This Saturday 5th of May 2012, our Moon makes its closest approach towards Earth (Perigee) also coinciding with the Full Moon, making it no ordinary Moon, but a "Supermoon", a term coined by astrologer and writer Richard Nolle in 1979. Richard Nolle believes that Supermoons are linked to natural disasters on Earth, 3 to 4 days before or after the Supermoon ! Last years Supermoon on March 19th 2011 was preceded by a 9.0 Earthquake off the coast of Tohoku, Japan on the 11th of March.

The Full Moon phase will be complete at 11:35 p.m. EDT on Saturday. It will be 3:35 p.m. in New Zealand and 1:00 p.m. in Australia. The moon will still put on a stunning show even a night after the super moon's exact arrival. The key to creating a historic shot is to find the Moon in all its glory, while it is rising on the horizon.

Coral Castle is perhaps one of America's lesser known mysteries ... A fabulous structure made single-handedly by Edward Leedskalnin who used megalithic stones (mostly limestone formed from coral), each weighing several tons. Leedskalnin originally built the castle, which he named Rock Gate Park, in Florida City, Florida around 1923.

The Coral Castle site states that "if anyone ever questioned Ed about how he moved the blocks of coral, Ed would only reply that he understood the laws of weight and leverage well." He also stated that he had "discovered the secrets of the pyramids", which some believe to be a direct reference to the use of Antigravity technology to build the pyramids ! It's my pleasure to announce a new video, published today - on 1.1.11, most auspiciously - which covers a very great deal of extremely important new ground.


I've been deeply engaged in the material covered in this interview - which is just about everything you might think of - for the last several months; and this accounts for my unusually low public profile recently, which some have commented on, and a few have been concerned about.

This is a two hour, on-camera interview with the contact - named 'Charles' - to whom I've made passing reference in recent radio shows, and who first e-mailed me in July of 2010. We first spoke in August, logged over 30 hours of Skype calls, and then a couple of weeks ago, before Christmas, we finally met in person.

Below is a transcript of the introduction to the video, which constitutes an important personal message. It's the best summary I can offer.

The video itself explains a great deal about the modus operandi of the controllers, and starts to lay out some of the events and scenarios that - up till now - have been planned.

This material is the tip of a very large and important iceberg needed. I know some of that iceberg, but not all of it. I hope to learn much more during the coming months.

A personal message from Bill Ryan

In the summer of 2010 I was approached by a very unusual man. The story of that contact is described by him in this interview. I've called him 'Charles'.

He's spent many years working for the elite group that considers it their responsibility to run the planet.

He's not an academic, a historian, or a scientist. But he wanted to communicate some important information: about the worldview and philosophy of this group — from their point of view: what they're trying to achieve, why, and how. What he wants to see is what he calls a 'Fair Contest'.

There's a great deal of material that was not covered in this interview. It is, to some degree, the start of a dialog. The group of 33 that 'Charles' works with is indirectly using this opportunity to communicate. I've reported this communication as accurately as possible.

As is normal journalistic practice, some of the information was asked to be off-record at this stage. As you watch this interview, you will see that there are a great many unanswered questions. I'd like there to be a further interview. But any decision about this isn't mine to make.

For me, the second half of 2010 has been an interesting time. It's culminated in this opportunity to communicate indirectly, through this video and through 'Charles' himself, with the group of people who are running the planet.

This is what I would like this opportunity to say:

I understand the history and context that 'Charles' has explained — some of which is in this interview.

But there is another way.

If you are to be the true leaders of the planet, you can be the captains of Spaceship Earth with a responsibility for the entire Human Family.

There can be a massive clean-up operation. You know that the technology exists. Between us all, this can be done.

Clean water, clean air, clean oceans, free energy, abundant wildlife, health and education for every human being.

Planet Earth could be a paradise planet — a model for this sector of the galaxy.

The Human Race is a massive, long-term experiment.

This information, confirmed by yourselves via 'Charles', will not be new to many of those watching this video.

'Charles' has explained that the extraterrestrial race who initiated this project are letting everything unfold with a philosophy of non-interference.

It is arguable that the optimum conclusion for all — an outcome that would delight those whose project this is — would be for the Human Race to take responsibility for itself: and show just what they can do.

Notes on the interview:

Charles' London accent is quite strong... and in places the dialog is very fast-flowing. This might be a problem for some people for whom English is not their native language. A transcript will be available in a week or so, and another video subtitled in English will be uploaded. Translations will follow as soon as possible.

There's a very interesting dramatic backdrop to this story, which has not yet been told.

Charles first contacted me because he had been ordered to 'deal with me'. I had become a 'problem', and he tells this story in the interview. The attempt to take Project Camelot down had, to some degree, failed: there was initially one problem, but now (with the 'amoeba splitting') there were two. But as Charles discovered more, he changed his own priorities.

