn to write his second book, Navigating the Out-of-Body Experience: Radical New Techniques.

Another Brilliant sighting of what appears to be a string of multiple UFOs moving north, horizontally, around sunset, appearing and disappearing at will. The video was taken in Ambala, India sometime in 2010.


It definitely bears close resemblance to something filmed over Panchkula, Haryana in 2007 ... its the first UFO sighting featured in the video compilation below ...