After that, all kinds of drama ensued. Charles was obliged to 'run', landing up in jail in Nigeria... and broke out to return to the UK where he was eventually required to report back to his colleagues. He is now, to quite some degree, operating to facilitate communications both ways between myself and the controlling group.

I'll release more about the specifics of Charles' information over the coming weeks. The only reason I'm not presenting it all at once is that there's a huge amount of it: there are many places to drill down into. These include:

The demonization/ criminalization of the alternative media.
The plan to create a false flag event to present the ETs as dangerous enemies.
The plan to reduce the world's population through the control and distribution of food.
Planet X and dangerous solar activity (both are real - but are not show-stopping threats).
The ET project to create and optimize a new genome - which is the human race on this planet.
This is the first time in the history of the human race that we have got our hands on ET technology - which was never part of the plan. There were no accidental UFO crashes: all the craft were shot down - at first by a 'lucky hit', and thereafter deliberately.
The legacy of the controlling group, and why they feel this is their responsibility.
The way the controlling group functions, and considers its role: some of their codes, protocols, and 'rules'.

An important note: this group is NOT the Illuminati. It's a Council of the 33 most senior members (defined in a particular way) of each of the 33 bloodline families on the 'inside'. The controlling group does not have a formal name.

They meet frequently, and make major decisions about global affairs. Charles has always emphasized - even when he had greatly displeased some of them through his insubordination - that this group sincerely feels it is doing the best thing for the planet, the human race, and the ETs... whoever they are (Charles does not have access to this information).

Other groups which we know of (the Illuminati, the Freemasons, the Knights of Malta, the Rosicrucians, the Priory of Sion - and many more), are all groups or societies which are lower down the 'pyramid' of control. This group of 33 constitutes the very capstone.

There's a great deal to suggest that this release of information will be watched and monitored very closely indeed. As mentioned above, I have more information, which for the moment has been archived offline with a number of other trusted people.

It remains to be seen how much more detailed information I'm at liberty to release in the coming weeks and months. But the big picture is laid out very clearly in this interview. In the meantime, my intention, as made clear in my personal statement above (and in the introduction to the video), is to suggest in the strongest and most courteous ways I can to the controlling elite that there is another way to go. I want nothing less than to change the timeline of the human race.

And to do that, the shift in consciousness that will be required needs to extend from the very lowest to the very highest strata of society. Now that a New Year is upon us - 2011, as significant as any that we have experienced thus far - and here we all are still standing (and in the process becoming wiser, more aware, more responsible, and much better informed): I ask all of you reading this, and watching the video, to join me in a vision for Planet Earth in which every human being, no-one excluded, plays their part in creating.

Carrying forward from our previous post on Vaccinations and Good Health ... this one is about Vitamin D, one of the best defenses we have against disease.

In the following video Dr. Joe Prendergast explains that vitamin D is likely more powerful than any vaccine you could take, as German researchers have found it increases your immune system by a factor of 3 to 5.

Vitamin D is a steroid hormone, not a vitamin. It influences virtually every cell in your body, and is easily one of nature's most potent cancer fighters.


Vitamin D influences nearly 3,000 of your genes, and it plays a major role in your immune response, including helping your body produce over 200 antimicrobial peptides that help fight all sorts of infections.


Your best defense against any disease is a robust immune system, which vaccines can compromise; supporting your immune system should always be at the top of your list, and optimizing your vitamin D levels is one crucial component of this.

When was the last time you spent time in the Sun?

This is an important question to answer, because vitamin D from sun exposure is the best way to optimize your vitamin D levels and thereby reduce your risk of a wide range of diseases.

Unfortunately, it's been suggested that only about 30 percent of Americans' circulating vitamin D is the product of sunlight exposure, which is an unfortunate byproduct of public health agencies' misguided advice to stay out of the sun to avoid cancer (when in fact vitamin D from sun exposure will prevent cancer). Another obvious reason is the majority of us work indoors, and when not working, do not spend enough time enjoying outdoor recreation.

Occasional sunlight exposure to your face and hands is insufficient for vitamin D nutrition for most people. To optimize your levels, you need to expose large portions of your skin to the sun, and you may need to do it for more than a few minutes. And, contrary to popular belief, the best time to be in the sun for vitamin D production is actually as near to solar noon as possible. Ultraviolet light from the sun comes in two main wavelengths -- UVA and UVB. It's important for you to understand the difference between them, and your risk factors from each.

First there is UVB, the healthy wavelengths that help your skin produce vitamin D. Then there is UVA, which is generally considered the unhealthy wavelengths because they penetrate your skin more deeply and cause more free radical damage. Not only that, but UVA rays are quite constant during ALL hours of daylight, throughout the entire year -- unlike UVB, which are low in morning and evening, and high at midday.

So to use the sun to maximize your vitamin D production and minimize your risk of skin damage, the middle of the day (roughly between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) is the best and safest time. During this UVB-intense period you will need the shortest sun exposure time to produce the most vitamin D.

As far as the optimal length of exposure, you only need enough to have your skin turn the lightest shade of pink. This may only be a few minutes for those who have very pale skin.

Once you have reached this point your body will not make any additional vitamin D and any further exposure will only result in damage to your skin. Most people with fair skin will max out their vitamin D production in just 10-20 minutes, or, again, when their skin starts turning the lightest shade of pink. Some will need less, others more. The darker your skin, the longer exposure you will need to optimize your vitamin D production.

If sun exposure is not an option, a safe tanning bed (with electronic ballasts rather than magnetic ballasts, to avoid unnecessary exposure to EMF fields) can be used, or alternatively as a last resort, a vitamin D3 supplement can be taken orally.


Research published by Grassroots Health from the D*Action study shows the average adult needs to take 8,000 IU's of vitamin D per day in order to elevate their levels above 40 ng/ml, which they believe is the absolute minimum for disease prevention.

Studies that show vitamin D to be more effective than vaccines will rarely see the light of day in the scientific community. It is to the great credit of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, in fact, that it accepted the publication of this paper by Mitsuyoshi Urashima. Most medical journals wouldn't dare touch it because it questions status quo beliefs about vaccines and influenza.

Medical journals, you see, are largely funded by the pharmaceutical industry. And Big Pharma doesn't want to see any studies lending credibility to vitamins, regardless of their scientific merit. Even if vitamin D could save America billions of dollars in reduced health care costs (which it can, actually), they don't want vitamin D to receive any scientific backing whatsoever because drug companies can't patent vitamin D. It's readily available to everyone for mere pennies a day.

We are here. We are the Pleiadians, a collective of energy from the Pleiades. We have a long history. Our ancestors came from another universe that had achieved completion, a universe. You are simply working on a planet coming to completion, and we are here to help you with that task. This completion, or transformation, has been heralded by many for eons. It is an important time. What happens on Earth now will affect the entire universe.

Completion consists of you understanding who you are so that you can go further with the experiment. Our ancestors came from a universe that had completed itself and then understood universally that it was Prime Creator, the First Cause, or the journey of Prime Creator in time. They came from a universe that had discovered its essence-creativity. By discovering that essence, we found out that we are creators.

There are many misconceptions about the idea of godhood. The universes are full of intelligent beings who have, over time, evolved and developed all sorts of capabilities and functions to serve their needs to express themselves creatively. The importance behind existence and consciousness is creativity, and creativity takes many forms.

Eons ago, Earth was but a thought in the minds of great beings who had set before themselves the task of creating new forms of existence. Many of these beings affected the creation of this universe, and you have termed them God. In actuality, they were extraterrestrial light-bearing energies far removed from Prime Creator. We rarely use the term God with a big G. If we were to use that term, we would be referring to the entity we know as Prime Creator. Prime Creator, in its own personal implosion through love, endowed all things with consciousness. All things are Prime Creator on Prime Creator's journey.

We see ourselves as an extension of Prime Creator — always gathering information, going off on adventures, and doing whatever we need to do to make our lives more interesting and challenging so that we can feed Prime Creator. As we feed Prime Creator through our schemes and our endeavors, we endow Prime Creator with greater energy to give to new creations.

The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by martial law. It is control by the psychological manipulation of consciousness, through which reality is defined so that those who exist within it do not even realize that they are in prison. They do not even realize that there is something outside of where they exist. We represent what is outside of what you have been taught exists. It is where you sometimes venture and where we want you to dwell; it is outside of where society has told you you can live.

You have been controlled like sheep in a pen by those who think they own you — from the government to the World Management Team to those in space. You have been deprived of knowledge by frequency control. Think of frequency as individual broadcasting and receiving through which you dial into the station of your choice. It is the broadcasting of carrier waves of intelligence. The range of frequency is unlimited, and the range of intelligent matter transmitted is unlimited.

Thought comes first. Experience is always secondary. It is never the other way around — that you have the experience and then you base the thought around it. Always your experience is a direct reflection of what you are thinking.

Clarity and recognition of your own power are the bottom line. Your thoughts form your world all of the time. Not cafeteria style — all of the time. Because you are bombarded with so many frequency-control vibrations that attempt to keep you from being clear, you fluctuate. You must, as a species, make it your intention to stay very clear, to stay centered, and always to bring yourself into the moment. Stop living in the future or living in the past, and always live in your now. Say to yourself, "What do I want? I want to accelerate my personal evolution. I want Spirit to assist me in a greater capacity. I want my body to regenerate itself. I want to emanate health. I am willing to give up difficulty so that I can be a living example of what humanity can be." It is this line of thinking — this commanding from your being and calling out what you want with clarity — that brings you everything in acceleration.

From Chapter 20, "Sexuality — A Bridge to Higher Levels of Consciousness", Page 211

When the library of yourselves was torn from the shelves and scattered, and the DNA was split so that there were only two strands left with very little data and very little memory, sexuality was left intact in the physical body. It was left as a form of reproduction, of course — as a form for the species to stay in touch with its own essence and bring itself into life. Very deep inside the mechanism of sexuality is a frequency that can be attained that has been sought after and misunderstood by many people. It is called orgasm.

The orgasm has been distorted from its original purpose. Your body has forgotten the cosmic orgasm of which it is capable because society has taught you for thousands and thousands of years that sexuality is bad. You have been taught this in order for you to be controlled and to keep you from seeking the freedom available through sexuality. Sexuality connects you with a frequency of ecstasy, which connects you back to your divine source and to information.

"Hamsa" is a pure state of mind that relates to a mythical swan. This mythical swan supposedly could drink the milk out of water that was mixed with milk. Hamsa refers to the mind able to filter and absorb the good through the vast inputs before it. When we meditate and go deeper inwards our thinking patterns change and gradually our mind begins to perceive from higher conscious states, like a swan gliding above thought process. When the mind goes inwards and goes beyond to the thoughtless realm of deep meditation, the mind state is called 'Hamsa'.

Yogis who meditate for years together acquire a pure mind state that enables the discipline and insight to choose the right intake of food and herbs. Ganja, as marijuana is called in India, is considered to be a sacred herb of Lord Shiva due to the effect it has on the mind to go inward, with focus.

Ganja, however, is also regarded with reverence. In other words, ganja is to be be smoked exclusively to take the mind to the oneness state. The effect of taking the inward journey through ganja is- ability to transcend the mind, i.e, to go beyond sleep to the sleepless sleep state called turiya by the yogis; to transcend body consciousness, i.e, to go beyond hunger, heat and cold; ability to empower the mind with clarity, insight, creativity and focus. All these effects are actually nearly the opposite effects that one might have when ganja is smoked simply for recreation.

These are steps suggested from the yogic wisdom to enhance the goodness of this sacred herb of higher consciousness ...

1. Keep your stomach light, i.e, ensure a gap of at least two hours before you had a meal. A light stomach enables the mind to climb beyond body consciousness.

2. Sit down and go into the calm space within. Become aware of breath with deeper inhales, longer retentions and stretched exhales.

3. Feel your Soul as the Spirit within. Make a mental offering of the ganja to your Self, the joyful part of you.

4. Inhale breath- Make a straw with your tongue as you inhale. Inhale imagining the breath to be from the tail end of the spine- the root chakra.

5. Retain breath- Hold the breath and slowly visualize the spot above the navel as where the energies are rested.

6. Exhale breath- Exhale with your eyes close and focused on the 'third eye', the spot between the eye brows.

7. Skull breathing: inhale with full lungs, retain breath, bring the focus to the third eye and do short bursts of exhale visualizing the third eye utilizing the diaphragm. Do this a couple of times.

8. Inhale, retain breath and focus in the third eye and say, "Aaaaah" slowly and feel the sound become resonance as you visualize a light in the third eye.

9. Bring your focus into the third eye and find an immense calm space where you are in the moment- no thoughts of tomorrow or yesterday- just the now moment.

10. Say hello to the joyful stillness inside you - this is your soul, the Spirit.

11. Say a mantra that you like or tune into a mantra chant and allow the mind to be absorbed in the chanting that enables the mind to repeat in the same pattern over and over again. This condenses the mind to focus on a single point.

12. Take the ganja to your heart, think of an intent, i.e, like- 'Peace for the world",and feel the ganja being blessed by your favorite deity of worship- Jesus or Allah or Goddess Kali or any entity/being/name who you attribute as Source.

The medicinal use of Marijuana and the parallel drug war against the same plant is a classic example of how inane and mindless our society is today.

For most part it is because of our ignorance we are easily lead to believe anything. Here is something about the healing aspects of the plant most people know little about.

Marijuana contains many compounds. One of which is CBD. Put into simple terms that even I can understand, THC is the high and CBD is the relaxation (this misses nuances but will do for a beginning understanding.) And CBD is one of the major cannabis compounds that is effective against cancer. Some doctors are now working under the premise that raw CBD’s work better than that which has been cooked or smoked. In addition, THC needs to be heated to be activated so the raw cannabis doesn’t give the user a high.


We must share this knowledge with others so we can truly heal ourselves naturally of all illnesses without having to visit the doctor. This is something that would put big pharma out of business hence Cannabis still remains illegal in most parts of the world. All this is quickly changing though ... and we are the light bearers, sharing the truth as we know it ... being part of this huge awakening unfolding here now !
